Leano froze at Cecilia's accusation. He shoved Sheila away and tried to run—but the woman leapt at him, grabbing his leg. Even now, Sheila couldn't help but taunt him. "Where do you think you'll go? I've got plenty of money now. If need be, we can pay someone to kill Cecilia, then we can disappear and live like kings."
"Shut up!" Leano kicked her off hard. Rage had twisted his face; any trace of innocence was gone.
