As he thinks, a young red haired man with food shows up.
'Buggy, your awake, good to know' said the red haired lad.
'(It's "red hair" shanks. Captain of the red haired pirates, and eventually a Yonko. I need to keep my cool around him)' thought Buggy in fear.
'Ya hungry Buddy?' Asked Shanks.
'Seems that way, huh?' Asked Buggy.
Hearing that, Shanks gives Buggy some food.
As the two eat, Buggy thinks to himself.
'(Given that Gol D Roger dies next year, I need to find a way to survive)' said Buggy.
After breakfast, Buggy left to train despite Shanks saying to rest.
After finding a big enough forest, he trained his devil fruit powers, his mind, and his body.
'This is amazing, with my knowledge and the power of the chop chop fruit. I could be a bounty hunter next year after the beginning of said era starts' said Buggy to himself.
As time went on, the day finally arrived for the Oro Jackson to return.

The two young pirate apprentices wait for their friends to pick them up.
They saw a Ladder and climbed it.
After getting onboard, they get hugged by their friends the Roger Pirates.
After that, they set sail to celebrate their victory over finding one piece.
