Even so, Draco kept his composure.
He had no proof.
If he revealed anything and guessed wrong, it would be dangerous.
If he guessed right, it would be even worse.
No, I do not need an apology.
Aiden smiled lightly.
I am actually quite interested in the Malfoy family.
Draco's guard rose instantly again.
What do you mean by that?
He stepped back further, increasing the distance between them.
The corridor was silent.
The strange smile on Aiden's face made him impossible to read.
I mean exactly what I said, I would like to find a quiet place to talk with you about the Malfoy family and discuss some of your relatives.
The moment he finished speaking, Aiden suddenly raised his wand.
A blue white flash shot toward Draco.
Draco reacted instantly and dodged the attack.
This surprised Aiden slightly.
Even without using his full strength, such a sudden attack should not have been easy to avoid.
Most students would have failed to react in time.
Yet Draco had moved without hesitation.
So the rumors about him were not entirely accurate.
Still, that did not change the outcome.
Draco could not handle a second attack.
Who are you, how dare you attack me, are you not afraid that Professor Dumbledore will find out?
Draco demanded, his wand raised.
Do not worry, Draco, I only wish to speak with you, and Professor Dumbledore will not mind.
Aiden replied with a calm smile.
