Each Lexicon hums with lumaflux, a living energy that fuses with chosen readers, awakening abilities which go beyond human comprehension. To awaken a Lexicon is to risk madness, for the lumaflux sears not only into the flesh but also the soul, carving its bearer into something more-and less-than human. As forgotten beasts stir and forgotten Grimlores rise from the cracks of history, a deeper truth emerges: Lexicons are not mere magic tomes, but fragments of a shattered will that once bound worlds together. When ones lumaflux falls into darkness, it'll not just rewrite kingdoms –it'll erase them. Fortunately, Ethan's failure in the Lexicon ritual is just the beginning of a dangerous path as he later awakens a unique lexicon. A lexicon which changes his life forever.
