Rokai, a Carmel skinned youth with shoulder length black hair dressed like akuma from street fighter stood over a downed kid Goku. He, having been in this world for all of 13 years being one year Goku's senior was breathing heavily.(If Goku was this strong as a kid, why wasn't he strong enough to beat raditz as an adult?) He thought to himself.
Rokai knowing many ways to get strong fast in DBZ trained hard.
The two have fought and incredible match.
To through Goku off, Rokai started the match by slicing off Goku's tail with a ki blade knowing that he was supposed to go great ape today. From the it became a true fight.
Fists meeting repeatedly. After images, ki blades, kamehamehas, the works. Attacks flying left and right. That was when Rokai made his decision. He'll make sure the z fighters had a reason to train.
He'll be their antagonist, their reason for always seeking greater and greater heights in power.
As Goku lay unconscious in the ring Rokai made up his mind.(I'll be their greatest enemy).

Goku power level : 100
Age 756.
Rokai growth in the past years have been astonishing. The z fighters soon realized shortly after his very first appearance the this guy was to be watched.
Everytime he fought them, he broke them. His strength was absolutely absurd. Even Goku, the strongest of them is beaten to near death whenever they fight.
By the time Piccolo jr came around the z fighters where much stronger due to Rokai being around and he lost to krillin.
The last fight of the tourney was Goku vs Rokai, and yet again Goku was demolished.
Even though Rokai was holding back the lions share and of his power he still won by a land slide.
Over the years he made his own transformations to keep up with the Saiyans future transformations he called them the Spartan forms. The forms mostly use ki control to amp himself. Destructo disc shield on his left arm and a ki blade extending from his right index an middle fingers made up the first form. The amount of ki condensed into such small areas boosted his power 5 times over.
As he got stronger he started experimenting with ki elements and found electrical enhancement which boosted his already high power 5 times more.
The z fighters had only seen him at full power once at the very end of the 23rd world martial arts tournament and it terrified them.
" I'll give you five years to train before I destroy you all!" He said to them. After which they through themselves into training.
Age 756-761
Goku, learning about his great ape transformation eventually learned ikari thanks to training with Roshi.
Chichi, seeing that Goku had enemies after him trained with him using her anger to amp her power. Her base power can even double at times. She also still had gohan.
Krillin, learned and refined Roshi's full power form increasing energy output by 3 times his base. And created the Destructo disc.
Chiaotzu, refined his psychic powers, wrapping it around himself to double base his strength and ki blast power.
Yamcha, learned the secrets of the wolf fang fist, now being able to hold the power throughout his entire body for long periods. This doubles his base combat power. He still broke up with Balma.
Tien, fused his four witches technique with Roshi's refined full power form. Boosting his base power by 4 times.
Piccolo, decided to join Rokai in training. While he didn't teach him the Spartan forms, he did teach him how to make his ki element fire. Piccolo's strength grew greatly over the years.
Rokai, didn't stay still either. He reverse engineered the full power form and made it the third form of spartan
