He realized that the Spider-Man in this world was quite similar to the Amazing Spider-Man.
However, perhaps because of different life experiences, the Spider-Man of this universe didn't become a superhero right after gaining his powers. Instead, he used them to fight in underground boxing matches, earning some quick cash.
Later, due to his indifference, he let a robber escape — and that robber ended up killing his Uncle Ben while fleeing.
Before he died, Uncle Ben left behind the same last words: "With great power comes great responsibility."
Those words, spoken in his dying breath, burned deeply into Peter's heart. Fueled by rage and guilt, he finally began to face his powers — and to use them for something more meaningful.
He tracked down the man who had killed Uncle Ben and gave him the punishment he thought he deserved — death.
Afterward, Peter gradually found spiritual fulfillment by wearing the mask of Spider-Man and fighting for justice. He became increasingly devoted to that "career."
Until the time Peter merged with this body, the Spider-Man of this world had already faced four super-villains.
Much like the Shadow Spider-Man's timeline, the first enemy he encountered after gaining his powers was Norman Osborn.
In this universe, Norman Osborn was also the Green Goblin, though not the monstrous version from Earth-90214. Here, he was a successful, powerful corporate magnate.
The radioactive spider that had bitten Peter was a product of Osborn's own company's research.
After a fierce battle, the Green Goblin was accidentally impaled by his own glider and died.
Two years later came the second villain.
By then, Peter was in college, where he met Dr. Otto Octavius, a brilliant nuclear physicist.
During an experiment, a malfunction caused Otto's mechanical arms to fuse with his body and warp his mind, turning him into the ruthless scientist Doctor Octopus.
After a desperate struggle, Doctor Octopus finally regained his senses — but chose to sink into the river along with his invention, sacrificing himself.
His final words, "The power of the sun in the palm of my hand," reminded Peter of Doctor Octavia from Earth-1610B.
She too had leapt into her particle collider before dying, shouting, "The power of the multiverse in the palm of my hand."
The same brilliance, the same madness — and the same fate, destroyed by their own creations.
Perhaps that was always the destiny of every "Doctor Octopus."Just as Uncle Ben's death is inevitable in every Spider-Man's story.
After the Doctor Octopus incident, Peter Parker's life seemed to improve.
Spider-Man had become a beloved city hero. Videos and newspaper features about him filled the streets.
Behind the mask, Peter was happily together with the woman he loved — Mary Jane.
For a time, life seemed perfect.
But soon, everything changed again.
Just when he was preparing to propose to Mary Jane, his best friend Harry Osborn — now the second Green Goblin — came after him.
Harry firmly believed Spider-Man had killed his father, and his hatred ran deep.
At the same time, Peter and Aunt May received a new police report: the real killer of Uncle Ben was Flint Marko.
The man Peter had killed years ago was only an accomplice. He had killed the wrong person.
The discovery hit Peter like a thunderbolt. Guilt and confusion tore at him.
Soon after, he tracked down Flint Marko through the police radio.
During the pursuit, he bonded with a black symbiote suit — a living substance that magnified his strength and aggression while darkening his mind.
Empowered by rage and the symbiote, Peter used water to destroy Flint Marko, who had become the Sandman.
But that victory marked the beginning of his downfall.
Mary Jane's acting career suddenly collapsed, and Peter — consumed by the suit's influence — ignored her completely.Their relationship deteriorated, and Harry exploited the rift between them.
Blinded by anger, Peter donned the black suit and stormed into Harry's apartment, beating him severely.
Meanwhile, at the Daily Bugle, a new photographer named Eddie Brock faked photos of the black-suited Spider-Man.
Peter exposed Eddie's forgery, leading to Eddie's dismissal by a furious J. Jonah Jameson.
With the symbiote's confidence boosting him, Peter also finally secured the proper pay he deserved from Jameson.
Later, to make Mary Jane jealous, Peter took Gwen Stacy to the bar where Mary Jane worked.
Realizing Peter's intentions, Gwen apologized to Mary Jane and left.
Then, during a heated scuffle, Peter accidentally struck Mary Jane.
At that moment, he finally understood how the black suit had corrupted him.
He climbed to the top of a church and, using the sound of the bells, tore the symbiote from his body.
But now, that same black symbiote suit had returned — it had captured Mary Jane and allied with the Sandman to destroy him.
As Peter arrived, the Spider-Man of this world was just leaving Harry Osborn's home.
He knew he couldn't take on both the symbiote and the Sandman alone, so he went to ask Harry for help.
But Harry refused.
After all, he believed Peter had killed his father — and the last time they fought, Peter's attack had left his face scarred.
How could he possibly help him now?
Perched in his classic crouch on a rooftop, Peter watched the breaking news on a giant screen across the street, piecing together the memories in his mind.
"So my mission this time," he murmured, "is to defeat that black symbiote—and the man who can turn into sand?"
He understood his task perfectly.
And instead of fear, a spark of excitement stirred in him.
He had traveled through three different worlds so far, but this one's strange combination of powers was something new.
A sentient symbiote that amplifies darkness and emotion…A man who can become an element of nature itself…
This world was turning out to be far more fascinating than he'd imagined.
With a swish, Peter leapt from the rooftop, firing a strand of web and swinging swiftly between the buildings.
It didn't take long for him to reach the construction site.
At the top floor of the unfinished structure, black webs were strung everywhere — messy, tangled, and poorly made. They were flimsy, unorganized, and utterly lacking in style.
