. The holiday passed quickly. Dylan was personally driven to
King's Cross Station
by his parents.
"Be careful, even when you get there..." Maeve reminded him.
"Have you packed everything?" Hubert asked.
"Don't worry, I've got everything I need. Everything else has been sent to school, and I'll be careful too." Dylan nodded.
Then he told his parents, "You don't have to work so hard overtime. I'll be a wizard and make a lot of money. Don't overwork yourself."
"My dear son, it's not your turn to worry about us now," Maeve rubbed Dylan's head.
"Okay, don't be late, go now," Hubert said.
Dylan nodded gently. "I'll write to you from the academy. Remember to keep an eye on my owl."
"Mommy will."
He said goodbye to his parents.
Dylan, carrying only a travel backpack, walked into the station.
This wasn't his first time back here; his parents had occasionally taken him on trips during their days off.
He quickly found the third pillar between Platforms 9 and 10.
As he approached, he realized the Muggles around him paid no attention.
Even if they glanced over, they'd quickly look away, pretending not to see.
Dylan witnessed a young wizard charge into the pillar, yet no one around reacted.
He couldn't help but take a deep breath.
Crashing directly into the pillar took some mental effort.
"Go!"
Dylan closed his eyes and lunged headfirst into the pillar.
For a moment, he felt as if he had entered a void.
Then, a few steps forward, the void vanished, and light filled his vision.
"Boom..."
A red train pulled into the platform,
steam billowing.
Dylan blinked, his mind racing to the silent high-speed train, or even a maglev train.
"Even though technology isn't quite there yet, the wizards must have cast some kind of spell on the train to speed it up, right?"
After entering, Dylan noticed a sudden increase in the number of children and parents around him.
He had no family,
so there was no need to wait. When the train stopped, he simply walked through the nearest door.
The carriages on these carriages were open to all, and the purchased ticket had no seat restrictions.
So, after boarding, he found a nearby compartment and entered. He
took off his backpack and placed it beside him, then sat down on the left.
Gazing out the window, Dylan pulled a book from his inventory.
Many of his belongings were in his inventory, which would save him some shipping costs.
After studying spells for some time,
Dylan realized that simply immersing himself in the surface of magic wasn't enough.
He needed to deeply understand and fully grasp the underlying meaning of a spell. Only then
could he reach the highest level of a spell.
He flipped open the book in his hand.
It was the one he hadn't finished before leaving. Dylan opened the bookmark page and continued reading. It explained in detail the principles of Transfiguration spells and the precautions to take when using them in various situations. However, some of the content covered advanced Transfiguration spells
. Dylan had never taken a class, so he could n't fully grasp the key points of advanced Transfiguration spells just by reading . However, this book provided detailed descriptions of even the most basic Transfiguration spells. It progressed from the basics to the advanced, and even included explanations of the Transfiguration spells in various practical situations. This was truly an excellent book.
If he could thoroughly understand this book,
perhaps his Transfiguration skills would reach a higher level.
"I never thought using the Transfiguration Charm during a sneak attack could be so effective."
Dylan flipped to the practical section on Transfiguration.
It depicted numerous scenarios demonstrating how to use the Transfiguration Charm in certain situations.
Dylan thought of the wand enhancement function granted by his system.
Suddenly, a host of dirty tricks flashed through his mind.
Some were even dirtier than the sneak attacks described in the book...
"I always feel that while the practical explanations in this book are vivid, something is missing. Or perhaps the sneak attacks aren't explained thoroughly enough in certain combat scenarios."
With six max-level spells, even now, when learning other spells, he
could always draw inferences from them.
Furthermore, his thinking wasn't limited to this century; instead, the experiences of two lifetimes had reached a new level. This allowed him to think of countless ways to use the Transfiguration
Charm to sneak in. The door to the private room swung open, and two red-haired men poked their heads in. "Hey, hello, are you the only one here?" a redhead said. "Do you mind if we sit here?" another redhead added. "I'll be sitting here by myself, come in." Dylan glanced at the two of them. In an instant, two names popped into his mind. After the two redheads sat down, they couldn't wait to greet Dylan. "Thank you, my name is Fred." "No, my name is Fred, and his name is George." "Who said that? George, I'm obviously Fred!" The two of them argued for a while. Seeing that Dylan just looked at them silently, they turned their heads again. "I wonder what your name is?" "Dylan," he replied casually. After knowing the two people's names, he realized that they were the Weasley twins. Since they were here, didn't that mean... "Are you seniors in the house?" "Oh, of course!" "Are you a freshman? Then you'll be in the same year as our brother." "But it seems unlikely that you will be sorted into the same house." "Yeah, he's reading. Ron can't read." Ron? So, he and Harry Potter were actually in the same class? Although he had read Harry Potter, he couldn't remember the specific timeline. He only knew the general plot and what happened. For example, it seemed that one of the twins would die in the subsequent battle. But he couldn't remember who it was. "You look like you will definitely become a student of Ravenclaw." "I think so!" "It's hard to understand why someone would read a book on the road." "This seems to be a professional book other than the textbook." "Oh my God, I have a feeling that the Sorting Hat will take this little wizard to a certain house!" "I just said it!" "I agreed with it." (End of this chapter)
