"Ha!" Piccolo said disdainfully. "You fool who overestimates your own abilities."
In Piccolo's eyes, Cell was a fool—blindly arrogant, unaware of reality, and inviting his own death.
Cell looked at Piccolo and sneered, "Piccolo, you're so confident! But do you really think you're stronger than me?"
Cell considered Piccolo's family a bunch of brainless idiots.
He could not understand where they got the confidence to challenge him. Soon, Cell planned to show Piccolo what real hell was.
Suddenly, Piccolo disappeared and reappeared in front of Cell, punching him in the stomach.
Cell's face instantly twisted in pain. The force of Piccolo's punch was enormous.
Stepping back several times, Cell glared at Piccolo and hissed, "Damn bastard! I didn't expect you to be so strong. I really underestimated you."
"Do you underestimate me? I'll make you understand completely," Piccolo said calmly, his tone dripping with disdain.
No. 16 and No. 18, watching in secret, were both stunned.

Cell secretly wondered if Piccolo's strength was truly that overwhelming. It was a scenario he could not accept.
Krillin smiled, relieved. "Piccolo, you're so powerful! Cell doesn't stand a chance."
"Yeah! Now we don't have to worry. Piccolo can handle Cell," Yamcha added.
Tien Shinhan nodded. "Judging by the current situation, Goku doesn't even need to get involved."
Krillin, Yamcha, Popo, and Son Gohan all agreed. Piccolo had completely suppressed Cell.
Only Vegeta remained frustrated. He was a Super Saiyan, yet far behind. His self-esteem had taken a heavy hit.
No. 16, hiding in the shadows, said to No. 18, "Cell probably won't get a chance to absorb you."
"Yeah! Piccolo is really strong. He can suppress Cell like this," No. 18 replied, touching her hair.
At this moment, Cell was battered and bruised, full of holes from Piccolo's punches.
Piccolo struck again, sending Cell flying into the bottom of a lake.
Cell did not rush out immediately.

A violent explosion echoed. Cell had no choice but to flee the lake quickly, or he would be injured.
Ascending into the air, Cell glared at Piccolo. "I'll make sure you never get arrogant again."
"I'd love to see it. If you have more hidden power, use it. Don't disappoint me," Piccolo replied, already sensing Cell had yet to reveal his full strength.
Cell laughed coldly. "Piccolo, you're too confident. Let's see if that lasts when I unleash my true strength."
He believed with full confidence that, if he used all his power, Piccolo would die.
