Third person point of view
Haruto walked into the bar and was hit with different scents which were lingering around, making him frown lightly. He hasn't been there for a while as he was busy with meetings outside. He went to the counter and sat down on the bar chair. He glanced around to see all of them happily enjoying themselves.
His eyes locked with a petite omega. She gave a charming smile in his direction. Haruto just looked away as he was not interested. He was an alpha so there were omegas who tried to get to him, which he was used to. He saw the bartender, Yoshi, a beta, turn around to him. Yoshi smiled at Haruto.
" Hello. Been a while ". Yoshi greeted him. Haruto also smiled back. " Yeah ". " Were you busy with work again ? " Haruto nodded. He has been a regular at this bar for a long time. He knew a few people who worked there. Yoshi was the closest of them all. They exchanged some pleasantries.
Yoshi wiped his hands and looked up. " Your usual ? " Haruto shook his head. He drank a lot in the past few days because of the meetings. He didn't want any more alcohol in his body. He would be fine thanks to his alpha attributes, but he only was there to relax a little since he was finally free.
" Give me something non alcoholic ". Yoshi nodded. They had small talk while Yoshi made Haruto his drink. He put it in front of Haruto. Haruto picked it up with a smile. " Thanks ". Yoshi smiled and went to do his work. Haruto looked around again. He glanced to his side and saw a figure slumped on the counter.
He raised an eyebrow. " Hello there ". A voice came from the other side and he turned in the direction. He saw Jihoon and gave a smile. " Hey ". " I didn't get to see you in the past few days ". " I was working out of the office ". Jihoon nodded. " Have a nice time ". " Thanks ". Both of them smiled. Jihoon was also an alpha but he had his scent hidden at work.
They also knew each other for just as long. Jihoon walked forward and noticed the figure lying on the counter. His expression darkened. " Yah ! Yoshi-ya. Did you give him more drinks ? " Jihoon asked and went to look at him. Yoshi turned around and saw what Jihoon was asking about before answering. " I didn't ".
Jihoon rubbed his forehead. " I told him not to get drunk ". He huffed in frustration. Haruto watched, sipping his drink. " Yah. Wake up ". Jihoon was shaking the person to wake him up. After a while, he groaned and sat up. Haruto noticed his face. It was flushed and he looked pretty drunk.
Haruto frowned thinking he had seen him somewhere. But he didn't remember and he could say he was not an alpha by instinct. He should be an omega or beta. Jihoon continued scolding him. " Just how many times has this happened ? I told you so many times to not go around getting drunk. It is not safe ". Junkyu let out a sigh.
" Then ask that team leader to not give me so much work and even scold me above that when he was the one who gave me the wrong data. I had to work overtime for three days to finish it on time ". Haruto could hear him speak. He frowned at the words. The more he looked at the person the more he thought he had seen him somewhere.
Jihoon nodded heavily. " I know, I know. But this is not right. At least drink at home or have someone with you ". " You are here. Even Yoshi is there ". Jihoon let out a sigh not wanting to argue with a person who was not sober. Haruto noticed Yoshi also glancing at them, a little concerned. " Who is he ? " Haruto asked and Yoshi turned to him.
" He is Jihoon's friend and also a regular here ". Haruto nodded. He understood from Jihoon's words that he might be an omega. Jihoon talked to him a little more and came up to Yoshi. " How do I send him home ? " Yoshi raised an eyebrow. " If you are worried, send him yourself and come back ".
Jihoon's frown deepened. " There is no one to fill in for me. That guy is on sick leave. We are tight right now ". Both of them fell in thought. Haruto who was silently listening to their conversation spoke up. " Do you mind if I drop him home ? " " Really ? " Jihoon asked with wide eyes. Haruto nodded.
Jihoon knew Haruto for a while too so he would be able to trust him. He really did not have any good options anyway. " Then... I will bother you about it. Can you please take him home ? I will forward the location to you ". Haruto nodded. " Sure ". Jihoon finally relaxed a little. " Come with me ". Haruto nodded and stood up.
" The bill ? " Jihoon waved his hand. " It is on me today. It is fine ". " No- " " It is really fine and you are literally drinking juice which doesn't even cost that much ". Both of them chuckled and Haruto nodded. He turned to Yoshi. " See you ". Yoshi nodded and smiled. " Yeah ". Haruto got up and went with Jihoon.
Jihoon patted Junkyu's shoulder. " Junkyu-ah ". Junkyu looked up at Jihoon. " You see this guy here ? " Junkyu turned to Haruto with narrowed eyes. He moved a little closer to his face. " I think I know you ". He said with slurred words and Jihoon shook his head in exasperation. Haruto actually thought the same as Junkyu.
Jihoon spoke again. " That is not the thing. He is a friend of mine and he will send you home. So be good and go with him ". Junkyu shook his head. " I will sleep here ". Jihoon scoffed. " What do you mean sleep here ? You will fall sick. Get up quickly ". Jihoon came to the other side and made him stand up.
Junkyu grumbled in anger but still cooperated. Haruto picked up the bag on the side. Junkyu stumbled and Haruto held him quickly. Jihoon's eyebrows furrowed again. " You will be fine right ? " Haruto nodded. " Alright then. Be careful ". " Yeah ". Jihoon watched as Haruto held Junkyu and walked away.
Haruto carefully took Junkyu out of there. He could smell Junkyu's scent as they were pretty close. It smelled like some flower but he couldn't place a finger on it. But it smelled very pleasant and fresh. Haruto smiled and adjusted his hold on Junkyu. He tried his best to hold Junkyu and walked carefully.
