"Your friend has probably already perished with the Great Serpent," Dario said with a sneer.
"He hasn't shown any trace in over half a year."
"That's not necessarily true." Steve slightly raised his head, taking one last look at this World. "But even if I die at your hands, countless people will follow in my footsteps to overthrow HYDRA. Justice will never die!"

Tsukasa Kadoya smiled indifferently, then subtly revealed HYDRA's intelligence to Eller.
"Then how will you stop us? HYDRA controls all of America's military resources, with nuclear bombs and aircraft carriers readily available. They have an augmented human army equivalent to a million people, and fearless War Machine robots, thousands of modified human soldiers, and a guard unit composed of former superheroes. Do you have the power to defeat everyone?"
"Of course."
Eller replied, simultaneously committing the information Tsukasa Kadoya had spoken to memory. He calmly pressed a finger, making a crisp sound, and chanted, "HenShin!"
