On the side of the road, a bar establishment extremely close to the springs is open. Ty Lee quickly drags Katara inside it, while Toph and Norrak walk in behind them.
The bar is nothing that Norrak hadn't seen, but it does have the smell of fruit. They go and sit in front of the bar before thinking about what they should order.
"Do you have any recommendations? Something to cool us down but also has a good taste?" Norrak asked, and the bartender immediately picked out a mango from the bar.
He took out a knife, and he chopped the mango into small cubes. He then placed the cubes into an iron cup and put a small lid that he pushed into the cup.
Removing the tiny lid from the inside of the cup, the bartender poured fresh mango juice, squeezed from the remaining pulp, into a cup filled with spring ice.
"I call dibs!" Toph shouted before taking the cup of fresh juice and downing it in one go! She let out a satisfied noise, the fresh and cool juice sliding down her throat.
Katara and Ty Lee exploded on the spot, before turning to the bartender with fire-filled eyes. The bartender shivered before taking out three more mangoes.
Norrak chuckled at the sight, though his sight was more focused on the ground under his feet. He felt the vitality, or spiritual energy, of the land under his feet being sucked by something.
It was a piece of bead-sized crystal with a massive amount of energy being recycled. The crystals sucked the vitality of the ground, but Norrak noticed something different.
"This bead is draining the spiritual energy in the air, but because it's underground, where the ground is filled with vitality, it's draining the land as well," Norrak muttered.
'The small bead can't control its absorption, so the excess energy keeps leaking out, turning into ice. But what is that bead?' Norrak thought with a twitch, barely holding himself back from going to take it.
Infinite recycling and harmless energy!
It could be the start of his plan to build a utopia for himself and his wives. He could use this to suck the energy from the air and then power everything in that utopia!
"H-Here is the juice!" The bartender said as the girls stopped glaring at him. He placed three cups of freshly squeezed juice. Ty Lee and Katara took a cup each and drank it down.
Their throat moved, gulping down the cups in seconds as they felt their hot bodies emit a cooling sensation. Norrak also picked his cup up and took a sip.
"Nothing special, the spiritual energy in the ice is only making my Chi feel a cooling sensation," Norrak muttered as he felt his Chi cool down from the energy in the ice.
"Give me that!" Toph snatched the cup from Norrak's hand as she heard his muttering, and with a cackle, she drank all of it. Norrak shrugged since it wasn't all that.
The taste was alright. The reason people would want it is the slight cooling in their belly.
"By the way, that spring. I will be destroying it," Norrak said, and the bar became silent as everyone turned to look at him with unfriendly stares. Katara and Ty Lee looked confused.
"It has something underground that will be useful for me in the future. You three can stay-"
"No! I will be going with you. I wanna know what that thing is underground. I can feel the earth under me losing its sturdiness," Toph said with a grin, interrupting Norrak with a firm tone.
"Finer, it's right outside anyway. Anyone can come and see," Norrak stood up and made his way outside. The three immediately followed, with the guys in the bar sharing looks.
"This is the so-called spring?" Ty Lee asked with a raised eyebrow, and Norrak nodded before kneeling on the ground. Sensing the location of the bead, Norrak turned to Toph.
"Can you create a straight tunnel for about 100 meters underground?" Norrak asked Toph, who nodded with a confident look. She stomped the ground, and it split open, revealing a straight drop.
A large amount of dirt and rocks was pushed aside to reveal a hole that could fit a person. Norrak jumped down, and the ground under his falling figure kept splitting until Norrak finally arrived.
Boom!
Norrak came to a stop, the ground under him cratering before he came to a halt due to something rigid, almost like metal. Toph, on the surface, raised an eyebrow as she felt the connection to the earth vanish from her control.
Norrak dug into the ground with a water drill until he heard a clang, almost as if metal meeting metal. Norrak opened his eyes wide as he felt the ice, his palm pressing against it with force.
"The entire town is on a massive iceberg deep underground. It's not melting, but keeps growing with the energy coming off from the bead," Norrak thought as he split the ice open.
Boom!
Norrak placed his palms on the ice, and the ground began to shake. His Six Eyes glowed brightly, emanating light from his pupils before his body was enhanced.
His muscles, bones and every cell in his body trembled. His strength soared massively, easily multiplied by ten times as his Chi surged from his body, almost like lightning crackled on his body.
Above...
Boom!
"What is going on? Why did the ground start shaking?" Katara asked, while a confused Ty Lee looked inside the hole in the ground. Toph shrugged, not having a clue.
BOOOOM!
The ground started being lifted. And a massive shockwave spread out from the town. In the deep underground, Norrak aided his strength while using his bending to lift the iceberg.
The iceberg weighing hundreds of thousands of tonnes was lifted up inches above the bed. Norrak groned, blood flowing from his eyes and nose as he pushed his body to the limit.
"Come on!" Norrak detached a bit of Chi from his body, and he sent it to the bead. The bead instantly absorbed his Chi, and Norrak groaned in annoyance.
"Absolute Zero!" Norrak built his Chi into a condensed ball around him. In an instant, he fired it out like a shockwave, freezing everything and stopping the movement of molecules.
Norrak froze everything in a hundred-meter radius, freezing the iceberg and the ground now together. The iceberg remained floating above the blue bead, while Norrak fell onto his knees.
Norrak panted heavily, his entire body feeling like it could collapse right there. His body was covered in ice due to the cold, and his breath created mist.
Norrak stood up shakily before making his way deeper, until he was face to face with the bead. He created a ball of ice around the bead with Absolute Zero.
This way, no one could break it out from the ice. Norrak wiped the blood from his nose and eyes, and he flayed up through the hole. His body's hot up like an arrow, erupting from the hole.
Boom!
Norrak crashed to the frozen ground on one knee, holding the ball of ice that contained the bead. The cold air erupting from the hole rushed upward, freezing the ground for meters around him and forming an ice mountain that soared dozens of meters high.
"What in the hell did you do, Norrak?!" Katara screamed from the air, holding Toph and Ty Lee in her arms each. Toph and Ty Lee were chattering, the cold freezing to them.
"My Bad," Norrak replied, looking at the ice ball in his hand, his lips curling into a smirk.

You guys keep acting as if the verse of the avatar is weak! Like what's up with that? Are we going to pretend like Iroh alone did not react to natural lighting and redirect it into the ocean? That alone is massively hypersonic.
And what about Ruko erupting four volcanoes at the same time with lava-bending? Or Kyoshi being able to separate a whole peninsula and literally move island-sized pieces of the earth, which is now the Kyoshi island!
So I don't expect any comments about Norrak not being able to lift an iceberg up with his bending.
