Chapter 47 - 47

In the bustling Hell's Kitchen, a fierce battle was raging.

Gunshots and shouts mingled, a common occurrence for the local residents, but today's commotion was unprecedented.

As Matthew Michael Murdock, born and raised in Hell's Kitchen, how could he not know the truth behind all this?

Matthew Michael Murdock, a well-known identity, is Daredevil.

This name struck fear into the hearts of gangs. His true identity was that of a newcomer in the legal world.

By day, he was gentle and rational, but at night, he transformed into an emissary of justice, using his fists and courage to fight the evil forces that brought chaos to Hell's Kitchen.

Although Matthew disliked Kingpin, he had complex feelings for Chen Ye.

From initially disliking Chen Ye, believing Chen Ye would be as evil as his godfather, to later admiring Chen Ye because Chen Ye did many things Matthew couldn't.

Firstly, Matthew himself wasn't as wealthy as Chen Ye; as the only blind lawyer in Hell's Kitchen, even his rent was becoming a problem, so he naturally had no money to help the residents of Hell's Kitchen.

Secondly, Daredevil didn't have the background Chen Ye did; although Matthew had tried to influence the community as Daredevil, the results were not satisfactory. His power was meager, unable to profoundly change the community or protect the neighborhood like Chen Ye.

When he heard that Chen Ye was targeted by gangs for building a school in Hell's Kitchen, Matthew also wanted to do his part for Hell's Kitchen.

So Matthew decided to pick the most notorious gang, and the Mexican Gang was Daredevil's primary target.

Daredevil faced the exhausted Old Ma and said, "It looks like you're completely worn out. You should rest for a bit; I'll take over here."

Old Ma immediately became unhappy upon hearing Daredevil's words, and he straightened his back.

"This level of fighting, I can do all day without rest," Old Ma said firmly, then fired at the gang members again.

Seeing Old Ma's persistence, Matthew said no more. He then charged into the chaotic gang battlefield, beginning his journey of combat.

On the battlefield, Old Ma fought against the gang members while muttering to himself, "Why is it another blind person? Am I destined to team up with blind people?" Old Ma's face was filled with helplessness.

With the mysterious reinforcement of Daredevil joining, Old Ma could clearly feel the opposing firepower gradually weakening, believing it wouldn't be long before everyone was dealt with and the battle ended.

Watching the brave and fierce Daredevil on the battlefield, Old Ma couldn't help but sigh with emotion, "Does becoming blind make one's combat power stronger?"

In the intense battle, Daredevil displayed extraordinary combat skills and keen perception.

He seemed able to anticipate the enemy's movements, always making the correct reaction at crucial moments.

Every one of his attacks was full of power and precision, leaving people amazed.

Old Ma and Daredevil fought side by side, cooperating flawlessly.

They covered each other, fought together, and gradually approached the gang members' positions.

On the other side of the battlefield, Master Ye and Crossbones' battle was in full swing. The rest of the S.H.I.E.L.D. combat team had already lost their fighting capability and lay on the side.

Crossbones showed an excited expression facing an opponent like Master Ye; he hadn't encountered a truly matched opponent in a long time.

The last opponent who could fight him to a draw dated back to Captain during World War II.

"Your strength is indeed not to be underestimated; I haven't had such a satisfying fight in a long time. Why aren't you using your superpower now?" Crossbones praised.

Master Ye responded with a simple smile, "Thank you for the compliment. I originally wanted a fair duel with you, but it seems now that I might not be able to defeat you without using my superpower. I will be using my abilities next."

Master Ye was telling the truth; this opponent was very experienced, and Master Ye initially had no intention of using his abilities.

Master Ye's abilities could easily cause widespread damage, and he would have to ask Chen Ye to pay for it later.

After all, Master Ye already owed Chen Ye too many favors and didn't want to cause Chen Ye more trouble.

However, Master Ye found that he really couldn't defeat Crossbones without using his abilities, and was even slightly at a disadvantage, so Master Ye had no choice but to use his superpower.

Crossbones was a powerful opponent; his attacks were swift and precise.

Seizing the moment Master Ye was distracted, he suddenly launched a fierce attack.

Although Master Ye reacted quickly, he was still hit hard by Crossbones' punch.

"You dare to be distracted while fighting me," Crossbones sneered.

Master Ye was not knocked down by the punch; he quickly stabilized his stance.

He began to adjust his state, refocusing his mind.

Crossbones did not give Master Ye much time to think; he quickly launched a new round of attacks.

Master Ye's movements were agile, skillfully dodging Crossbones' attacks, while simultaneously unleashing "Gravity Chaos."

"Gravity Chaos" allowed the opponent to feel abnormal changes in gravity.

Although Crossbones had specialized equipment, he still felt his body alternately light and heavy, unable to control his balance.

Gravity Chaos plunged Crossbones into extreme distress.

Every attack and defense became incredibly difficult, as if struggling in a chaotic gravitational field.

No matter how rich Crossbones' combat experience was, in such an environment, it became useless.

After a fierce contest, Crossbones finally could not adapt to these abnormal gravity changes.

His movements became increasingly sluggish, and his defense showed flaws.

Master Ye seized the opportunity to launch an even more ferocious attack, pushing Crossbones back step by step.

This battle seemed to become a magnificent dance; Master Ye's posture was agile, like a brilliant star, shining brightly in the darkness.

And although Crossbones was powerful, in such a battle, he seemed powerless.

Ultimately, he was defeated by Master Ye, and this duel ended with Master Ye's victory.

However, Master Ye did not kill Crossbones; after all, Crossbones was different from the Hell's Kitchen gangs; he was an official person.

Killing Crossbones might lead to bigger trouble.

Besides, Master Ye's target tonight had always been the Mexican leader, Gustav.

Then Master Ye slowly walked towards the safe house where Gustav was staying.

Gustav, at the safe house, had already arranged for a helicopter to pick him up when Crossbones fell into a disadvantage.

When Master Ye arrived at the safe house, Gustav had already packed some of his belongings and boarded the helicopter.

The helicopter's rotor spun, emitting a buzzing sound, and the entire aircraft had already begun to slowly take off.

Gustav, seeing Master Ye's arrival from the helicopter, frantically urged the pilot.

"Hurry up and take off, take off now!" His voice carried a hint of tension and fear of Death.

After confirming the helicopter had taken off, Gustav loudly shouted down at Master Ye, "I'll be back! You all just wait for me!"

His voice was full of threats and provocation.

Master Ye sighed slightly at the sight, "Your only destination is Hell!"

Then he drew his staff-sword and shouted, "Hell Journey!" Afterward, he turned and left without looking back.

The next second, the helicopter suddenly lost gravity, instantly fell to the ground, and exploded.

Flames shot into the sky, illuminating the dark night.

Gustav was also buried in the sea of Fire, ending his sinful life.

"Oh no, do I have to pay for this?" Master Ye scratched his head.
