POV: Third Person
After selecting "yes," Klaus felt a wave of tiredness quickly overtake him, and he passed out. While in his dream state, his body began to convulse violently, and his skin turned a scarlet red.
Within a few moments, his skin that had looked as hot as forged steel began to melt from his body, breaking apart until he was down to his muscles. Which also began to break away like dust being blown away.
In a matter of minutes, all that remained of his body was his skeleton and his brain. As the remains of his body slowly became enveloped by floating blue particles, rising from the ground, the weather in the surrounding area began to change.
The once-clear, sunny day with few clouds began to fill with pitch-black storm clouds that rumbled with dense lightning and booming thunder.
Up above the chamber in the throne room, a group of creatures sits at a round table.
"I did not expect a storm today," a woman with dark green skin, blood-red eyes, and long black hair, dressed in a silky white dress, spoke, looking out at the window.
"Yes, a surprise, but let us focus. The condition of the kingdom has become worse every year. Our farmers are barely able to grow anything, our people are leaving for the Sky Kingdom, and our military is basically nonexistent," Spoke a beautiful young woman with long dark blue hair, pale blue eyes, dressed in a midnight blue dress with golden outlining
Sitting beside her on a throne, a young man with long ash grey hair, matching blue eyes, and a crown with blue gemstones that seemed to glow faintly.
"My wife is right...We cannot continue to be under the rule of the sky kingdom; we will not last the coming winter," the man added.
"Your majesty, have you taken into consideration what I said. The sky Kingdom is willing to give us farm land and materials if we give a tribute of one daughter from royalty every year," a short, round man with dark purple skin and a balding head spoke with a grin.
"We cannot just give up our people to those bastards," a man with dragon scales and horns making up part of his face spoke, slamming his fist on the table.
"Our people are already leaving. We only have 1200 citizens left, and they are all starving, cold, and angry," an older woman with an elf-like appearance, long blonde hair, and emerald green eyes spoke with sadness in her voice.
"So what we sacrifice our young to save the rest...Have you no shame?" a young man with a cold expression in a bishop's outfit replied
"Stop!... Arguing will get us nowhere... from now on, our nobles will give some of their stock to starving families. We must also start sending expedition parties to find new land to farm," the king replied, silencing everyone.
"But that will break the rules set by the sky kingdom; we can't afford them hammering down on us again," the dragonkin man spoke.
"We will disguise them as businessmen who are looking to set up businesses and purchase land," the queen replied
They were discussing ways to find farming land, the storm that had been raging outside only seemed to grow as clusters of lightning strikes began hitting the land near the city, and even some houses.
"Hmm, this storm is getting quite bad...She shall stop here for today; all of you return to your estates," the king sighed.
Back in the lowest chamber of the castle, the floating body of Klaus that had been mostly reconstructed continued to pull in dense amounts of the floating blue particles that were causing the storm. As the color returned to his newly formed skin, his muscles had formed into a toned, well-built set, and his withering hair had returned to its healthy black color. His eye slowly began to open, exposing his pure black eyes, which had a blue star iris that glowed violently.

As his body finished forming once more, he fell to the ground, but this time he caught himself standing up straight.
"Not my full strength, but enough for now," Klaus said as he examined the blue energy that encircled his body.
[Would the host like to see his current strength]
"Yes, show me," Klaus replied, pulling back his mana.

"So all my skills are back at zero...damn it. It's going to take a while to build it back up, but it will make it all the better when I kill those bastards of the sky kingdom," Klaus said, clenching his fist.
As he was about to look deeper into the system, he heard the sounds of the chamber door opening.
Looking to the side, he saw that it was Nyx walking into the room holding a tray of food. Closing the door behind her, we stop mid-step, and her face slowly became beet red as she stared at Klaus.
"Is something wrong?" Klaus asked, walking closer
"Ah, I-its just that...my lord, y-you are naked," Nyx said nervously as he stumbled backwards.
"...It seemed you were right. I apologize, a man should not expose himself as such to a woman," Klasu replied with a nervous laugh as he lifted his hands.
The next moment, his shadows began to move, coiling around his body and enveloping him until it became pitch-black clothing.
Don't worry, you may look now," Klaus said to the shy Nyx.
Slowly opening her eyes, Nyx saw that Klaus was not dressed in a black trench coat and undergarments.
"H..how did you do that? And what happened to you, my lord, you changed?" Nyx asked as he set down the food on the coffin lid
"Don't worry too much about it. Tell me, did you run into any problems with getting this food?" Klaus asked, sitting before his tray of meat, stew, salad, pie, and wine.
"No, I said it was for the king after he is done with the meeting. However, I'm unsure how long that will last. With the storm outside it seems the meeting will end early," Nyx replied
"Yes, you did mention that...Once I'm done eating, we will go to the throne room. I must see my descendants and my kingdom," Klaus replied as he began eating his food
"My lord, please excuse my bluntness, but I was told you were the most powerful of the past Alduiens... how did you lose the war?" Nyx asked
"Simple, our arrogance made us believe we were untouchable. I won't make that mistake again. I will take down the sky kingdom. I will avenge my people for the damage I caused so many years ago,"
