Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: God Level Comic System

Chapter 2: God Level Comic System

Su Li entered the Hokage's office.

Feeling the sharp gazes of the two Hokage advisors, he sighed inwardly.

To be honest, Su Li really didn't want to be the Acting Hokage.

If he had that kind of free time, he'd rather draw a few more chapters of manga.

After all wasn't it much more satisfying to grow stronger through his system?

Yes, Su Li was a transmigrator.

However, unlike those lucky ones who crossed over and immediately became overpowered "Chosen Ones," Su Li had nothing when he arrived in this world.

In fact, he had almost been killed by a group of bandits.

By sheer coincidence, that was when he met Jiraiya, who happened to save him.

After confirming the time period through their conversation, Su Li decided to become Jiraiya's disciple he needed strength to survive.

Perhaps seeing something in Su Li that reminded him of his previous disciples, Nagato and Konan, Jiraiya didn't refuse.

And after some time together, Jiraiya was astonished by Su Li's insight into the shinobi world his analysis of events, his predictions of future conflicts, his deep understanding of ninja politics.

If Jiraiya hadn't already met Nagato with the Rinnegan, he might have suspected that Su Li himself was the Child of Prophecy foretold by the Great Toad Sage.

At this point in time, Jiraiya was already one of the most powerful shinobi alive. Becoming his disciple was no small blessing.

But there was one problem Su Li knew how Jiraiya's story would end.

Anyone who had watched Naruto knew that Jiraiya would one day die at the hands of the Six Paths of Pain Nagato himself.

Su Li had tried to warn Jiraiya to be careful of Nagato, but... how could he explain how he knew?

He couldn't.

In the end, he chose to stay silent. After all, blurting it out might cause more harm than good.

It's fine, Su Li thought. When the time comes, I'll be strong enough to save him myself.

It all came down to one thing power.

If only he possessed strength on the level of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, the progenitor of chakra... then he wouldn't need to hide anything.

That was why Su Li's sole focus was to become stronger.

And then, one day

he awakened the God Level Comic System.

With this system, simply drawing manga would earn him points, which he could use to enhance his abilities.

In other words, as long as he kept creating comics, his power would grow indefinitely.

If he continued like this, it wasn't impossible for him to one day stand shoulder to shoulder with even Ōtsutsuki Kaguya herself.

So, over the years, Su Li secluded himself, focusing entirely on his manga and steadily growing stronger through the system.

His goal was clear to change Jiraiya's fate during the future battle against Pain.

But not long ago, Jiraiya suddenly summoned him through the Toad Summoning Technique, asking him to come to Konoha and temporarily take on the role of Acting Hokage.

Su Li was extremely reluctant.

By his calculations, there were only two or three years left before Pain's invasion.

At this critical moment, when he should be focusing on training and strengthening himself

he was being told to run Konoha?

That sounded like a complete waste of time.

Konoha had twenty, maybe thirty thousand shinobi. Being Acting Hokage meant endless meetings, paperwork, and political headaches.

All of that would only eat away at the time he could be using to draw manga and increase his power.

How could he possibly accept that?

As he stood beside Jiraiya, Su Li cast him a pleading look as if to say:

Master, can't we pick someone else?

But Jiraiya pretended not to notice.

He stepped forward, gave Su Li a hearty hug, and turned toward the two advisors with a confident smile.

"This is my disciple, Su Li," he announced. "He may not yet have Hokage level strength, but his insight and judgment are easily on par with a Hokage—perhaps even beyond mine. I have complete confidence in him serving as Acting Hokage for two months."

"Are you sure about that?" Utatane Koharu asked skeptically. Mitokado Homura narrowed his eyes, examining the young man in front of them—barely in his twenties.

"Of course," Jiraiya said firmly.

Over the years, Jiraiya and Su Li had discussed many things, and time and again, events had unfolded just as Su Li predicted.

Even the recent Konoha Collapse Plan had been something Su Li warned him about.

Of course, Su Li hadn't mentioned Orochimaru directly he simply speculated that the Sand Village might take advantage of an opening to attack Konoha. Mentioning Orochimaru's involvement would have been too suspicious; Su Li shouldn't have known such classified information.

Still, the accuracy of his foresight had shaken Jiraiya deeply.

If only he had taken Su Li's warning more seriously, perhaps Konoha wouldn't have suffered such heavy losses. Perhaps the Third Hokage wouldn't have died at Orochimaru's hands.

The chance had been right in front of him… but it had slipped away.

That was why Jiraiya now firmly believed that only someone as calm and perceptive as Su Li could serve as Acting Hokage.

Nara Shikaku was brilliant, yes but he lacked the strength and influence.

Su Li, on the other hand, represented Jiraiya's authority.

"I won't be around during this time," Jiraiya said seriously. "Su Li will act as Konoha's Acting Hokage. His words carry the same weight as mine. If there's an emergency or an enemy attack, he can summon me back through reverse summoning."

"Alright then," he said, turning toward the door with a grin. "I'll leave it to you. I'm taking Naruto to find Tsunade."

And with that, Jiraiya vanished from the Hokage's office in an instant.

He was heading out to find Tsunade because he knew that his words alone might not be enough to convince her.

But with Naruto's Talk no Jutsu… he figured their chances would be much better.
