Mu Yang, holding a cup of tea, stared blankly as Tony and Ethan entered the shop. They bought a lot of food and water with stern faces and then left in a hurry.
A moment later, they re-entered the shop. Tony helped Ethan put on the Iron Suit that was placed in the corner of the shop, and left with even more hurried steps than before.
Forgetful.
He muttered in complaint and quietly sipped his tea.
The golden desert, with hot wind swirling and carrying the yellow sand.
The faceplate of the Iron Suit was open, and Ethan ate a mouthful of sand. He spat it out a few times, pulled down the faceplate, turned his head, and looked down at Tony. "Looks like we forgot to buy a hat and scarf."
Tony looked up at the Iron Suit's mask, again and again. "Can you just tell me everything you need to buy at once?"
"You're like a kid going on a field trip for the first time, always forgetting things. Going back and forth to the shop, don't you feel even a little embarrassed? Our combined ages are over half a century!"
The sincere emotions surging within him were on the verge of turning into a friendly greeting.
But on second thought, he hadn't expected it either, and the words that had already reached his lips flowed back down into his stomach.
"No need to buy anything."
Tony's face was cold as he raised the Shooting Riser and inserted the Progrise Key.
"Henshin!"
Flashy transformation effects appeared, and a loud transformation sound rang out as Sprint Cheetah made a dazzling entrance.
"You have the Iron Suit, and I can transform into a Kamen Rider. We can both block the sandstorms."
"Uh, you have a point," Ethan nodded, looking a bit dazed. "So, what do we do now?"
"The Iron Suit is currently running on a prototype reactor I made, and it doesn't have enough energy to cross the desert," Tony Stark said, seriously assessing their situation. "I'm fine walking, but you..."
As he spoke, Tony glanced sideways at the Iron Suit, which had already sunk halfway into the sand dune.
Ethan also looked down at his legs, which were stuck in the sand. He agreed, "Yeah, I should've just left the Iron Suit at Mu Yang's shop and picked it up after we got out of the desert."
Tony Stark looked away, not bothering to respond to Ethan, and turned his gaze towards the valley in the distance.
"So, the simplest and best solution is to call someone to come and pick me up."
"Then why didn't you buy a mobile phone earlier?" Ethan asked.
Tony Stark gave Ethan a sideways glance, his eyes full of speechlessness. "Buying a phone costs money. Why spend money when you can get a phone for free?"
Then he sneered, "Not to mention, I'm not even appeased yet!"
"Oh," Ethan nodded slightly, the sound of metal clashing. "I understand. I'll find a phone later, and you take care of the punching."
"Excellent, let's go."
The Iron Suit took off, whooshing towards the valley.
Tony Stark sprinted like the wind, kicking up sand and dust, but he couldn't even see Ethan's taillights.
So...
What was I thinking just now? Why didn't I choose something that could fly?
Iron Suit, so amazing, I want one.
"Awesome, Kamen Rider is cool, I want it."
"Awesome, flying is more convenient, I want it."
"A fickle man, Tony Stark."
In the shop, it was cold and deserted. After finishing a cup of tea, Mu Yang felt a bit bored. He wasn't interested in using the Anywhere Door to watch Tony and Ethan's desert show-off livestream.
Too boring, not interesting.
Waiting for a lucky customer to come to the shop was too boring. Perhaps I should take the initiative to speed up the process of making the world more exciting.
Of course, the shop can't be forgotten either.
Mu Yang made a hand seal, feigning seriousness. "Clone."
White mist rose, and from it emerged a person identical to Mu Yang. The 'Clone' nodded towards Mu Yang and said in a rather steady tone, "Go in peace, Main Body!"
That didn't sound quite right, almost like he was seeing me off on my final journey.
Mu Yang walked towards the Space-Time Door with a dark expression.
With a single step, space and time shifted.
The ancient and elegant house disappeared, and a pure white world appeared before his eyes.
Clouds surged like a sea, snowflakes danced in the air, the cold wind howled, and a vast, desolate ice plain stretched as far as the eye could see.
Mu Yang walked in the wind and snow. The cold wind couldn't move his black hair, and the snowflakes that drifted towards him veered off course a half-meter away.
The vast ice field had no roads, no landmarks, and the distant scenery was obscured by the snowstorm.
Generally, traveling across an ice field during a blizzard was a death sentence. But that applied to ordinary people. Mu Yang was human, but not ordinary.
In the wind and snow, Mu Yang moved swiftly, his purpose clear, heading straight for a certain location.
After seven or eight minutes.
"This is it." Mu Yang looked up at the steel structure exposed on the ice, a few meters away.
He lowered his gaze, looking down instead, and slowly extended his palm, his palm facing the ice surface.
After a second or two, the snow around it shifted, revealing the ice beneath. The ice softened, forming a channel directly to a dark, metallic surface.
Ice Control Technique: Control ice or cold air.
Iron sand danced in the air, the dark metal transforming into iron sand that flew along the cylindrical passage and gathered around Mu Yang's right arm, swirling like a living thing.
After seven or eight seconds, a circular hole, the same size as the ice passage, appeared on the metal beneath the ice.
Mu Yang leaped down, landing inside the aircraft that had been buried in the ice for nearly seventy years.
Clang~~ The crisp sound echoed within the narrow cabin.
Looking around, Mu Yang, thanks to his super vision, could see the metal walls were covered in ice. He inhaled gently; the air that entered his nostrils smelled of the fishiness of food that had been stored in a refrigerator for a long time, which was very fitting for the scene.
He walked along the passageway inside the aircraft, his gaze roaming, and finally found a person in the cockpit who looked like frozen meat.
He bought a Life-Support Collar from the shop and put it on the frozen person, then injected a test tube of about 20 milliliters of the Fountain of Life.
Life-Support Collar: Coats the wearer with a transparent energy membrane, isolating them from the outside and protecting them from various external factors that threaten their life.
Fountain of Life: Dew from the World Tree of a certain plane, imbued with a trace of the World Tree's aura, capable of healing injuries to a certain extent. It is one of the important economic resources of that elven kingdom.
The Life-Support Collar insulates against the cold, while the Fountain of Life revitalizes the sleeping body.
"Hey, hey, hey! Wake up! Don't sleep anymore!"
Mu Yang grabbed the collar with his left hand, pulling hard to make him sit up. His right hand then brutally slapped the sleeping man's face, showing no mercy. The crisp sound of 'slap, slap, slap' echoed in the cold cockpit.
Under Mu Yang's enthusiastic and persistent calls, the frozen eyelids twitched, as if about to awaken.
Another slap landed. The pain on his cheek jolted Steve Rogers out of his daze, restoring his clarity. He snapped his eyes open.
The moment he opened his eyes, what came into view was a handsome face, and the owner of the handsome face was touching his face. Steve, who had just regained his senses, felt his mind go blank again.
Seeing that he was awake, Mu Yang didn't continue slapping him. He withdrew his hand and sat cross-legged beside Steve.
Due to Mu Yang's sudden departure and Steve's slight daze, Steve didn't react in time.
Bang—! His head slammed against the cold metal plate.
"Ouch—"
The sound of someone sucking in a breath echoed, and Steve felt a jolt of alertness.
