After listening to Karl's explanation . Lumian got the gist of the story of the Nightmare.
It pretty much came to him at a shock .
This nightmare was actually taking place at the advent of the doom war .
Even though I Don't have to face gods here , the Spell really had to throw me at a time period like this , doesn't it .
The so called ' Death Eaters' or also known as 'Death Raiders' were actually originally a group of shadow God believers but had revolted , given up their faith and joined the Daemon army .
What so am I helping the Daemon army ?
The rest of the story was pretty simple .A small group of Death Raiders were advancing here , their mission to destroy this town .
Apparently this town was inhabited by the believers of the sun god . And an a unit of the God's army had taken station here .
We were mercenaries hired by the Daemon army whose goal was to destroy this town and the God's army .
But the God's army was far more powerful , so we were to first cause chaos , steal an important item , slaughter the lord of the town and the key figures of the God's army . Who also hold key items .
Assassinating the Lord and the army commanders , stealing those useful items and weapons and causing chaos in the army barracks and disruting the army command was our goal .
The Lord of Town in particular was said to posses an artifact in particular that can create large overwhelming barriers , which could cause heavy disruptions in tommorow's raid .
Hence we raid the manor , kill the lord , get the item and also get rid of the army commanders present there .
There were three key locations in the town , the manor , the army barracks and encampment and the Treasury keep .
There were two key items , the scroll of madness and the barrier item the lord possessed.
Two teams First Me , Don and Shauna
And second of Karl and Katy
After a brief yet prolonged discussion
Me , Don that Muscular guy and Shauna the petite girl set off to raid the treasure keep while Karl and Katy went to cause disruptions in the army barracks .
The night was silent except the distant Echoes of sound coming from the army barracks .
We approached the Treasure keep in Stealth .
The area had already been scouted long
before and the plan of action prepared .
I had gotten to know that Don and Shauna were Dormant humans who had realized their aspects and their flaw .
Stealthily we reached the keep . Four guard stood out the front door . Uncounted numbers patrolled .
" It's time to show my magic " Shauna spoke and went off in the sleek and deep darkness
Don spoke " We wait here, when that girl gets her work done , we brawl those guys and get inside the gate . "
" Alright " Lumian spoke .
" I did not have any combat experience I my previous world , but lumian had gone combat and survival training , inheriting that body and muscle memory , I naturally found myself sufficient in combat "
" Though I did do some basic exercises and movement practices to get used "
" This guy wany has a even better build than Lumian , Huh..... I am really doing a two stacked impersonation aren't I .
Soon an ominous blast that rang through the town came in the direction Shauna had went .
Fearing an invasion , all the guards left to check it out , except the four burly men standing guard the door .
At the signal of Don , Lumian and Don rushed to brawl those four guys.
" For weapons , I have lots of throwing knives , a longblade and a dagger . Quite a triplet "
As the Four burly men noticed them , in hounding footsteps they approached .
Lumain thre hid knives in quick succession, lots of them were evased , but some hit the targets , causing them to bleed in long cuts .
A spear was thrown at Lumian by one of the
guards , with his increase instincts lumian dodged it . Down came another spear , it also resulted in a swift dodge .
Down it came to melee .
[Lumian POV ]
Don took head on two guys , and I had to deal with the remaining.
The two burly men lunge at extreme speed .
My instinctive ability came in handy , helping me evade .
Those instincts gave me the the ability to parry their duo attacks . Don had already taken down one of the guards with his raw strength in what felt like half a minute .
It came down to the three guards attacking in a single group . With us two also attacking in unison .
In seconds , another one fell by Don's hands .
The remaining two went on pure carnage mode . Relentless offensive attacks hurled at me , being evaded by a nook every time.
I threw a knife at a close distance straight at a guards throat it swiped off his neck, in a horrific manner the third one fell silent .
[ You have killed a Dormant Human ]
[ You have received a Memory ]
...........
The Spell spoke in Lumian's ears .
He did not have time to check the memory now, One guard still remained. Scared the guard tried to run , Don catched up to him and finished him off .
As a time of free came Lumian quickly checked his runes .

Don came by the time ans spoke " I've gotten the key , Let's infiltrate the keep "
Don and Lumian swiftly infiltrated the keep .
As Lumian entered , he saw a person to his right .
A cute petite girl stood at his side
Shauna said " You people sure took your time"
As the storage room of the keep was underground .
All three of them descended into the underground.
A few guards stationed inside tried to intercept them but were promptly taken care of .
"I didn't get a memory this time huh "Lumian thought ." Whos..tha.."
A swift shadow came in motion .
The next second blood filled his vision .

I know that fight scene If it can even be called that was terrible , but this one will be an actual fight , however it may be written .
