Cell smiled confidently. "Piccolo, open your eyes and see my true power!"
"Stop talking nonsense. Use all your strength," Piccolo replied, growing slightly impatient at Cell's endless chatter.
Cell was stunned. He couldn't believe Piccolo was still so arrogant. Anger surged inside him.
Without another word, Cell unleashed the hidden power within his body.
As Cell's strength skyrocketed, the Z Warriors and No. 16 and No. 18 were all shocked.
No. 16 muttered, "I never thought Cell had so much hidden power."
No. 18's face darkened. "Damn it! Cell just absorbed No. 17! His strength increased so much."
Yamcha gasped, "Cell's power… he has hidden strength?"
Tien Shinhan nodded gravely. "We can't be careless."
Krillin added, "Tien's right. Cell is still extremely dangerous. We can't relax until he's completely defeated."
Son Gohan looked at Piccolo worriedly. "Uncle Piccolo, you have to win!"
When Cell fully released his strength, he smiled with confidence.
Piccolo remained calm, eyes fixed on Cell. "Your power has indeed jumped several levels, but if this is your true strength, Cell… you still have no chance."
"What? No chance? Where do you get that confidence, Piccolo?" Cell growled and rushed forward, punching Piccolo in the face.
Yet Piccolo remained unscathed. Cell stepped back in disbelief. "No… Piccolo doesn't have this power!"
"I am not exactly the same Piccolo as before," Piccolo said calmly, "but I have reclaimed my former self."
Cell narrowed his eyes. "What do you mean by reclaiming your former self, you bastard?"
He created a distance of over fifty meters, glaring at Piccolo. "Piccolo, if you've got the guts, take this!"
"Kamehameha!"
Cell's ki surged to its maximum.
Piccolo didn't flinch. No matter how much power Cell unleashed, it was nothing to him.
The Z Warriors watched in awe and worry. From their perspective, the energy Cell was releasing was terrifying.
Vegeta clenched his fists, whispering to himself, "Piccolo… how strong has he become? Has he surpassed Kakarot?"
He shook his head in frustration. "Impossible… Kakarot can't even see through him. Damn it! I'm the Saiyan Prince and a Super Saiyan, yet I can't even compare…"
Cell's Kamehameha washed over Piccolo violently. Smoke rose, then dissipated. Piccolo remained completely unharmed.
Cell screamed, "What?! My full-strength attack… it didn't even scratch you?! Damn it, Piccolo! Who are you? How do you have this much power?!"
Cell's panic grew. His strongest attack had failed, meaning he was in trouble—even without reaching his Perfect Form.
No. 18 whispered in disbelief, "Even someone as strong as Cell couldn't hurt Piccolo… how powerful has he become?"
No. 16 nodded. "Piccolo will definitely win."
Son Gohan cheered. "Uncle Piccolo, that's amazing!"
Krillin smiled broadly. "Yes! Piccolo is your teacher after all."
Vegeta, however, clenched his arms and frowned, struggling with his pride.
Piccolo looked at Cell calmly. "Cell… have you reached your limit? Or is this the peak of your strength?"
Cell's eyes turned red with rage. "Damn it! If I could become a Perfect Form, I would crush you… Number 18, where are you?!"
Cell was on the verge of madness. Without his Perfect Form, he was completely outmatched by Piccolo.
The feeling of being controlled was unbearable.
Piccolo observed Cell's frustration and taunted lightly, "Cell… unwilling, are you? It won't help being unwilling."
Cell's desperation grew, knowing that once he achieved his Perfect Form, he could dominate everyone—but for now, he was powerless against Piccolo.
