Chapter 6 - To Those Who Will Read My Story

✨ Preface

Writing this book was not just a literary journey, but a raw confrontation with myself. Each chapter I wrote felt like reopening an old wound and laying it bare under the light. I did not write merely to confess, but because I felt that someone out there needed to hear — to know that they are not alone in facing their shadow, their exile, or their inner silence.

Exile is not only about traveling to another country, and the shadow is not merely a figure haunting the night. Exile can live inside your own home, among your family, and deep within yourself. The shadow can be the weight of the past, the ache of childhood, or the echo of a fear that was never embraced.

This book is a journey — from childhood to adulthood, from pain to writing, from breaking to trying again. I do not claim that I have defeated my shadow, nor that I have found all the answers. But I write to say: we are stronger when we tell our stories. We are alive when we share our pain, and do not allow it to devour us in silence.

I dedicate these words to anyone who feels like a stranger, to those who have lost their voice amidst the noise, and to anyone who has lived through hardship and thought they were alone. You are not alone. Perhaps you will find yourself within these pages.

✨ Acknowledgments

I would like to first thank my family, who, knowingly or unknowingly, gave me part of my story. I thank my children, who gave me a reason to keep going, and who brought meaning to my life beyond the pain.

Thanks to the friends who listened to my story in moments of weakness, and who held my hand when I was about to fall.

And thank you — the reader. For giving me your time, and for choosing to walk through this journey with me. We may not know each other, but we share something in common: our humanity, our wounds, and our hope to rise again.

✨ Dedication to the Readers

To every reader holding this book in their hands…

To the eyes that will pause at every word, and the hearts that will recognize their own stories between the lines…

This book is for you.

If you find yourself within these pages, or feel your pain reflected in its words, know that you are now part of my soul.

And if you do not find yourself, perhaps you will find another shadow — one that reflects something you have yet to reveal.

To my readers, whom I may never meet but deeply felt as I wrote these pages… thank you for giving this story a new life.

✨ A Small Request

Your voice matters. At the end of this journey, I invite you to leave your comments and share your thoughts about this book. Your reflections and words mean more than you know — they are the bridge between my story and yours.
