Chapter 52 - 52

Sherlock had originally intended to just play around with this Green Hulk's arch-nemesis in his current posture, so he reluctantly agreed to Tony's request, even actively cooperating with Tony, hoping to see if he could develop some combos or something.

However, as soon as he cooperated, Sherlock felt as uncomfortable as if he had eaten shit, and even began to regret joining in on the fun.

The reason was simple: it was due to the Mark Five armor on Tony.

The Mark Five itself was created by Sherlock for Tony using the Destroyer Armor, and he even used a small part of Alchemy, plus the Destroyer Armor itself had a certain magic resistance, or rather, exclusivity.

His own Alchemy, combined with the Destroyer Armor's metal magic resistance, made it incredibly difficult for Sherlock to anchor magic on the Mark Five, but it wasn't impossible.

It should be noted that the Mark Five was not entirely made of Destroyer Armor; it also contained countless alloy materials, and these alloy materials had no resistance whatsoever under Sherlock's magic.

However, Sherlock dared not anchor magic on these materials, because most of them were wires, skeletons, or various messy chips.

As a scientific-side waste, Sherlock was afraid he would actually damage the Mark Armor's interior, causing his good uncle Tony to kick the bucket.

As for anchoring Tony inside the armor, that was even more ridiculous; although the Mark Five was already a lightweight, portable armor, its weight, combined with the inertia brought by Sherlock's magic, meant that if Sherlock dared to use it, Tony would inevitably be injured.

So the current situation was that Sherlock couldn't even coordinate with his good uncle; all Sherlock could do was continuously use Phantom Shift to move and cast some magic.

Moreover, the types of magic he could use were limited to just a few; first was the Blasting Curse, which was Sherlock's only offensive magic he could use in his current situation.

The reason he could use it was simple: after Sherlock strengthened Tony's armor, explosions created by Sherlock were like tickles to Tony's armor.

Although the damage to Abomination's breakfast was also limited.

Secondly, there was Reparo, which Sherlock could cast freely; casting it on Tony meant helping Tony repair his armor, but if it accidentally landed on Abomination, it was useless.

After all, even if Sherlock wanted to repair something, Abomination had nothing for Sherlock to repair, unlike Hulk, who at least had a pair of purple shorts; Abomination, strictly speaking, was no different from streaking.

Finally, the only thing Sherlock could use was the auxiliary Impediment Jinx, creating invisible obstacles to affect Abomination's movement, making it easier for Tony to 'wrestle' with the big guy.

But as time passed, besides Tony, who was still dutiful and mostly taking a beating, both Sherlock and Abomination began to feel a bit annoyed.

Abomination always considered Hulk his opponent, but now he was entangled by such a small, iron-canned bug; he couldn't kill it, and every time he beat the iron can, another little bug would repair it.

Sherlock, on the other hand, grew increasingly agitated as time passed; he dared not use truly powerful magic because Tony was always grappling with Abomination, fearing he would implicate his good uncle.

magic without power couldn't cause any damage to Abomination, and with Sherlock's magic healing, Tony, who originally had no means to deal with Abomination, stubbornly turned the battle into a war of attrition.

Sherlock just wanted to join the fun and see the legendary Green Hulk and his supposedly indestructible purple shorts.

But look now, not only did he not see the Green Hulk, but even the battle, which should have been incredibly exhilarating, turned into something like an old woman's bound feet: both stinky and long.

Sherlock even had a delusion at some point that as long as he could keep buffing Tony, Tony might even fight Abomination until the World was destroyed.

Such a boring battle was not what a fun-loving person like Sherlock wanted; after much deliberation, Sherlock finally couldn't hold back and, with the thought of letting Tony suffer a minor injury, directly fixed the anchor point of the Summoning Charm on Tony.

As Sherlock sharply flicked his wand backward, Tony inside the armor felt as if his body was suddenly yanked hard by a rope, instantly flying backward; under the effect of inertia, Tony even felt his internal organs shift.

The moment he landed, Tony opened his faceplate, kneeling on the ground, pale-faced and dry-heaving.

Sherlock, on the other hand, showed no surprise at all, not even turning his head, with all his attention focused on Abomination.

The moment Tony landed, Sherlock's wand danced once again, and a full-power Blasting Curse was launched from Sherlock's wand like a cannonball.

Abomination, of course, noticed Sherlock's movement immediately; although he didn't know what Sherlock's attack was, he still raised his arm in defense at the first instant.

What neither of them expected was that just as the spell Sherlock launched was about to touch Abomination, a green figure descended from the sky at an extremely fast speed, directly smashing onto Abomination.

Abomination, caught off guard, was slammed into the ground by the wary green figure, and Sherlock's spell also hit the descending green figure squarely.

Then, under Sherlock's increasingly horrified gaze, the purple shorts, once known as the best quality in the World, began to disintegrate into pieces under the effect of Sherlock's spell.

A massive green butt appeared in Sherlock's line of sight.

Hulk, the Master of the butt, naturally noticed the change in himself immediately; in an instant, Hulk's entire face became distorted, as if he was enraged to the extreme.

He turned his head fiercely to look at Sherlock, who was standing still with a bewildered expression.

And Sherlock, upon seeing Hulk turn and glare at him, had only one thought in his mind.

"It's over, I've really stirred up a hornet's nest!"
