"Carlos lets go!" Danniel yells before exiting the house.
He looked furious.
"Okay uhm...Calithea..."Carlos returns fuming.
When I look down I notice a gun in his hand.
"Hey hey look at me.I'll be back okay?Don't worry."
"Carlos what's going on?No more secrets remember?"
He takes a deep breath and tells me Xavier is outside and he's armed.
"But I thought the beef was squashed..."
"Unfortunately it's not.He wants you dead.Don't worry tho okay?I won't let him anywhere near you.I promise."
He reassures holding my hand in his.
"Okay..."I say trying to mask my fear.I don't think I'm doing a good job.
He then cups my chin and presses his lips against mine.

This helps my heart rate to slow down and for me to become calmer.
His lips are soft and I can feel time stop.Nothing else matters.
He breaks it then rests his forehead on mine and asks, "Better?"
"Yeah.Way better."I whisper.
Moments later,he kisses my forehead and leaves the house without turning back.
"Up here!"Britney call out.
I head up to find her sitting on Danny's bed half naked.
"Woah..."I laugh nervously.
"What?"She cluelessly responds.
I then shake my head and smile.
"Xavier's here isn't he?"She asks.
"Yeah he...Wait...you know?"
They told her and didn't tell me?
"Yeah I know everything."She says while getting dressed.
"Oh."I lamely say.
"Are you scared?"She asks.
"No.I know Carlos and Danniel will handel it.Xavier won't come anywhere near me."
I take a seat on the bed and she locks the door. I'm assuming it's just a safety precaution.
"You know Calithea..."
"Yeah?"
"You see how even every great plan needs a plan B?"
"Yeah...what's your point?"I laugh.
"I'm that plan B."

She pulls out a gun and points it at me.
"Woah woah hang on now...you really want to do this all because of our dumb beef?"
What's going on?
"Actually yes.Also...Xavier's sister Amari was my best friend.I blame you and your dumb sidekick Danniel for what happened to her.!"
"What?!How does that involve me!?"I ask.
"Oh but it does involve you your majesty."She grins

"You see Cali...I was pissed off when I found out.So I knew the only way I could truly get my revenge was by convincing Danniel I didn't blame him so I could stay close to him.Xavier was only my puppet.Clearly he can't follow simple instructions.I told him to get rid of you and that I'd get rid of Danniel.You know what they say tho right?If you want something done right you have to do it yourself."

"That day when it was raining,I had to keep Danniel distracted so that Xavier could begin our first phase of our plan.Getting you to trust him.He told me you weren't showing any interest in him romantically and that was a turn-off for me because that was the plan.So we decided to approach the situation in a different way.The first party.If it wasn't for Danniel being there...you'd be dead by now."

"Ouuu feisty.You see...getting rid of you is the perfect way to get my revenge since you're all he cares about.Getting rid of him is a bonus.As for Carlos...I don't know why he sides with Danniel so he might be next too I don't know."

I say trying to calm her down.
"Shut up!"She yells getting frustrated.

"Don't you understand English?I need to make this quick anyways because Xavier is only outside as a distraction.He might tell Danniel the truth about me then our little bonding session here will be interrupted.We wouldn't want that now would we?"
Carlos...Danniel...where are you guys?
"Nobody is coming to save you sweetheart.Say your prayers.Oh and please do say hi to Amari for me."
She laughs and steps closer and I take a deep breath.
"Bye bitch.3...2...1..."
