Having finished clearing the outpost, it is now time for the fun part of every adventure, looting the treasures and gears.
Seeing that there would be a lot of footstool be collected, I had the girls start searching the illagers while I headed into the forest to gather some wood and test out the new inventory mechanic and see if it actually work.
I also explained to the girls how the spawning and despawning mechanic in this world work.
Telling them they could just pile the body on the ground and don't need to worry about burying them since by tomorrow morning they would all despawn.
Returning to my motorcycle with an empty backpack, I rode up toward the nearby forest and began choking down 4 trees.
This time, when the tree fell over and broken up into segments, the logs didn't stayed the size of a 1 meter cube but shrunked into small cube about the size of a rubics cube.
Curious on how to place a block or if the cube would stay the size of a rubics cube.
I placed down one of the cube on the ground and the moment my hand stop touching the cube, it started expanding back into a 1 meter cube block again.
"Look like me and the girls wouldn't have some fun in this world."
Picking up the log cube, I began collecting all the scattered chop log and stuffed them into the backpack before getting back on the motorcycle and returned to the outpost.
Arriving back, I headed for the crafting table in the workshop. It wasn't there and then I remembered that I had took the only crafting table here back to the other world.
Realizing this could be a problem, I had forgotten that the girls had also added a crafting function in the new system.
Grabbing one of the cube log, I navigate the interface to the crafting menu and scrolled for wooden planks.
Soon the system ask me for confirmation and after selecting yes the wooden logs turn into 4 plank cubes.
Using those 4 blocks, I quickly crafted myself a craft table and then 2 large chests. On the crafting tables the chest weren't of full size but is instead still the size of 2 rubics next to each other.
Look like the new mechanics also applied to crafting. Returning to the girls, I placed down the chests and we began stuffing the loots into them.
Fascinated by how a small block could turn into a big chest, I began explaining to the others on how the new crafting and block breaking and placing work.
It soon started to get dark, and so we began packing up and moved into the recently vacated main building.
Making sure our new temporary place is secured for the night, we all moved into the master bedroom.
I also told the girls the magical property of the bed in this world and so we began moving all the available bed from the other rooms into the master bedroom forming a massive bed for 10 peoples to sleep on.
We also moved another bed to the side for the pets to sleep tonight.
Exhausted and tired from an eventful and thrilling first day, we soon changed out of our gears and slept for the night.
