Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: My Master is the Sorcerer Supreme

Although Harry was a kind child, and even a harsh upbringing hadn't changed his good nature, after witnessing the kind Mr. Ben being murdered, a deep killing intent surged within him. He wanted to kill that criminal!

He couldn't bear to see the kind Mr. Ben murdered, couldn't stand to see a rare act of kindness extinguished, and most of all, he couldn't stand that a purely good person had died because of him.

Thus, the magic inside him went berserk. Under the influence of this rampaging magic, an irrepressible killing intent was born.

Because he was young, his killing intent was pure. Therefore, Harry killed the criminal before him without hesitation.

The black fluid instantly submerged the man. The magic, upon arriving in this world, seemed to have undergone an incredible mutation. Even as raw magic, without being enhanced by any magical formations, it could unleash all sorts of unbelievable power.

At that moment, what Harry wanted most was for the criminal to disappear. And so, he disappeared.

His body crumbled bit by bit as if petrified, eventually turning to dust, leaving not even a speck behind.

After killing the criminal, the malice in Harry's heart dissipated significantly. Remembering something, he immediately rushed towards Mr. Ben, who was lying on the ground.

The beautiful woman was kneeling on the ground, holding Mr. Ben in a daze.

Harry instinctively wanted to manipulate the black substance to help heal Mr. Ben's injuries, but as the black substance emerged, he suddenly noticed a maple leaf floating motionlessly in front of his eyes.

Time had suddenly stopped!

Harry stared in astonishment at his surroundings. The teardrops falling from the beautiful woman's eyes, a swirl of dust kicked up by the wind, the fluttering clothes of fleeing pedestrians, and the crimson blood dripping from Mr. Ben's abdomen—everything was frozen in this moment, like flies trapped in amber.

At this moment, it was as if only he had been forgotten by time and space, the only one who could move freely.

Suddenly, Harry heard the sound of crackling sparks behind him.

He turned to see a portal made of golden sparks instantly form, and a kind-looking, bald 'elder' in a yellow monk's robe stepped out.

Yes, an elder.

Even though the 'elder' before him looked to be only in her thirties, Harry saw her as if he were seeing a brilliant, dazzling sun.

She was radiant, warm, and comforting, yet the sun had already set.

This 'elder' looked at Harry with a gentle and benevolent gaze.

"You cannot do that. The magic within you has just awakened. It is too powerful and chaotic. It will not heal his wounds; on the contrary, it will harm him."

After witnessing such a magical scene, Harry knew he must have met the wizard he had always wanted to encounter.

But right now, he had no desire to learn magic to teach Dudley a lesson. He was filled with nothing but infinite panic.

"Are you a wizard? Please, save Mr. Ben! He's a good man; he shouldn't die like this! Please save him, please save him!"

The Ancient One looked at the ten-year-old boy before her and let out a deep sigh of relief.

She had sensed the boy the moment he arrived in this world.

At first, she thought he was just an ordinary person and paid him no mind.

But when the magic inside the boy erupted, even she, who had lived for nearly a thousand years, was stunned by the power he possessed.

That evil, powerful magic, though slightly different, was undoubtedly Chaos Magic in its essence!

Chaos Magic could alter reality at will; it was an extremely powerful type of magic. What shocked the Ancient One the most was that the magic within this boy was not borrowed.

It was his own magic, and it was still growing with the passage of time.

This meant the boy could use magic without paying a price.

It meant he could potentially create his own dimension and had the potential to become a Dimensional Lord!

Initially, she thought someone with such evil magic must be a cruel and ruthless person. But after meeting the boy, she realized that was not the case.

The evil aura from before seemed more like a result of his magic losing control, not its original form.

If she wasn't mistaken, that magic was originally a formless chaos, changing with his emotions.

Seeing the boy's extreme anxiety, the Ancient One reached out and stroked his head to calm him down.

Then, she smiled kindly. "Don't worry. You have enough time to save this man now. And you don't need my help; you already possess this power!"

When the mysterious sorceress placed her hand on his head, Harry immediately felt the black fluid surrounding him change.

The thick blackness quickly faded, leaving only a delicate shade of gray.

He also felt his control over this power increase dramatically, allowing him to do more than just destroy.

He subconsciously looked at Mr. Ben and repeated in his mind:

"Mr. Ben, get well soon. Mr. Ben, get well soon!"

The miraculous Chaos Magic responded to his command. A large amount of gray mist poured into Mr. Ben's wound. The gruesome gunshot wound healed rapidly, and the bullet fragments inside were annihilated by the Chaos Magic.

When it was all over, the gray mist dissipated, and Mr. Ben's body was restored to its original state, even stronger than before he was injured.

Sensing that Mr. Ben was healed, Harry broke into a happy smile, then his body went limp, and he fainted into the Ancient One's arms.

The Ancient One held Harry and looked at his face.

Because of this boy's arrival, the timeline of this parallel universe was now in complete disarray. She could only see the future of the timeline without him; whenever he was involved, the future was a complete blank.

But she no longer worried that the world would be destroyed by his arrival. In fact, she was very happy because she had found a successor with even more talent than Stephen Strange.

This thin boy would become the most powerful Sorcerer Supreme in history.

Before leaving, the Ancient One looked at the lightning bolt scar on Harry's forehead, her brow furrowed slightly.

"This won't do. How can my successor be influenced by a remnant soul?"

She reached out her finger and wiped it across the lightning scar. With a piercing shriek, the black lightning scar on Harry's forehead turned the same color as his skin. If one wasn't looking closely, it was impossible to notice.

The Ancient One smiled with satisfaction, placed Harry in the arms of the woman named May Parker, and stepped back through the portal.

Grow quickly, future's most powerful Sorcerer Supreme. I can't wait to see the miserable wails of those Dimensional Lords!

...

New York, Midtown School of Science and Technology, Senior Year.

Harry sat by the window. Without his glasses, he could easily see the words on the blackboard and understand everything the teacher explained. This was all thanks to the power of the Chaos Magic within him.

Seven years had passed since his magic awakened at the age of eleven. He was now eighteen and about to enter university.

Since being adopted by Uncle Ben and Aunt May seven years ago, the Chaos Magic in his body had grown stronger with each passing day. The amount of Chaos Magic he now possessed was praised even by his master, the Sorcerer Supreme.

Although the primary function of Chaos Magic wasn't to strengthen the body, through its nourishment, he had become a sunny young man with eight-pack abs and a height of 1.8 meters.

Thanks to the nourishment of Chaos Magic, he had taken off his glasses, revealing his beautiful, emerald-green eyes.

And because of it, his mind was significantly sharper than an average person's, which was why he was perennially ranked first in his senior class.

Also due to Chaos Magic's nourishment, he had outstanding looks and was very popular at Midtown Tech. His current life was heaven compared to his life seven years ago.

He had long since thrown the Dursleys to the back of his mind.

While committing the teacher's lecture to memory, Harry spun a pen in his hand.

The pen rotated rapidly on his thumb. Even though Harry wasn't applying much force, it continued to spin for over ten minutes.

He was practicing his control over magic. According to the Sorcerer Supreme's teachings, the magic within him was immense, reaching an unbelievable level.

However, the amount of magic he could actually use was very small, and even that, he couldn't fully control; it often went out of control. Therefore, the Sorcerer Supreme had him practice controlling objects in his daily life to train his magical control.

Controlling the spinning pen with magic was one of these training methods.

Through this constant practice, Harry felt the amount of magic he could command was steadily increasing.

"It's incredible. No matter how hard I look, I can't find any trace of your magic trick. Is this really a trick? And not a superpower?"

Harry looked to his right. The first thing that caught his eye was a head of beautiful long blonde hair, followed by a delicate face beneath it.

This was his deskmate, the popular Miss Gwen of Midtown Tech, and also the academic prodigy who was perennially ranked third in their senior year.

By the way, the person perennially ranked second was his current brother, Peter Parker, who was also adopted by Uncle Ben and Aunt May.

But unlike him, Peter was the son of Uncle Ben's brother and was related to him by blood.

Of course, Uncle Ben would never favor Peter because of this. He was not a despicable person like Uncle Vernon.

Oh, and to repeat, I have long since forgotten the damn Dursleys!

Harry had a favorable impression of the beautiful and kind Miss Gwen beside him. He smiled and replied:

"Of course, it's a magic trick. What else did you think it was, a superpower?"

Miss Gwen stared at the spinning pen with wide eyes, trying to find a flaw in the trick.

Hearing Harry's reply, she gave up observing and smiled.

"You never know. Maybe superpowers really do exist in the world!"

Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring...

Just then, the bell rang, signaling the end of class. Gwen blinked and asked the handsome boy next to her who was packing up his things:

"Hey, Harry, wait up. Want to grab a meal together? I still haven't thanked you for taking me to the nurse's office when I fainted last time."

"Sorry, Gwen, I still have something to do. You know, my part-time job." Harry shrugged with an apologetic look on his face.

He did have something to do, and he did have a part-time job.

However, it wasn't the kind of job Gwen imagined, like working as a cashier at a supermarket. He was heading to the New York Sanctum to study magic with the Sorcerer Supreme!
