Returning back to the vehicles, with my catches, I saw the girls had already returned and was already armed with their weapons in hand.
"Look like you're all excited and ready to go."
Coming over toward them, I then grabbed my rifle from the back of the suv and ready a drone to scout whats approaching.
The village guard nearby was looking at our group strangely and curiously. One of them then soon came over to advise that we should seek shelter or leave to avoid the danger that was approaching.
"You all should go and leave now because the village would soon be attacked."
Thanking him for his worry, I told them that we would be find, and that the illagers wouldn't even be able to get to the gate this time.
After finishing setting up, Ilona launched the drone and i guided her toward the direction that the illagers had came last time.
It wasn't long or hard to spot a large moving army approaching the village. On the laptop screen, a massive army of maybe 3,000 was approaching.
"It looked likes the illagers wanted some revenge, and this time they came to finished the job thoroughly."
Aware of what approaching us, we weren't worried. If anything we were excited and felt greedy imagining all of the potential loots we could get.
Recalling the drone, we made then made planned on how to deal with the approaching army and where to setup.
"We should first set up position on the roofs in 3 teams."
"I don't know if they're gonna send in small waves after waves like last time or simply charges the village as a whole."
"But with our improve weapons and superiority ranges, I think that there wouldn't be any problem on our side."
"My only concern would be if the enemy broke first to early and started to run away, we would lose out on a big payday."
"The second issue is, I dont know if the weapon would overheat facing this many targets."
"I know that the unbreaking enchantment helps with the wear and tear of the parts but regarding if the barrel would overheat, that I don't know."
"So we should, fire in short burst and go for assured kill if possible."
"Oh one more thing, prioritized in eliminating the evoker and witch if you see them."
"What do they look like?"
"They should be dressed like some king of wizard in a fantasy game, it isn't hard to miss given the way they're dressed with their fancy robes and stuff."
"What if the enemy, started to run?"
"We should have the vehicles close by to each of our position, so when they do started running; we would chase them down and use the drone to track anyone hiding with the thermal."
After several minutes of planning and discussing, we then headed off to find a good spot to engage.
Like when we raided the outpost; Seako, Shizuka, Ilona, and me would be in team A at the center.
Jules, Kit, and Kat would be in team B on the left side. Selene, Mayumi, and Miyuki would be on the right side and they would also help the villager if they're injured.
But we don't expect to see that happening anytime soon if the illagers isn't able to reach the gate.
