Waking up to a new morning, shower, cleaned up, breakfast, ready everything and make final check of the supplies and gears.
Confirmed that everything was in order and everything was fueled up, I loaded up my BMW R1250GS onto the motorcycle rack at the rear and loaded the pets into the Lexus and start heading out to a remote location to summon a spatial portal instance.
Would be really strange if a whole SUV just suddenly vanished into thin air in the middle of traffic wouldn't it?
After maybe 20-30 minutes of driving, I reached a Isolate road and ask the system to open a spatial rift.
The road I front started rippling similar to that of a heatwaves on a hot summer day. I guess all I need to do now is drive forward and hope I dont get ripped apart into tiny matter when crossing.
After a few minutes of questioning myself of whether this is a good idea. In other system story the main character just straight get yeeted into another world and if they're lucky, they get to choose which world they wanted to get thrown to. Here, I have a choice whether to turn back or go through the rift into an unknown world and won't be able to return for about a week.
Having decided, I step on the throttle and droved through the rift. And in a flash, I arrived at an open grass field but the place I arrived to wasn't squared and blocky like the theme of minecraft.
A/N: Sorry to those that had hope it was blocky, but do you know how big a block in Minecraft is? It's literally half the height of the player and everytime you try to go up in elevation your gonna have to climb a meter everytime or try to vault over it. I even bet an Olympic hurdler will get tire after maybe 15-20 jump. An Olympic 400m hurdles race has 10 hurdles each race and now your gonna have to do it everywhere just to moved around in the world of Minecraft.
The area in front of me was an open field untouched by modern civilization. In the distance just to my right is a tall majestic mountain range with snow cap peak.
Getting out of the vehicle, I gazed around enjoying the scenery know that my entire life had just changed and going forward from now on, nothing would be the same again.
"Hey system, could you set a marker here on the map and mapped the surrounding along the way?"
Just before I start setting off to who knows where, I ask the system to set a marker at the area that I had just arrived in.
I don't know if I could just opens a spatial rift anywhere or I have to return to the original spot of my arrival so just to make sure I wouldnt be stuck here forever, I decided to make some precaution and have the system to track my movement and set markers in my mental mini-map.
Remember my purpose of coming here, to survey the area and run some test on the system in a different world. I build a small discreet marker with a transmitter nearby. After finishing, I got back to the car to get a drone and survey the area and hopefully find a direction to go in.
