As the sunlight streams through the window and shine against my face, I opened my eyes and saw the girls had already woken up before me.
They were all eager and energetic to start the new day and the excitement of yesterday raid had not worn away, If anything it had boost their eagerness.
Call them psychotic or whatever but there's something thrilling about sidedly destroying or annihilating someone else is satisfying.
It's an innate human nature for dominance and superiority, whether it be violence or nonviolence.
After giving everyone a morning kiss, we got dressed and geared up for what today would brings.
We made a brief sweep of the surrounding to make sure that everything was still safe. After the quick sweep, we headed for the kitchen to make something to eat to start the day off.
Using the crafting table Mayumi and Miyuki made dozen of bread using the wheat in a nearby storage.
They then cooked up several raw beef found in the storage chest, once the steak was cooked, they then started appearing on top of the furnace.
the steak were then stuffed into the bread making a sandwich.
Most of the cooking was automated through the crafting function but they could also used the ingredients and equipments manually.
We didn't have to worry about the food in this world being bad or spoiled because for some reason or a world mechanics the food will never spoiled or go cold regardless of time.
This is very mechanics convenient and the girls love it. The food also tasted really good even if the processes was automated.
After eating breakfast together, we then plan packed up and headed for the car. We didn't plan to stay in the outpost the entire time we are here in minecraft.
I had told the others about the illager's manor in the forest and my plan to take over it like how we did with the outpost.
But before that, we decided to head for the village to trigger a raid. I know that it's selfish of us and that we are endangering the villager living in the village.
We are confident that we could annihilate any illager armies that approaches with our guns and infinite ammo, and also we plan to trade some emeralds that we looted with the villagers.
After the raid on the outpost, all of us has a bad omens effect on our interface, so we are expecting to deal with a large group of enemies tonight.
We could get rid of it by drinking milk from the nearby cow but where's the fun in that? Also, we would then be losing out on a big payday if we don't fight the illagers raid.
I should also learned how the illagers can detect and track bad omens. It should be usable to see if I can block it or even reverse engineer it to protect myself and the girls in the future.
After several minutes of driving, the village wall soon came into views. Even a month after the last raid, the village was still standing.
"Look likes the illagers didn't retaliate again after the last raid."
Picking up the radio, I called to the other vehicles.
"We should hold off on purchasing anything before the raid, but we could still do some window shopping and browsing. I remembered that after the raid last time, I got a big discount on trade with the villagers there."
As much as the girls like to shop, they love discounts and deals even more. Since when we were young, money was really tight so we ration what we could and saved up our earning.
We were lucky that the girls didn't have to degrade themselves and we manage to find small jobs here and there to keep us fed, until we could all get into the military.
As helpful as the orphanage was, they were also overburden and going to school wouldn't feed us or shelter us immediately.
It was better to join the military and we would all have a roof over ourselves and be fed everyday. We could learn more advance subject afterward during our service and so we did.
We soon arrived at the village gates and parked the vehicles outside, I stayed to take care of the vehicles while the girls went exploring.
I also recommended them to go to the library and searched up the history of this world and even some enchantment like I had last time.
Agreeing, they then headed off. The villagers also saw us but they soon all minded their own business and carry out their day.
While the girls was studying in the library, I went fishing with the pets. The fisherman nearby would occasionally strikes up conversation with me and we soon got along.
I also saw the little girl that had gave me a poppy flower from last time running around with the dogs.
It was a calmed and quiet day and as I was about to take a short nap. The village bell began to rangs.
Understanding what was about to come, all of the villagers started scrambling and began sealing themselves inside their home like they had last time.
The village guards also scrambled to get their weapons and armors. Although their equipments had improved compared to last time, their numbers look fewer this time and I could only see 2 golems compared to the 4 from last time.
Those 2 golems were probably salvage and repaired from the other, but it looks like that only 2 could be fixed while the other 2 was used as repairs or materials.
