Chapter 18 - Chapter 18 Charizard vs Pidgeot

As everyone knows, Blissey is known as the Pokémon Doctor among Pokémon.

Professor Oak nodded slightly, "Blissey, I trouble you."

At this moment, the Pokémon Egg in the incubator still showed no movement, terrifyingly quiet.

Blissey walked over to the incubator, looked at Ash, and then pointed at the Pokémon Egg inside the incubator.

"Blissey, do you want me to take out the Pokémon Egg?" Ash asked with some confusion.

"Happy~" Blissey nodded.

Ash no longer hesitated, directly took out the Pokémon Egg, bent down slightly, and placed the Pokémon Egg into Blissey's hands.

Blissey gently stroked the Pokémon Egg, just like a mother treating her own child.

"Happy~"

Blissey slowly closed her eyes, a glow enveloped the Pokémon Egg, and a fresh scent filled the air.

After some time, Blissey's body became a bit shaky, as if she was running out of energy.

"Happy~" Blissey nodded slightly and placed the Pokémon Egg back into the incubator.

"Blissey, are you okay?" Ash looked at the weakened Blissey, his heart filled with gratitude.

Professor Oak walked over to the incubator, took out a magnifying glass, and examined it carefully for a moment.

"Ash, this Pokémon Egg is out of danger."

"Really? Professor Oak, thank you and Blissey so much!" Ash's words were filled with excitement and genuine gratitude.

"Mm... you're welcome. This Pokémon Egg should hatch soon."

Professor Oak looked at the restored Pokémon Egg, finally able to relax.

After thanking Professor Oak, Ash went home with Pikachu, "I've been out for so long, Mom must be worried."

Along the way, Ash was incredibly happy, because the Pokémon Egg had returned to normal.

"Mom, I'm home!"

Delia smiled slightly, "It's good you're back. Is that child okay now?"

The child Delia referred to was, of course, the Pokémon Egg.

"It's fine, Mom, it's out of danger and will hatch very soon!"

Ash looked at the Pokémon Egg in the incubator, smiling slightly as if he was holding a treasure.

Delia nodded, "That's good. Go wash your hands with Pikachu and eat. There's your favorite ketchup!"

"ketchup? Yay!!"

Hearing Delia's words, Ash and Pikachu instantly transformed into foodies; after all, nothing could stop them in the face of such delicious food!

Ash quickly ran upstairs, put away the incubator, and then swiftly went back downstairs.

"Dinner time! I'm going to dig in!!"

Ash picked up his special large bowl and ate his meal with relish.

Delia looked at Ash eating from a large bowl and smiled helplessly, "Ash, your appetite is comparable to Snorlax!"

Ash grinned at Delia, "It's not that exaggerated, I just ate a tiny bit more."

Amidst laughter, Ash quickly finished his enjoyable dinner.

After dinner, Ash sat on the sofa, watching TV, which was showing a Pokémon battle.

The Host on the TV was passionately commentating, "Both sides have entered a heated phase, and only one Pokémon remains for each!"

In the arena, two young men, full of spirit, their eyes filled with fierce fighting will, as if about to ignite.

"Next up are Ai Mu's Charizard and Da Xiong's Pidgeot!"

Ash took a deep breath, "Charizard and Pidgeot? That's so cool!"

Ash looked at Pikachu, "Pikachu, we'll fight together too from now on, our goal is to become the number one Trainer in the Pokémon world!"

"Pika, Pika!!" At this moment, Pikachu also became incredibly excited.

The Host's voice came from the TV again, "Who will emerge victorious in this battle? Let's wait and see!"

Ai Mu and Charizard exchanged glances for a second, "Go, Charizard, use Flamethrower!"

Woo ah, Charizard roared, and an extremely terrifying flame slowly took shape.

Boom, Charizard's Flamethrower shot directly towards Pidgeot, and even the surrounding temperature became scorching hot.

Looking at the extremely terrifying Flamethrower, Da Xiong's expression was incredibly solemn, "A head-on clash won't work, it seems I can only use that divine move!"

"Dodge, Pidgeot!"

That's right, this divine move was 'Dodge'.

As a qualified Trainer, how could one not know this divine move? If not, it would truly be too lame!

Pidgeot's eyes were incredibly sharp, staring intently at the Flamethrower rushing towards her.

Just in the nick of time, Pidgeot made a graceful turn, directly dodging Charizard's Flamethrower.

"Well done! Pidgeot!!"

Da Xiong's fighting spirit ignited, "It's our turn to attack, Pidgeot, use Air Slash!"

"Is Da Xiong's Pidgeot going to use its ultimate move? Now it remains to be seen if Ai Mu's Charizard can withstand this attack!"

The Host passionately commentated, causing the onlookers in the arena to cheer.

Some supported Ai Mu, and some supported Da Xiong, with both sides' fans cheering loudly!

Ai Mu smiled faintly, "Good, bring on whatever moves you have, Charizard and I will never give up!"

"Here we go, Charizard, use Dragon Claw!"

Awoo, Charizard flew into the air, directly taking Pidgeot's Air Slash head-on.

Ash watched with his blood boiling, already imagining that one day, he too would experience such a level of battle.

Meanwhile, Pikachu, perhaps too engrossed, stared intently at the TV.

"Pikachu!!"

A jolt of electricity came, Ash's entire body felt incredibly numb, and he exhaled a puff of black gas, "Pi... Pikachu, what are you doing!"

Pikachu, realizing what happened, scratched his head a bit awkwardly.

Ash smiled helplessly and didn't blame Pikachu; after all, Pikachu was too engrossed and had become fully immersed in the show.

Moreover, as a human-shaped Pokémon, Ash was practically indestructible, so this little Thunder Shock was just a minor thing.

Pikachu had only used the Thunder Shock move, not the Thunderbolt ultimate move, so its power wasn't that great.

On the TV, Pidgeot's Air Slash seemed to tear the very air apart.
