The spaceship was enormous.
However, part of the very front section was damaged.
The whole ship feels like it was pieced together.
It's as if it has been transformed by countless civilizations.
There's no sense of clutter at all; on the contrary, it exudes a domineering aura and has a unique aesthetic appeal.
"What containment object? A rocket? You're overthinking it. This is just a wrecked spaceship." Quill's eyes gleamed. "How about we go up and explore it?"
Rocket quickly shook his head: "I don't know if this is a good idea. Damage doesn't mean it's unusable. Maybe there are still people guarding it inside."
"Hey, how could that be? This ship's power is completely gone. Our Guardians of the Galaxy's motto is to explore the unknown. There might be a lot of treasure in here! Rocket, what's wrong with you? You've always been the most curious person!"
At this moment, Gamora frowned deeply: "This is definitely not a good idea, Quill. This ship doesn't belong to any known civilization. And what if it really is a containment object?"
"What are you afraid of? We're the Guardians of the Galaxy!" Quill pulled out a cosmic orb containing the Power Stone. "If we're afraid of even exploring a single spaceship, how can we talk about protecting the galaxy?"
Groot: "I am Groot."
Quill: "Look, even Groot approves of me!"
Gamora shook her head: "Go by yourself."
"Alright!" Quill opened his arms. "I'm going in. You guys do as you please."
After saying that, Quill walked out of the cabin.
Rocket stood up: "Thinking about it carefully, Quill has a point. There must be a lot of valuable things in here."
Drax stood up too: "I want to go too."
Groot caught up with them.
Gamora sighed, "There's just... no way to deal with him!"
She also stood up and picked up her gun and knife.
She still couldn't let go of Quill, that troublemaker.
Everyone, dressed in spacesuits, jumped onto the spaceship.
The spaceship is composed of several parts, each with a very different style.
The further we went, the more unique the feeling became with the rocket.
The surface of the spaceship was completely free of even the slightest scratch.
Generally speaking, abandoned spaceships are riddled with holes.
I've never seen a rocket so well preserved.
After a while, the group reached the gap.
Gamora crouched down.
She touched the "broken" spot on the deck.
Then, she stood up with a solemn expression.
"What's wrong, Gamora? Did you find something?"
Gamora: "This huge gap isn't damaged at all. It's like an unfinished piece of a puzzle."
"A jigsaw puzzle?" The group looked at each other in bewilderment.
This spaceship looks like it was "pieced together" from countless civilizations.
Could it be that the gap was just an unfinished part?
This further piqued Quill's curiosity: "I'm going to go down and check it out anyway. We're all on deck and nothing's happened yet, which means the ship is safe."
Quill descended through the gap.
He saw it; inside was a huge stone door.
There are two strangely shaped sculptures nearby.
Quill jumped in, landed steadily, and walked towards the door.
The others followed.
Quill examined the door carefully.
All I could see was...
Above the gate, there is a line of carved words.
No one recognized the words in the text.
Quill read it aloud: "Whoever you are, since you've come here, please finish what we haven't done..."
As soon as he finished reading, Quill was horrified.
He clearly didn't recognize the characters on it.
Why are you able to understand its meaning?
Cold sweat immediately trickled down Quill's neck.
The others understood the text too!
"I actually understand what this means! But I have no idea what language it is!" Rocket exclaimed in astonishment. "Could it be... a cognitive dissonance?"
"You're probably... overthinking it, aren't you? How could it be cognitive dissonance, hahaha." Quill tried to sound confident. "It's probably some kind of advanced language, so people can understand it at a glance!"
Quill reached out his hand.
He was about to touch the stone door.
The door was then opened.
Amazingly, these heavy doors opened without making a single sound.
See the scene inside.
Everyone was immediately stunned.
Although ancient totems are carved on the walls and ceiling.
But everything inside gives the impression of being technologically advanced.
It felt like entering a city from the future.
The corridor was brightly lit, but no one could see where the lights were.
They walked inside.
They were all awestruck by this wisdom from another civilization.
Quill tapped the wall gently.
He discovered that the wall material did not appear to be metal.
But he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was.
At that moment, Rocket was also touching the wall in front of him: "Guys, it seems there's no way out here..."
Suddenly, with a whoosh!
The wall opened!
The rocket was startled.
The original walls disappeared, revealing a spacious room in front.
The group walked over.
This room looks like a control room.
The group went inside.
They began to look around at the surroundings.
There are many control panels inside.
But there were no levers or buttons.
Drax: "I've never seen anything so amazing..."
At that moment, the rocket seemed to have discovered something.
There is a groove in the wall.
With a gentle press, the groove on the rocket opened.
Inside, there were three things that looked like energy batteries.
Rocket's eyes lit up immediately: "This will definitely fetch a good price!"
He reached out and removed all the batteries.
Suddenly.
A mechanical voice rang out.
"Warning! Warning! Intruder detected! Initiate containment procedures!"
Everyone was stunned.
Gamora knew something was wrong and ran frantically towards the door.
But it was too late.
The door slammed shut.
No matter how much Gamora knocked, it wouldn't turn on!
Drax frowned. "We're trapped here."
Quill clutched the back of his head: "Oh no! Rockets, what have you done now?"
The group began searching for an exit.
But no matter what methods they tried.
I searched every inch of the place, but couldn't find any gaps.
Quill became furious: "Rocket! You must have touched something that's got us stuck here! I saw you packing things into your bag just now!"
"Yes, yes!" Rocket opened the bag. "So what if I took these things?"
"What?!" Quill looked at him in disbelief. "We're not getting out! If we run out of oxygen, we'll all die here! Rocket, you always do this! You're such a menace!"
The word "troublemaker" seemed to deeply sting Rocket: "Troublemaker? You're the troublemaker! You insisted on getting into this damned spaceship!"
The rocket dropped the battery to the ground with a thud.
"Yes, I brought everyone here. But I didn't touch anything!" Quill became agitated.
"Oh, you never touch anything? Have you forgotten how that damn Infinity Stone came to be? Didn't you steal it? Did you really come to this spaceship just to look around? Don't you want to take something good back and sell it for a good price?"
"I..." Quillton was speechless for a moment.
...
On the moon.
Several astronauts gazed at the enormous mechanical devices exposed on the lunar surface and fell into deep thought.
"What do you think this is?"
"I guess it's an engine." He looked at the hole in the middle of the mechanical device, which seemed bottomless.
There are dense mechanical parts all around, which appear to provide power.
"I also thought it was the engine. I didn't expect that the Devourer of All Realms only trembled once, and it exposed this thing on the moon. Hahaha, what a terrifying monster. Luckily, it hasn't woken up yet."
"This time, S.H.I.E.L.D. finally discovered this thing before the Foundation. I guess..."
Before he could finish speaking, suddenly...
Behind them.
Sparks appeared.
Then, a portal opened.
Loki and several Splinterers came out.
The S.H.I.E.L.D. astronauts drew their guns: "Halt!!!"
Loki raised his hand, and a beam of light shot out.
Several astronauts were instantly reduced to ashes.
Loki looked at the engine and smiled, "That old guy said this engine could trigger the end of the world, very good."
He stepped forward and examined it closely: "Foundation, I'd like to see how you'll handle this."
