Prologue
A mysterious discovery!
An artifact!
A black hole!
Yes, that was the beginning of an unforeseen catastrophe.
Something beyond human imagination. A great disaster that erased a once-mighty city in just a matter of minutes.
Something no one ever wished to remember.
One of the darkest tragedies in history, impossible to forget.
Thousands were declared missing, hundreds injured, and dozens dead. In an instant, the event had already claimed countless victims.
Twenty years ago, for the first time, archaeologists uncovered a strange object. They called it an Artifact. Hidden deep inside an ice-covered cave, they found an unusual box coated in jet-black metal, carved with foreign markings that belonged to no known language on Earth.
Scientists named it the Pandora's Box.
But when the artifact was about to be displayed to the public, something unimaginable happened. The box suddenly activated… creating a massive black hole. It devoured everything: buildings, people… all of it.
A strange sound echoed. Not an explosion, not a rumble—rather, an empty roar, something that could not have come from this world.
At the center of the exhibition stage, the box trembled violently. It released a black-violet light streaked with blue, like lightning shrouded in shadows. In a flash, its surface cracked open, slowly widening, swallowing all the light around it.
A black hole gaped in the air. Pitch dark, like ink spilled across the sky. It spun slowly, yet its pull was terrifyingly strong. The wind was dragged inward, forming a massive vortex.
Buildings shuddered and lifted from their foundations. Human screams clashed with the screech of twisting metal before vanishing into the void.
Trees were ripped from their roots, windows shattered, and bodies were tossed about like dry leaves in autumn. Everything was pulled in—without distinction, without mercy.
And within mere minutes… the once-proud city was gone without a trace.
The Pandora's Box Tragedy.
That was the name given to the event twenty years ago.
A dark chapter in history that still lingers, haunting the memories of those who survived. A trauma that will never heal.
