Chapter 16 - 16

Let the show begin!"

After transforming into Ghost Rider, Andrew sped towards Stark Tower on his motorcycle, leaving a straight trail of flames behind him.

Immediately after, a large amount of black mist emerged from Andrew, turning into more than a dozen chains that wrapped around the black and white battle suits on the street and in the building. The black and white battle suits, entangled by the chains, flew into the sky like kites.

"What is that?"

Tony, who was frantically searching for Pepper, saw the Flame Knight and was astonished. Where did this incredibly cool guy come from? Also, what was he planning to do?

About ten seconds later, Andrew arrived in front of Stark Tower, but he didn't stop; instead, he accelerated. Just as everyone thought he was going to crash into the building, his motorcycle drove up the building, breaking glass along the way, and shot straight up into the sky with brilliant flames.

"This is unscientific."

Tony's jaw almost dropped. Newton's coffin lid must be about to burst open, right? Everyone else was also dumbfounded. An office worker couldn't help but pull out his phone and shout, "Wife, come quickly and see God."

"This is... Ghost Rider?"

Susan looked at the flaming chariot soaring into the sky, her mind a mess. The Ghost Rider Andrew had mentioned had actually appeared in reality.

Remembering something, Susan turned and ran towards Andrew's office. Natasha also recalled the Ghost Rider and quickly took out her phone to record.

On the other side, Andrew flew straight into the sky with the momentum. Then, he forcefully flung his right hand upwards, and more than a dozen black and white battle suits shot into the sky.

The next second, the more than a dozen black and white battle suits simultaneously exploded with a bang, filling the entire sky with white light, as if daylight had arrived.

People first gasped, then cheered loudly. When the white light disappeared, many looked up at the sky, waiting for the hero to return, but to their surprise, the Flame Knight had vanished.

"He must be an angel, returning to heaven after saving us."

One person shouted, and many others nodded. It must be, otherwise how could he be so cool?

"An angel? I don't believe there are angels in this world. Wait, Obadiah!"

Tony remembered something and quickly looked for Iron Monger, only to find that Iron Monger had escaped during the previous chaos. Tony was furious. With Iron Monger's escape, there would be trouble in the future.

Howard flew to Tony's side and said, "Tony Stark, this world is bigger than you imagine. You need to learn humility."

Tony snorted, "Humility? Sorry, the Stark Family doesn't have that tradition, because we don't need humility."

"I really want to punch this kid."

Howard secretly grumbled. He said, "It's better to be humble. Palladum poisoning doesn't feel good, does it?"

Tony's expression changed, "How do you know?"

"Your father once worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. After his death, S.H.I.E.L.D. confiscated some of his belongings, which contained the information you need."

Howard left with that sentence and a group of robots, turning to leave. Tony was stunned and loudly asked, "Who are you? Why do you know about my father?"

Howard didn't answer. Tony wanted to chase after him, but after hesitating, he stopped, annoyed—he had to stay here to clean up the mess, and besides, Pepper hadn't been found yet.

On the roof of Rebirth Building, Andrew appeared out of thin air. He was about to return to his office when he suddenly sensed something and froze.

Andrew frowned and used a magical rune to contact Sorcerer Supreme Gu Yi. He asked, "Sorcerer Supreme, I just sensed a New World merging with our world. Is it an illusion or real?"

"You are indeed very special. It's real; the fifth world has already merged."

Ancient One said. In front of her was a light screen, and in the light screen, a spider dropped onto a high school student's neck.

Andrew asked, puzzled, "Then why couldn't I feel it before?"

Ancient One said, "Because you weren't connected to Earth before."

"Connection? That word is disgusting."

Andrew hung up the 'call' with a look of distaste. He didn't care about world mergers; in fact, he was even somewhat welcoming of it.

The more worlds, the more disasters, and thus, the more souls.

"This time I've earned about 800 more souls, which is quite good. More importantly, it proves that my plan can work."

Andrew smiled and returned to his office. As soon as he entered, Susan rushed over, excitedly asking, "Andrew, you're the Ghost Rider, aren't you?"

"Yes."

Andrew didn't deny it. As a dignified Demon King, he didn't need to be too cautious.

"There really are angels in this world?"

Susan became even more excited, asking in a flurry, "Andrew, does heaven really exist? Also, how did you do what you just did? It's super unscientific."

Andrew raised his hand and pinched Susan's chin, whispering in her ear, "Come to my place, and I'll tell you slowly."

Susan was a little shy but didn't refuse. They had been together for several months, and it was time to take the next step. Besides, she was feeling very emotional right now.

...

While Andrew was happy, Coulson was gloomily dealing with the aftermath. He had many things to do, such as finding people to put out fires, sending the injured to the hospital, sharing the spoils with the military, making everyone keep quiet... Of course, the most important thing was to report to his superiors.

S.H.I.E.L.D. didn't intend to let the public know about this matter, and the reason, of course, was to protect the world—so they claimed.

"This battle covered such a large area, it won't be easy to suppress. It looks like I won't be sleeping tonight."

Looking at the devastated surroundings, Coulson sighed and called Nick Fury.

Coulson first reported the situation, then he said, "Director, this time I underestimated Obadiah. If it weren't for that Flame Knight, there might have been significant casualties."

Nick Fury snorted, "Knowing your mistakes means there's still hope. You handle it for now; I'll be there soon. Also, stop investigating Andrew Wang; I'll take over personally."

Coulson was astonished, "You'll take over personally?"

Nick Fury said, "According to Natasha's report, he is very likely that Flame Knight."

"He's that Flame Knight?"

Coulson exclaimed, a wave of fear washing over him. It was a good thing he hadn't gone directly to confront him as Natasha had suggested, otherwise, he would probably have been incinerated.

Nick Fury remembered something and instructed, "Coulson, the Peace Knights are very problematic. Once you've dealt with the aftermath, find them as soon as possible."

Coulson nodded, "Okay."

...

The next morning, at a hotel owned by Stark Industries, Coulson handed a speech to Tony. He said, "You'll read this in a moment. We at S.H.I.E.L.D. will catch Obadiah as soon as possible to prevent him from causing further harm."

Tony took the speech with a displeased expression. He didn't like deceiving people like this, but the aftermath needed S.H.I.E.L.D.'s help to clean up, so he could only cooperate.

Tony remembered something and asked Coulson, "How much do you know about the Peace Knights and the Flame Knight?"
