"Citizens of America, today you will usher in a new chapter in history. We, HYDRA, will use America as our foundation to advance towards the World, ultimately unifying humanity."
On all television channels, Red Skull's large face was displayed. He stood at the White House spokesperson's position, announcing HYDRA's return to all of America, along with their governing philosophy.
America's previous economic policy was to harvest globally, but this did not align with HYDRA's ideals. They intended to use America's rich resources as the starting point for conquering the World, thus requiring the establishment of various factories throughout America, forcibly building a complete manufacturing system.
This meant forcibly requisitioning vast amounts of resources and labor, which was bound to offend many people, and the populace might not agree, as the price offered by HYDRA was simply too low.
However, Red Skull's divine positions were 'Dominion' and 'Tyranny,' which meant he was by no means a gentle ruler.

The God of Dominion and Tyranny arrived above the city with the loudest voices of resistance. Two minutes later, there was not a single living creature left in the city.
Millions of heads fell, and Red Skull impaled them on spikes, broadcasting it on television 24 hours a day to show all of America the consequences of resisting HYDRA.
And this was merely Red Skull's destructive power alone; under him, there were also HYDRA assassins craving slaughter, and HYDRA expanded at an extremely rapid pace.
Inheriting the characteristics of the Third Reich, HYDRA organized its forces, directly arresting people in various cities, and began ethnic cleansing; the nomadic people who loved to make money once again entered the 'shower rooms.'
Immediately upon beginning his rule, Red Skull massacred over three million people. These tyrannical methods silenced all voices of resistance among the populace. A strong smell of blood permeated the entire America, and the black smoke from the HYDRA army burning corpses hung over people's heads all day long.

Airships disseminating HYDRA propaganda hovered over every city. Red Skull intended to brainwash this country into a machine he would use to rule the World, and the entire America became part of the Hydra Empire.

"Heimdall, can we still not go to America?"
"No," Heimdall replied helplessly.
During this time, they had attempted countless times, but no matter how hard they tried, they could not break through that barrier.
Odin said that barrier was a product of an ancient god's power combined with the Infinity Stones, making it very difficult to break.

Thor clutched his hammer and asked himself, "Is there really no way?"
"Wait for your friend to return," Heimdall said calmly. "I don't believe he perished with the Great Serpent."

The exquisite power of the new buckle greatly satisfied Eller. He then prepared to use its power to return to Earth. Since the Twilight of the Gods Sword was integrated into the new buckle, this buckle could also open the Bifrost Bridge.
Thus, Eller opened the Bifrost Bridge according to the coordinates in his memory, and the rainbow beam fell upon Eller's head.
The vast starry sea passed in a blink of an eye. Just as Eller was about to enter America, he suddenly felt a resistance. He was actually bounced back and landed on the distant sea surface.
