Taeryn swung the bat lazily as he stepped over Dohwan's unconscious body.
The man's face was bloodied. His nose clearly broken, blood smeared messily beneath it, both eyes already darkening into deep purple bruises. He looked pathetic.
Taeryn sighed, thoroughly impatient.
They were in Dohwan's apartment. It was actually nice—messy, clothes strewn everywhere—but nice enough. Taeryn avoided looking too closely, waiting for the signal so he could get this over with.
Unfortunately, Dohwan lived in a small neighborhood. Jaekyung and Jisoo were outside on lookout, ready to give him the go-ahead.
Taeryn had stalked Dohwan all day, waiting for the bastard to head home. He'd expected to drag him out of some club or shady bar, but it had been ridiculously easy. Dohwan was on a self-imposed break.
Too easy.
Taeryn leaned against the counter, scrolling through Candy Crush on his phone, completely unbothered.
The sun was already setting when he decided to text Rihan.
