Dr. Foster rushed to the computer, meticulously studying the blueprints while muttering to himself, rapidly comparing and calculating the feasibility of this method in his mind.
But Peter wasn't worried.
Because the Phantom Spider Suit incorporated some design concepts from the Negative Space Suit.
The Negative Space Suit was what the golden-haired Spider-Man had used to fight a villain called Mr. Negative. He was pulled into a negative space by Mr. Negative, where he collected negative space energy to create the suit.
The Negative Space Suit was also a special suit that achieved unique effects by absorbing and releasing exotic energy.
And now, this Phantom Spider Suit used a similar principle.
The difference was that the absorption direction was focused on the wearer, and the absorbed energy changed from negative space energy to Ghost Particles.
But, in essence, there wasn't a huge difference.
The difficulty lay in the properties of Ghost Particles and how to create an instrument capable of accurately absorbing them.
However, these two points weren't a challenge for Dr. Foster, who had been researching Ghost Particles for a long time.
Because he already had a plan!
In Dr. Foster's computer, Peter saw a design drawing for a "Local Quantum" collection device.
It was an instrument used to collect "Local Quantum" in the quantum realm after a quantum tunnel had opened.
Only by collecting it could they inject it into Ava to save her.
Now, they just needed to modify this instrument slightly.
For Dr. Foster, it was a piece of cake.
As for the research on Ghost Particles, Dr. Foster hadn't been slacking off all these years!
This was also the reason why Dr. Foster was so shocked after seeing it!
Because if Peter's model held true, he could modify the Phantom Spider Suit in a matter of days, provided he had the right materials!
Dr. Foster was consumed by his fervent research.
Ava, seeing Dr. Foster's excited expression, guessed that she might have found a better treatment and stood by, eagerly waiting.
Meanwhile, Peter walked to the other side.
Actually, while designing it, he was thinking, since Ghost Particles could make someone invisible, what about him?
The Second-Generation Venom Symbiote also possessed characteristics similar to Ghost Particles.
He could also enter other parallel universes.
If he gathered the quantum from other parallel universes and brought it to this world, then, following the design of the Phantom Spider Suit, could he create his own invisibility suit?
The Phantom Spider Suit?
A super suit with the ability to turn invisible and phase through walls!
Peter was incredibly excited!
That was so cool!
He decided then and there, Nano Spider Suit No. 4 would be called the Phantom Spider Suit! He couldn't wait to rush back to his lab and make this idea a reality.
He waited for several hours.
Dr. Foster let out a long sigh of relief, looking at Peter with great excitement.
He'd been somewhat surprised while working with Peter on the Second-Generation Venom Symbiote, mistakenly believing Spider-Man was already an expert.
But he hadn't expected his boss, who looked so young, to be so talented! A wish he'd been working on for years, and they had conquered it after just a brief discussion!
If Dr. Foster had previously been following Peter out of a sense of financial necessity, now he had developed some respect for this exceptionally talented young man.
Young, knowledgeable, and rich.
This was a proper Iron Man 2.0!
"Following a boss like this… doesn't seem so bad, does it?" Dr. Foster thought, and any other ideas he had previously vanished.
After verifying the feasibility of the plan, Dr. Foster and Ava, the Ghost, had a significant change of attitude towards Peter.
However, some materials were still missing.
So, Peter contacted his company and had the first installment of funds transferred over.
A total of five million.
His only request was this: after Dr. Foster created the real Phantom Spider Suit, all the data and parameters of the suit had to be given to him.
Dr. Foster readily agreed.
After all, Peter was responsible for half of the Phantom Spider Suit. He provided the funding and initial design ideas, while Dr. Foster was only in charge of the specific parameter adjustments and fabrication.
This made everyone happy.
Once the Phantom Spider Suit was developed, Peter could slightly modify the parameters and apply them to himself. With at most a 10% adjustment, he could have his own Phantom Spider Suit!
After having dinner with Dr. Foster and Ava, Peter said his goodbyes and left.
He had planned to hitch a ride back to New York, but after checking the flight schedule, Peter was a bit stunned.
There weren't many flights from Los Angeles, and the earliest one wasn't until after seven in the evening.
How should he spend these few hours?
Go back to Dr. Foster's lab?
Peter thought about it, then decided against it.
Suddenly, he had a flash of inspiration and thought of Scott Lang, the "Ant-Man," whom he had met a few times during the battle at the Berlin airport.
After the Civil War, Peter found a lot of information about "Ant-Man" in the Avengers' database.
Not just Scott, but also Hank Pym.
Hank Pym was a former S.H.I.E.L.D. science advisor, entomologist, and quantum physicist. His Pym Particles could change the molecular distance between substances.
Using Pym Particles, he could shrink himself to the size of an ant.
Later, he developed a suit to help him communicate with ants and adopted the codename "Ant-Man."
He later discovered that although he could retain his normal strength after shrinking, he didn't have the super strength like Captain America's super-soldier serum.
So, he then turned to the Goliath Experiment, which Dr. Foster was also involved in.
And his wife, Janet van Dyne, also possessed a similar suit, codenamed "Wasp."
Later, in an accident, Wasp shrunk herself below the subatomic level and disappeared. Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, then transitioned to running his company, Pym Technologies.
Though Pym Technologies wasn't on the same scale as Stark Industries, it was still fairly well-known on the West Coast.
However, during the previous year's Civil War, because Scott Lang, the second Ant-Man, joined Captain America's anti-registration faction, Hank Pym, who provided him with the Ant-Man suit, was also affected.
Pym Technologies was subsequently shut down, and Hank Pym and his daughter were forced into hiding.
Peter felt deep sympathy for Dr. Hank Pym, who had been dealt a bad hand.
However, he was planning to find Scott Lang.
