This whole sham of a meeting has turned out far more interesting than I could've anticipated. I expected the parliament officials to go in for her throat and I must've underestimated her because I imagined she would break under the pressure and the overwhelming domineering pheromones.
Anyone in her shoes would've cowered and broken down already. The first confrontation with Zeffer should've done her in but she held her head high and kept responding to everything he hurled her way. Knowing Zeffer and his stupid Alpha ego I knew every response he had gotten from her would've only grated on his nerves more and of course hurt his pride that he couldn't manage taming such a dainty thing. Even with his pheromones bleeding into every corner of the hall.
