In addition, he has allied with some Pure-blood clans, wanting to push Dumbledore out.
I know some of the plans regarding the Minister, about Harry, they plan to first attack him on personal issues, saying he is a pathological fantasist with violent tendencies—I don't agree with this, I think it's likely because Harry is blocking the Minister's way, that's why he says it...
If possible, please have Harry contact Miss Grindelwald as soon as possible, I believe she will provide a suitable solution.
Congratulations again on being elected Class Prefect.
Your brother
Percy.
Harry handed the letter to Hermione and smiled at Ron.
"It's really surprising, isn't it?" Ron scratched his head and said, "I always thought Percy was going to stick with that darn Minister of Magic to the end..."
"Oh, of course not." Harry smiled and said, "Percy is a smart guy, a truly smart guy, especially after he knows who can really bring him power and glory..."
"Are you suggesting that my brother isn't a good person?" Ron raised an eyebrow.
At this point, he couldn't help but laugh himself.
"Well, he indeed doesn't seem like a true Weasley." Ron shrugged.
"But I still want to thank him for the tip." Harry said, wiping his hands, "This information is indeed somewhat important."
He didn't finish the thought, because it wasn't all that significant.
But showing some attitude was rather good.
When Harry returned to the common room in the evening, he received a call from Little Sirius.
They found a separate compartment and sat inside chatting.
"Hey, Harry." Little Sirius still had that elegant demeanor, "How have you been lately?"
"Feeling great." Harry replied with a smile, "How about you, Little Sirius? How does it feel working at the Ministry of Magic?"
"It's absolutely terrible!" Little Sirius said cheerfully, "But fighting Fudge is at least a somewhat interesting task, it's a way to pass the time for me."
After exchanging some pleasantries, Harry recounted Percy's letter to Little Sirius.
"This is something I wanted to tell you about, but I didn't expect Percy would write to Ron." Little Sirius frowned, "I don't advise Percy contacting Ron, because in our plan, Percy will infiltrate Fudge's side..."
"At times like this, I have to admire Snape's undercover skills." Harry laughed.
"Old Snot Spirit is just being a double agent, do you think Voldemort doesn't know about this?" Little Sirius sneered, mercilessly denigrating Snape, "Do you really think Old Snot Spirit's disguise is flawless? It's just that the arrogant Voldemort thinks he can completely control Snape."
Harry raised an eyebrow, not opposing Little Sirius's words.
"Of course, Lupin already knows about your confrontation with Umbridge." Little Sirius said again, joyfully, "He's quite happy because that disgusting woman Umbridge finally got her comeuppance."
"Does Lupin know her?" Harry immediately asked.
"No," Little Sirius said, "But two years ago Umbridge drafted a law against Werewolves, making it nearly impossible for Lupin to find work."
Harry remembered Lupin's past troubles, his worn-out clothes on the bus, deepening his hatred for Umbridge.
"What beef does she have with Werewolves?" Hermione angrily said.
"I suppose it's fear of them." Little Sirius said, laughing at Hermione's angry look, "Clearly, she hates half-human monsters, last year she was running around trying to group Merfolk together, hang up signs—just imagine, Kreacher running around everywhere, yet wasting time and energy persecuting Merfolk."
Ron laughed heartily, while Hermione was still fuming, pounding the table.
"It's too much, that woman!"
"So, how was that half lesson with Umbridge?" Little Sirius cut in, "Is she training you all to hunt half-human monsters?"
"No," Harry said, "She won't let us use magic at all!"
"We just recite from that boring textbook." Ron added.
"Ah, that's not surprising." Little Sirius said, "We have intel from the inside, Fudge doesn't want you all to engage in combat training."
"Combat training?!" Harry incredulously repeated, "Does he think we're organizing a wizard army here?"
"That's exactly what he thinks you're doing," Little Sirius said, "Or more accurately, that's what he fears Dumbledore is doing—organizing his own secret force to take on the Ministry of Magic."
Everyone was silent for a moment after hearing this.
Harry couldn't help it, breaking into laughter.
Ron was also laughing, struggling to catch his breath: "I've never heard something so foolish, not even Luna Lovegood's bizarre ramblings are this dumb."
"So, because Fudge fears we might use magic spells against the Ministry, he won't let us learn Defense Against the Dark Arts?" Hermione said, furiously.
"Exactly," Little Sirius said, "Fudge believes Dumbledore will stop at nothing to seize power, his suspicion of Dumbledore grows day by day, one day he might fabricate charges to arrest Dumbledore."
Harry couldn't contain himself again, bursting into laughter.
"Wait, Little Sirius—who did you say Fudge wants to arrest?"
"Arrest Dumbledore." Little Sirius spread his hands helplessly, "Do you think he's insane? To be honest, so do I."
"No, he might be more than insane; maybe his entire brain is out of order." Ron said, rubbing his temples, "Perhaps we can pry open his skull and see if it's empty inside?"
He tapped his head with his fingers, "Nothing Inside!"
Oh come on, you're also Cannavaro, aren't you?
"I really can't imagine why he thinks this way?!" Hermione said, nearly pulling her hair.
"Think what? Fudge suspects Dumbledore wants to usurp him?" Ron turned to Hermione.
"No!" Hermione's expression was almost hysterical, yelling in a low voice: "He actually deludes himself into thinking he can imprison Dumbledore? The President of the International Wizarding Union, the greatest and most powerful wizard of this century in prison?! I think maybe the world is crazy."
"Sometimes, you can't really be sure if the people around you are real." Little Sirius paused for a moment and concluded.
"Indeed." The trio echoed together.
They chatted for almost another half hour, ending the call when Little Sirius's romantic partner came to call him away.
Early the next morning, Ron got up eagerly.
"What's wrong, Ron?" A groggy Harry asked.
"Get up quickly," Ron was still excited, "Let's see what Percy was talking about—what will today's Prophet Daily say?"
Harry then got up, washed up, and sat down in the hall with Ron, waiting for the owl to deliver the mail.
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the smug-looking Umbridge, her head held high, like a toad crouching on a leaf, proudly receiving rainwater from the heavens.
Soon, the owls flew in, dropping packages for each student.
A package was dropped in front of Ron, he pulled out two copper knuts and handed them to the owl that delivered the letter, then eagerly opened the newspaper.
On the front page was a large photo of Dolores Umbridge.
She was smiling broadly, blinking at them one blink after another, above was the headline:
Ministry of Magic seeks educational reform, Dolores Umbridge appointed as the first Senior Investigator.
