Chapter 12 - CHAPTER 12 - THE PLAN

"Get up... Prick!!!!"

Elizabeth almost gave him a punch on his face if he didn't move quickly from the bed.

"Goodness. Are you almost this violet?" With his eyes shut, his face filled with disgust.

"Did you just dodge without looking?" Elizabeth asked as she looked at Lona. He was also surprised as he slowly opened his heavy eyes.

"Did I really do that?" He asked in amusement, Elizabeth noticed how his eyes pulsed in light. Lona wasn't ready to get off the bed, he still wanted to sleep.

"Your eyes are also glowing and your hair..." She suddenly paused after mentioning his hair.

He knew something was off so he ran to the closest Mirror in his room. He stared in shock at the strange figure staring back.

".... It's like you underwent transformation during the night"Elizabeth finally completed her words.

His hair was now longer than before, the style changed suiting his handsome looks even more. It was no longer pure black but instead large strands of Purple hair added to it. Facts that can't be denied.

His shoulders broadened, becoming a little muscular than before. His teeth definitely changed, whiter and tougher than before.

"What ever creature you have turned into. It really changed your looks. I like it."

For the first time, Lona felt proud after the complement. "Check if you have claws, do your hands like this" she demonstrated only for a sharp long pointy nails to come out.

Lona tried but nothing occurred. He tried again but nothing came forth. Elizabeth shrugs, "maybe you haven't gotten that"

"Why are you two looking at the mirror. We are already late." Artemis walked in. Without wasting time, she spotted all the new features in Lona's body. Her face became red as a tomato, not in anger but something more embarrassing.

"When.... When this all this occur?" She asked, trying avoid eye contact with Lona.

"He is becoming more handsome right. Sloth must be removing all imperfections in you."

Artemis nodded. "We need to dress up quick. We are late!"

"Why are you so eager to resume...??" Elizabeth, who knew Artemis really well could sense something fishy.

"I am a serious student and you should know that" Artemis confidently answered but she knew she wouldn't hide her true intentions forever. Making Elizabeth interested in it meant Elizabeth will not rest till she finds out what it was. Artemis wasn't ready for that.

Elizabeth just gave her a suspicious look. Artemis just had to leave to seize all assumptions in her elder Sister mind.

"Go freshing up, we would wait for you." Elizabeth urged her younger brother who still admired his new features. It was too good to be true.

"Are you guys not coming?"

"No no, you are in your first year, so a business would pick you up. We know how we get to the Academy" Elizabeth provides him with a good answer. Meanwhile, Lona thought of something.

"If the bus picks me here, won't they know that I am one of the Blackwoods?"

Elizabeth expected it, his sense of reason has begun to increase. "First of all. This place isn't accessible by those who aren't Blackwoods or have any little connection. So they won't pick you here, Instead we have arranged how you would enter the bus from the human world."

It sounded fun and amazing. Lona was just desperate and happy at once.

His whole siblings stared in shock the moment he was ready. His new features said more than they saw. He was growing faster than expected.

"Here is your new uniform. We got it yesterday. Try it?" Lona wasn't happy the way it looked most especially... The color.

It was a nearly sown bright Blue clothes with some silver buttons and white vest within and a little embroidery at the left chest showing the school's emblem.

Lona almost ran after seeing the clothes. He surely knew that this was a beginning of his misery.

He had heard a lot about Reom Academy but he totally forgot one thing which was important. They don't joke with colors, bright and beautiful colors. In just a few days. Lona had grown accustomed to the dark but now it was going to be different.

"You will have to manage. Just for a while." Zinna encouraged him but he wasn't ready.

"What of you guys, are you telling me that your uniform is like these?" Lona avoided the uniform in every way.

Artemis almost burst into laughter. "Definitely our uniforms aren't like this. Do you wish to see?"

Lona nodded, he couldn't imagine what it would look like. "Hold on a sec..."

She ran, not with Normal speed but with one that made her look blurry. Within a blink of an eye, she returned. The difference was clear.

Her dress just said nothing but darkness, her skirt revealing who beautiful her thighs were. Her breast, pushing her revealing shirt to be free. It clung so dearly to her stomach while she had a blazer on. Shit....

The way Lona looked made Artemis even more embarrassed. Her dress was beautiful, no doubt about that. Just black, with some silver chains and little jewelry across her uniform.

"This is.... " Without saying the last word, they knew it too well.

"Yes. our uniform has different style but one thing is common, the color black. Only Daisy who has white but black treads still around the cloth like veins through a body" Delilah exclaimed with ease.

"Not only that. We are the only ones in Reom Academy who have a totally different colors of uniforms. So have the same as us would just give you our with one glance."

Lona just smiled in amusement, he was more interested in it so much. "What have the school leaders done about it?"

"We are known as Rebels or Anarchy. The only students who don't bend to rules and orders easily. I haven't forgotten how many times we changed uniforms but a Blackwood blood still always strong. The uniform itself changes."

Lona figured it out instantly, "that means that these uniforms are made with magical threads right?"

"Exactly. Lona is really catching up." Zaria teased. Lona just chuckled, looking at his new uniform.

"You have to put it on, don't worry, soon enough yours will look like ours or maybe that of Daisy." They weren't tired of making Daisy look more weirder than them.

Lona just quiet walked up to it and slowly touched it. Just feeling it made him feel somehow. He was bound to be uncomfortable in the dress.

"Ouch. Ouch ouch!!!" After wearing it, he felt really heavy and it seemed to be pricking his skin.

"Hurry up. You have to leave soon!!" Delilah warned him, he wasn't ready to leave if he hadn't eaten.

Now the weird foods now look less irritating than before. Slimy juices, rock breads. Pitch black meals and the rest, even alive little creatures.

He took the cup, a chalice filled with blood. He saved it till he was done and now, this was just going to aid in the food digestion.

"I want you to know something. Reom Academy is a place with so many privileges and fun. But you have to know that Blackwood family is the top families that has been studied and yet aren't easily understood." Delilah warned and she wasn't done.

"Outside there, people and creatures are really cruel and selfish. They could do anything for more privileges and fame, most importantly wealth also. The only people you can trust are those on this table. Even though we have our weird way of acting to one another but one thing is sure, we can never betray one another."

Everyone smiled after Delilah altered words of encouragement. "Our way of getting stronger shouldn't be known by that Academy and that is what each family protects. And also Lona. If you want blood, come meet me. They shouldn't know that we drink blood. Am I clear?" Delilah spoke with so much authority which could make the previous Lona quiver in fear. He only nodded.

"Don't worry Big sis. I will always be cautious and mindful, hiding all important things of our family." He raised his chalice bidding others to raise theirs.

"And to the rest of us..." Delilah continued. ".... We now have a little Brother, someone to protect and train. Make sure you don't forget he exists" they all nodded, taking a sip from their cup.

"One more thing, you will be given something to drink, that is a potion that would make you immune to the Apocalypse. Since they would think your are not related to 'twelve Original family'. That potion is usually given to every first year. Aside from a few families who are known to be immune. You will drink it. The outcome isn't certain. You might even open a Righteous pathway but the chance is really slim."

This sounded really serious and Lona paid close attention. "What if I react to it instantly?" He asked but Delilah's expression couldn't tell.

"I don't know, I just hope it doesn't do much damage to you."

Lona just forced a smile to cover his words, even Artemis beside him looked worried. He held her hands firmly.

"Don't worry, it will be fine."

"I will be fine...."
