Chapter 51 - Nine Realm

Sigurd then looked toward Odin.

"Brother, when are you planning to take action? If possible, you should move with the Einherjar and Frigga."

Odin nodded, then glanced at Frigga.

"We will attack them today. Let us finish the trouble at hand, then we will talk."

Then he turned back to Sigurd.

"You should be prepared. If any enemy appears on Asgard, kill them. We do not need to hold back."

Sigurd nodded.

Odin and Frigga appeared at the Bifrost, while the Einherjar army marched toward it.

"Everyone, today the Angels dared to steal from our treasure vault and helped the Frost Giants obtain the Casket of Ancient Winters—a weapon my father, brothers, and Asgardian warriors fought to capture, killing Ymir at great cost. That someone stole it is an insult to our martyrs. We will let the world know the consequences of stealing from us."

Odin, Frigga, and the others disappeared from the Bifrost.

Sigurd watched the disappearing figures.

"I hope the Angel Queen will not make the same choices she made in the comics, or it will be difficult for her to survive."

Then Sigurd scanned all of Asgard to check if anyone was still lurking. He found nothing, so he walked to where Hela and Hippolyta were.

At the same time, in Heaven.

Odin appeared before the Angel Queen.

"Queen of Angels, you have crossed the line. I had considered allowing you to submit to Asgard, but your behavior has changed my mind."

The Queen of Angels looked at the army, then at Odin.

"Odin, do not think your hypocrisy will work on me. Asgardians wish to rule the Ten Realms, but you seek to dominate other peoples. That will not work with us."

Odin did not bother to argue. He ordered his army,

"Kill anyone who stands in your way. Let them test the strength of Asgard."

At Odin's signal, the Asgardian army began fighting the Angels.

Meanwhile, Frigga—known for her magic—drew her sword and transformed into a battle maiden, hunting every Angel she crossed.

Watching Frigga's ferocity, Odin felt a surge of pride. It was rare to see Frigga in a battle where she could unleash her full strength.

Odin then turned back to the Angel Queen.

"Give me the Space Stone, and I will let your people live."

Hearing Odin's words, the Angel Queen looked bewildered.

"Odin, you are truly a hypocrite. You attack our realm to seize my weapon, but do not think it will be easy to take what is mine."

Odin did not answer. Instead, he struck her with his power, blasting her into a building.

The Angel Queen looked at Odin's serious expression.

Damn it, he might be serious. What should I do?

Just as she was thinking, Odin spoke again.

"Give me the Space Stone, and I will spare you and your people. If not, it will not matter whether the Angels survive."

Hearing this, the Angel Queen looked toward the battlefield, where Asgardians were slaughtering Angels.

"Odin, you are cruel."

She took out the Space Stone, but just as she was about to use it, Odin warned,

"Do not think escape will save you. Sigurd is waiting for the Space Stone in Asgard. If you and your Angels wish to avoid extinction, surrender peacefully."

Odin looked at her as if reading her mind.

The Angel Queen met his gaze.

"I will give you the Space Stone, but I want your promise that no one from Asgard will attack us after this battle."

Odin smiled.

"You have my word. None will attack you after this battle."

Hearing this, she sensed a double meaning but still threw the Space Stone to Odin.

Odin caught it, then called out,

"Asgardians, leave this realm."

The Angel Queen watched as everyone withdrew from the battlefield.

"Odin, you may leave now. We Angels do not welcome Asgardians."

Odin looked at her.

"Queen of Angels, the Space Stone was for the lives of your people. But the price for stealing from Asgard has yet to be paid."

As he spoke, he channeled his power through runic magic, rewriting the reality of the Ten Realms.

"I, Odin Borson, declare that only Nine Realms shall remain connected to the World Tree of Yggdrasil. No one in the Nine Realms will remember the Angels."

With his runic curse, Odin thrust his spear toward Yggdrasil, severing Heaven's connection to the Nine Realms.

Suddenly, the Nine Realms trembled as if undergoing a great destruction.

Powerful beings across the universe turned their gaze toward the Heavenly Realm.

Even Gaea observed the event.

"So the Angels are now trapped in the void. I thought the trajectory might have changed in this universe."

Other cosmic entities made their own assessments of the incident.

Back in Asgard, Sigurd was sitting in his palace with Hela, Hippolyta, and his mother, sharing childhood memories.

A great tremor shook Asgard, causing panic.

Sigurd's voice then echoed across the realm.

"There is no need to worry. This is merely an aftereffect of the battle. Return to your duties and go about your work."

Hearing Sigurd's assurance, the people of Asgard felt relief. The violent shaking had frightened them, fearing an enemy invasion.

Hela looked at Sigurd.

"Uncle, what could cause such a tremor that even Asgard shakes?"

Hearing her question, Bestla and Hippolyta also turned to him.

"It is your father. He has banished a realm from the Nine Realms, using his full power. The Nine Realms felt the repercussions."

Hela's eyes lit up with excitement.

"Uncle, will I ever be as powerful as Father?"

Sigurd turned to her.

"Yes, you will—but it will take time."

Thrilled by the idea, Hela beamed.

Sigurd watched her excitement and thought of the reality where Hela overpowered Odin but was banished to Midgard, where she learned the value of life. He sighed inwardly about the future.

"Midgard truly is a turning point for every Asgardian."
