Luke could not believe that Alex was the one who actually killed so many of his men. After all he had just broken through to the initial stage of the Yellow realm just a week back how could he be so strong to use the second grade bow to break the Grade One Beast Form Armor.
Luke said "Impossible! Even if you have a grade two bow and arrow you cannot break a grade one beast form armor with just the strength of an initial stage Yellow realm. You need to be atleast at the completion stage of the Yellow realm. Wait that means you have already broken through to the completion of the Yellow realm but it is just a weeks time how is it possible. No you must be playing some tricks."
Alex just smiled and completely released his suppressed aura of the completion of a Completion stage Yellow Realm cultivator. Luke was horrified as he felt the pressure from Alex. He had already experienced how Alex had overpowered him when he was just an initial stage cultivator.
Luke actually belonged from a wealthy family and his father was holding a Government Positions in the Black Rock City. So they could afford a lot of cultivation resources. With his grade three spiritual root talent he had just broken through to the initial stage of the Yellow realm and had decided to take revenge from Alex for the last time. However he could never dream that Alex was at the completion stage of the Yellow realm.
Because even if he had a grade three spirit root and a wealth of cultivation resources, he was aware of how hard it was to advance only one step. However, even though Alex beat him to it, does that imply that Alex had a superior spirit root to Luke? No, that shouldn't be the case because all of them had taken the spirit root assessment at the time of Awakening, and Alex only had a Grade 1 Spirit Root. However, how did Alex surpass Luke in terms of cultivation advancement?
Luke felt as though the Grim Reaper was staring at him as Alex turned to face him, crouched down, and murmured "Luke last time I did not kill you and had let you go but you thought that was my weakness did'nt you. I will make sure that you loose you life today."
Luke said with a pleading expression "Alex we are fellow classmates. You should not take any offence of what we did earlier. We were just playing please don't mind me. Please show mercy and let me go."
Alex said "The only mercy I can show is to give you a swift death."
Alex took out his first grade sword and swung it in a lightening like manner and the next moment Luke's head was rolling on the ground. It was so fast that Luke could not even determine exactly when he was killed.
Luke had always disliked Alex and bullied him since the time he had joined the Black Rock City university. For years he had tormented him but Alex was only suppressed because he was weak. They had this enmity but still Alex showed mercy the last time however he could not show mercy every time right. So he decisively killed him. The revenge was finally taken.
Monica was shocked by the ruthlessness shown by Alex since the Alex she had known was very different. Alex was never so decisive or could kill anybody but at this time he just killed Luke without showing any mercy. Monica also remembered the scene when they were in the shopping mall and knew Alex had a Girlfriend now who was actually the Princess of the Black Rock city. She instantly regretted her breakup with Alex since now she could not get him back after all Princess Elizabeth was far more beautiful, charismatic, gracefull than her and she could not be compared with her.
Alex saw Monica lying on the ground so he went upto her and said "Are you okay?"
Monica said "Hmm Yes I am okay. Thanks for rescuing me. If you would not have come I cannot imagine what would have become of me."
Monica was a close friend of his since childhood and when they grew up she also became his girlfriend so naturally he liked her only in the recent times when he was betrayed by her there was bitterness among them however still he did not meant any harm and when he saw her surrounded by enemies he came to her rescue.
Alex said "Don't mention that after all we are childhood friends and grew up together. I will always come for your rescue."
Monica was touched by this comment as she felt her heart ache since what she had done to Alex she felt like she did not deserve rescuing but he still came for her rescue so she started dripping tears of regret.
Alex said "Hey Monica why are you crying like this? Do not worry nobody will hurt you anymore."
Monica felt so bad and started crying more loudly as she said "I wronged you Alex. I cheated on you. Why did you come to my rescue? I do not deserve your rescuing."
Alex said "Don't say that Monica and stop crying we cannot change what has happened in the past. People always makes mistakes and we should be forgiving towards our close friends and allies. We will always be friends."
Monica tried to say if she could comeback in his life or if they could become girlfriend and boyfriend again however she could not bring herself to say that since it sounded too selfish. She just kept on crying and Alex comforted her like a friend beside her.
After sometime she controlled her emotions and stopped crying and tried to getup however she was too hurt as she groaned and fell down on the ground.

Monica had also broken through to the Initial Stage of the Yellow realm by now with the help of her Grade Three Spirit Root so Alex offered some healing pills which he purchased from the Black Rock City Castle and said "Here take these pills it will help you recover your injuries."
