AM after pulping AfO brain/skull registers what happens to him and before he wanders a few streets away to pass out/call for help, takes a fraction of second for his rage addled head to grow a world shaking level of spite to deliver a flagging super stomp to the corpse of AfO's crotch(not really dead).
Before hobbling away in a random direction, 7:23(minutes) later Kurogiri(?) whisks AfO away to the Doctor.
16:04 minutes after the battle AM's support finds him, and a medical hero with the power of stasis and Sir Nighteye bring him to the best hospital in Tokyo or Kyoto to start treating him, Gran Torino arrive soon after treatment starts.
