Sajid guessed as much. Sajid then asked why the reaper helped him escape and what happened that day, and why the reaper was forced to hunt himself in an endless cycle, and who did this to him and the others?
The reaper replied with a long sigh. He said he cannot say everything as time is short and there are restrictions on him. He can only tell that he would need as much help as he can get to get his revenge on him. The reaper then proceeds to tell him that this is a mind space, and he is in the city of the Jinns. The Jinn that Sajid made a contract with made him appear here to help Sajid get used to the Jinn the power.
But the reaper did not have much time. The reaper then came close to Sajid and poked his head with his skeletal finger and mumbled something. In an instant, some strange energy entered his body and enveloped him. Sajid started trembling all over, and when the chant finished, the energy also dissipated.
Sajid looked at the reaper with a look that was asking, "What the hell did you do?''.The reaper smiled and told him that the time of their meeting was up. The reaper also told him that the reaper helped him escape the time loop had its own consequences. He should be ready to face it.
With that, the dream started shattering, and Sajid woke up in a cold ground underground chamber. Sajid realised he was still in the temple, and he was sleeping on the floor of the temple. Annaya looked at Sajid and asked if he was okay now. Sajid replied that he was okay and stood up. She then asked him what powers the jinn had bestowed on him. Sajid was not really sure since the jinn didn't explicitly tell him.
He told her that he was still not quite sure and would like a moment to himself. She nodded, and they both headed out of the temple. Sajid went back to his hut and released a long sigh. What he feared the most was that the Jinns might tell others that he was not bound by the Jinns' power did not happen.
But now he has many more things to think about. First of all, what does his body contain? Both the reaper and the Jinn told him the same thing: that he did not know his body well. Sajid thought that being out of the time loop and remembering the incidents might come with some harmful negative impact. He just does not know how and when it will come, and which way it will affect him.
Then he needs to figure out the powers that Jinn gave him. The Jinn told him that different people get different powers based on their deepest desires. Right now, what he most desires is knowledge and power. He does not know how to check his powers, and nobody might be able to help him since different people have different powers.
He thought about asking Rajesh to try and help him figure out his power, but then he remembered he could not trust any person easily. What happens after Rajesh learned about his powers and devises a counterattack for his powers, or tells everyone what his power is and how to deal with him.
Sajid faces a deep concern. Sajid decided to meditate to calm his mind and let him focus. As he was focusing, he realised that something strange, warm was circulating in his blood, and it was trying to get to his head, but it could not. Sajid decided to take a gamble and guide the warm and strange sensation to his head.No sooner had he taken it to his head, his eyes started to burn.
It was burning like hell. Sajid was crying and rolling on the floor due to the pain, and he could not focus on anything else. After a minute or so, the pain went away, and his eyes had black smoke coming out of them. Sajid cautiously opened his eyes, and a new world was presented before him.
Everything was black and white in his world now, and he himself was translucent. In this black and white world, he could see things very clearly, and he could even see how fast a fly flaps its wings. All the things he was seeing were in slow motion. Sajid then decided to focus his eyes on the bed, and he soon started to see a vision with Rajesh carrying him to the bed, and the conversations happening with him and the village chief.
But ironically, Sajid could not hear what they were saying. Then he saw that He (Sajid) was sleeping peacefully, and time was moving fast. Then, suddenly, his eyes started to burn again, and he closed his eyes and willed the power to be gone. His eyes were back to normal again. Sajid decided to try again, and again he was in the black and white world.
But this time, instead of focusing on the bed intently, he just wanted to know a summary of what happened with the bed. Instantly, he started to see how Rajesh used to sleep in this bed and how tired and weak he looked. He started to see a glimpse of all these. Sajid was starting to get the hang of these. Again, he started hurting and closed his eyes. Sajid did the same thing, and with a different object, he got a good idea of what kind of power the Jinn gave him.
Sajid realised that he had the power to look at things in slow motion and to look at the things of the past. He realised that it might not help him directly in combat, but it would greatly improve his knowledge and might indirectly help him in combat. This power had great potential and definitely helped him in seeking out his revenge. But the only drawback was that he could not use this power no longer than 2 minutes. His body could not handle the Jin's power for more than 2 minutes, and that time gets even lower if he wants to get a glimpse of a person or object for more than a week.
