Ever since i was a kid i had nothing to me.
I was that one silent kid that did nothing and was just there to exist.
Simply a filling for other peoples lives that made it easier to others.
I envied them for having so much talent and determination.
It may have been my fault for ending up like that but it doesn't matter.
Not anymore at the very least.
The words spoken by god sparked something inside me.
Or it might have been the blue light which i absorbed at the end.
As if my lazy self has finally found the goal i wanted to set.
I didn't know what it was yet exactly but i was sure of one thing.
I wouldn't waste the chance that has been given to me.
Atleast not until i get bored of it.
.
'how long has i been here'
My body was drifting through the endless void, fully numbed as if only my head was there.
I could feel the darkness pressing against me yet it didn't crush my body, it was slowly but surely moving me in some direction.
If im supposed to go to another world then what would happen to me.
Would i be born as a small baby or take over somebodys body just like in these popular animes and novels?
I wasn't sure of that.
God said something about a vessel that has been prepared for me, i don't know what he meant by that but it surely wasn't anything bad.
And the last words that he told me as i sunk into the darkness.
'System and the rift.'
From what i could picture, the rift would be what's the world im going to is called, but the other thing is the system.
'did he mean as if in rules of the world?'
My thoughts were countless.
I kept on drifting through the space trying to piece together what my new life would look like when something finally appeared.
'well that's underwhelming'
Right in front of me, seemingly out of nowhere appeared an oak door.
'its just asking to be opened.'
And i did.
When i saw the door, my body seemed to have regained its strenght giving me the ability to move and open the door.
As i pushed the door, a sudden breeze of cold air was sent to my eyes, i couldn't help but squint them as the temperature changed, from freezing cold, to luke warm, then boiling, and then back to cold.
It repeated the cycle slowly pushing me inside the door, i tried to cover my face but it was useless. There was just too much of it going between my fingers and wrapping around my body.
Not long after i heard a loud bang from behind as the door closed.
'What the heck is going on.'
Even though i was immersed in water i could breath freely.
I could see the water slowly dissapear around me as it became clear and enabled me to see through it.
'T-this place is!'
My body was levitating in the air, with a big water bubble surrounding me which seemed to be the only thing keeping me from falling to my another death.
I could see the entire world from the birds view, it appeared alnost identical to the one i lived in but there was one major change.
'Is that magic?'
Even though i was thousands of meters in the air, i could clearly make out people having their normal lives whilst using some sort of weird magic to either move around or have fun.
The technology didn't seem to be so much different than before with the exception of something different being used to power it.
My eyes scanned the entire world which didn't seem too big but then as i turned around, i finally found out why this world was called the rift.
'.'
I was speechless.
Located in the middle of the big city, was a big rift almost cutting it in half, it was so big that i didn't know what to compare it to, the first thing that came to my mind was the grand canyon but it was such a difference that i almost fell back.
People seemed to enter it like the most normal thing in the world.
Who could possible be happy to go inside a place where even its bottom couldn't be seen.
'Im supposed to save this?'
Was he joking about that?
That was the only thing i thought of as i watched it with a pale face.
I didn't even notice the water bubble slowly moving away from the rift due to its size.
As i looked below me, i could see that i was currently located in some sort of isolated little house.
Away from the big city that was built around the rift.
The bubble started shaking before suddenly popping and making me fall on the ground with a short yelp.
.
Laying on a small comfortable bed, there was nothing i wanted to change.
My world has been created by my one and only.
Even if thousands of years have passed i wouldn't want to get rid of this existence as the sincerity of my dedication and loyalty towards my master never fade away.
Even if i cry asking for him to come back, even if i look at the sky with a knife in hand and try to take away my own life.
These shackles around my hands that have been placed upon me will never rust.
The freedom and the love i have been seeking that was never given to me is the only thing keeping me going.
No matter how much time passes, i will never go away from the responsibility you have given me.
The world you have built just for us, the house you have made just for us, the decisions you have made.. just for us.
*Thud*
A sound outside has drawn my attention so i made my way to it.
Throwing on some robes on my pale slim shoulders i opened the front door to see a young biy lying on the ground.
He didn't seem to be older than twenty as he loomed around confused and lost.
His eyes landed on me and his mouth opened but no sound came out.
'So you've come to this.'
My hands flowed naturally through the air, guiding the boys soul inside my house, although he seemed confused at first, he calmed down and watched me silently.
'Maybe this time it will work.'
Guiding him through the house, we ended up in the old cramped room that hasn't been used for decades.
It had a small bed, a table and some bookshelfs that were a necessity for living in here.
On the bed laid a big white cloth which i lifted up without hesitation.
The boys eyes shook as he watched from the side but i didn't mind it at all, it was even refreshing.
There on the old bed laid a human body seemingly in pristine condition.
With short white hair and pale gold eyes that stared lifelessly at the ceiling, the body was well trained with nicely developed muscles and sculptured face.
Like that of a makeshift doll.
My hands danced as i moved the boys soul towards the body.
He seemed to dislike it, quite a bit, as he thrashed trying to get away from it.
But i couldn't care less.
It was the duty i had recieved from him.
Not a few minutes later, the boys soul had dissapeared from sight as the body started to regain some color. Its eyes becoming full of life.
Taking deep breaths i noticed some sweat form around my hands.
'my time is coming sooner than i expected.'
I went back to my room for some rest, leaving the boy im the room.
'we're starting tomorrow'
