The Sannin screamed, his movements instantly sluggish.
The golden glow intensified, condensing into a barrier that sealed him inside.
His body went rigid, his chakra suppressed, and even his breathing grew faint.
"This…" Hiruzen was stunned.
When faced with the coming of the Shinigami… Orochimaru didn't even have the strength to resist?
Meanwhile, the counterattack had already begun in Konoha Village.
The Hyuga clan, Aburame clan, Inuzuka clan, and the Ino-Shika-Cho clans—each led by their clan heads—launched a fierce retaliation against the invading Sand and Sound shinobi. The ANBU provided support from the shadows.

Unable to contain herself, Hanabi leapt onto Hinata's back, clinging tightly.
She had decided—she would never leave her sister's side again.
Hinata's lips curved upward. Joy welled inside her.
She really had become stronger.
Stronger enough to protect Hanabi with her own power.
It was like a dream—something she'd never dared imagine before.
And she knew very well who had given her this chance. The chat group. And Itsuki.
She would continue to work hard. And one day, she would repay Itsuki.
"You brat… you're too careless!"
A cold voice cut in.
A Sound ninja lunged from the shadows, long blade gleaming as it descended toward Hinata and Hanabi.

The Sound ninja screamed as his own sword sliced into him, ending his life instantly.
When the rotation stopped, Hinata's eyes widened.
"Neji… Brother!"
Neji Hyuga turned to her. After a moment of silence, he whispered:
"I'm sorry… for before." This was Neji after releasing the chains of fate.
