Chapter 80 - Complete (The end)

Rian's POV

Our third son—Asher—arrives on a stormy night.

Fast labor. Four hours start to finish. Luca's a professional by now.

"Hi," he gasps, holding our newest son. "Hi, baby boy."

Asher has dark hair like Kai, but Luca's eyes. Perfect combination.

"Our third," I breathe, touching Asher's tiny hand. "Three sons and one daughter. Our family."

"Complete family," Luca corrects, exhausted but radiant. "This is it. No more babies after this."

"Agreed. Three is perfect." I kiss his forehead. "You're amazing. Did that three times now."

"Never again." But he's smiling, gazing at Asher with pure love.

Bringing him home to meet his siblings is beautiful chaos.

Kai, now three, is immediately protective. "My brother. I protect."

Luna, almost two, is curious. "Baby?" She touches Asher's hand gently.

"Yes, baby brother," I tell her. "Your baby brother Asher."

"Ash-er," she attempts.

That first week with three kids is insanity. Someone is always crying, needing something, demanding attention.

"We're outnumbered," Luca observes during a particularly chaotic dinner.

"We're blessed," I correct, though I'm holding a crying Asher while Kai spills juice and Luna throws food.

"Blessed with chaos."

"The best kind."

Six months later, we finally find our rhythm. Kai helps with his siblings, Luna adores her brothers, Asher is the easiest baby yet.

"We did it," Luca says one evening, watching all three kids play together. "We have three healthy, happy children."

"We really did." I wrap my arms around him. "Our family. Complete and perfect."

"No regrets? About any of it?"

I think about our journey—forced claiming, resistance, war, love, marriage, three children.

"Not one single regret." I turn him to face me. "Every moment led here. To you. To them. To us."

"Even the kidnapping?"

"Especially the kidnapping." I kiss him deeply. "Because it led to everything. Our life. Our love. Our family."

"That's the right answer." He smiles against my lips. "I love you, Rian Blackwood. So much."

"I love you more, Luca Blackwood." I hold him close. "Thank you. For forgiving me. For loving me. For giving me this perfect life."

"Thank you for claiming me. For refusing to let me go. For being worth loving."

Kai interrupts, pulling on my leg. "Daddy, play!"

"Dada!" Luna echoes.

Asher starts crying from his bassinet.

We look at each other and laugh.

"This is our life now," Luca says.

"This is our everything." I scoop up Kai while Luca gets Asher. Luna waddles between us.

Our family. Three kids, one mate, endless chaos.

And I wouldn't change a single thing.

"Forever?" I ask Luca over the kids' noise.

"Forever," he agrees.

That night, after all three kids are finally asleep, we collapse together.

"Survived another day," he murmurs.

"Lived another perfect day," I correct. "With you. With them. With us."

"Us," he repeats sleepily. "Best word ever."

I hold him close, listening to our children breathe through the monitors.

This is it. This is everything.

From forced claiming to willing love.

From captive to partner.

From two to five.
