The Z Warriors were shocked by the sheer force Cell displayed. To them, his power was already beyond comparison.
Yamcha sighed. "Cell is an insurmountable mountain for us, and Piccolo… he's even stronger now.
He truly deserves to be the new Piccolo after merging with the Kami."
"Who said otherwise? I wonder if Piccolo's current strength has caught up with Goku," Krillin commented, nodding.
Tien Shinhan spoke seriously. "No matter what, Cell must be dealt with. Otherwise, who knows how many more tragedies he would cause?"
Son Gohan said confidently, "Uncle Piccolo will definitely defeat him!"
Indeed, Piccolo's strength was undeniable.
Compared to Cell, who was furious and unwilling to give up, Piccolo remained calm.
Even now, he had not yet unleashed his full strength.
Cell was not yet worthy of provoking Piccolo to use his true power.
Unless Cell reached his Perfect Form, Piccolo would never allow him to evolve.

Vegeta, however, had a completely different mindset.
He clenched his fists and whispered, "That Cell… he said if he becomes a Perfect Form, he can surpass the current Piccolo?"
"Damn it! If Piccolo kills Cell now, Kakarot won't even have a chance to fight. I won't see how strong he's become!"
Vegeta's pride as the Saiyan Prince burned fiercely. He could not accept this outcome.
Moreover, opportunities to see Kakarot in action were dwindling.
Vegeta wanted to provoke Cell into becoming a Perfect Form, forcing Kakarot to reveal his strength.
Only then could Vegeta measure the gap between himself and Kakarot.
He had always been obsessed with becoming the strongest, and this was his chance to gauge Kakarot's true power.
Piccolo glanced at the screaming, howling Cell. "Alright, Cell… it's almost time to send you to hell."
Cell's face paled. Fear surged as he realized he was about to be finished.
Desperate, he tried to escape, thinking he could absorb No. 18 in the future and take revenge on Piccolo and the others.
Otherwise, the humiliation of today would be unbearable.
But before he could fly ten meters away, Piccolo appeared above him and punched him into the ground.
"Cell, do you really think I'll let you escape? Don't even imagine it. Today… you die," Piccolo said calmly.
He approached step by step, while Cell struggled to rise, blood covering his face. "Piccolo… I'll make you regret this!"
"Regret? Haha!" Piccolo sneered.
In his eyes, Cell was about to die, yet had the audacity to speak arrogantly. Where did his confidence come from?
Piccolo wasn't in a hurry to finish him, however. There was still something he wanted to learn from Cell.
Since Cell came from the future, Piccolo needed to know exactly what that future was like, and what experiences Cell had faced.
Even if Cell remained tight-lipped, Piccolo knew he could not let him live—he was a scourge from beginning to end.
Cell was sweating profusely, sensing Piccolo's murderous aura.
To everyone's surprise, Vegeta suddenly transformed into a Super Saiyan and flew over.
Piccolo frowned. "Vegeta… what are you doing?"
"Piccolo, don't you think it's more interesting to let Cell reach his Perfect Form? After all, we need to see the full strength of this guy," Vegeta said bluntly, revealing his true intentions.
Both Piccolo and Cell were stunned.
Cell's eyes widened with hope—perhaps he had a chance to survive, and maybe even reach his Perfect Form.
If that happened, all of them would be in danger.
Piccolo's face darkened. "Vegeta, do you understand what you're saying? Do you know the consequences if you go through with this?"
