Lena pushed through Adrian's office door without bothering to knock. She shoved it so hard that the cup on Adrian's desk toppled and spilled across the papers.
"What are—" Adrian started, but she cut him off immediately.
"What is going on, Adrian? My office, my staff, my parking spot, and that new investor you conveniently forgot to mention was a woman."
Adrian sighed. "Is that why you barged in like this? This is an office, Lena. A place where people work."
He tried to pick the cup back up, but he fumbled. He couldn't even grip it. Lena's eyes snapped to the obvious.
"What happened to your arm?" she demanded, staring at the bandaged mess and the sling around his neck.
"Well, isn't it obvious, Lena? I broke it," he said, rolling his eyes.
"I'm not stupid. Obviously you broke it. I'm asking how you broke it."
