Izuku gets a quirk, basically the powers/appearance of 'the Leader(Hulk villain)'.
When said quirk is active, his skin turns completely green(exc. his hair remains black streaked?), and the top/sides of his skull/brain expands about half a foot.
His freckles fade from visible sight(can still be seen just not by basic eyesight).
Powers;
In untransformed state all organs are twice as durable as a modern Quirkless.
(year somewhere between 2200ad to 2400ad, also no real known progress with space, it's more or less defunct with the Advent of Quirks(2070 is generation O, canon takes place around gen.7)
Middling regeneration carried by irradiated blood(gamma) , healing prioritized towards brain(1)/brain stem/spine(2)/heart&veins(3)/ and then other organs descending by life sustaining order. Bones are 3x more durable than modern Q.L. and muscle/various are 1.5x better. Reflexes are Kirito(SAO) levels, and 500x average when transformed(head-cannon; Kirito's as being 150x than normal).
When active; Durability/Strength of Organs 20x , Bones 50x , Muscles 15x (or otherwise at a functional level for above).
Main power : supreme computation ( able to challenge the top three smartest in marvel which is notorious for having like 10k super geniuses) note still requires knowledge build up. To activate requires sucking on hard lemon candy (Hp reference )
