Goddess of life: Miranda.
Miranda watched her universe get destroyed with her very eyes. It wasn't because the Demon Lord successfully ruled over her world, killed the hero, and finally destroyed the world.
But her universe died a natural death, it simply met its ending as time grasped it. Miranda watched the last bit of her universe be engulfed by time itself.
She waited for her death too, she was God created by the belief of the people of this universe, with it gone she herself would be too.
Yet Miranda found herself still alive. Even when the entire world was already gone completely. Confused about why she was still alive and somehow still had her power.
She decided to take care of the bubble of her world and made a choker out of it.
With her universe on her neck, she decided to explore the endless universe before her, explore the countless worlds, and watch the story within them unfold.
Miranda made sure the universe she decided to go to was the abandoned one.
A universe where the God who's supposed to watch over it has given up on it and let it go on without their surveillance.
Each time Miranda goes into one of these universes, she gives out a bit of her power to those who are worthy of it and lets them save their own world.
This was over ten million years ago. Since then, Miranda has continued to do this act of hers and now oversees 17+ billion universe in her care.
Each one is abandoned by their original God. Thanks to this, her power rose without a stop, and now she has become one of the highest-ranking outer Gods throughout existence.
As Miranda continues to explore the endless universe. She remembered something about the universe she was watching before. In this universe, an Otherworlder was in this world.
This person has the power to not be influenced by the law of the universe making them a strong influence, in this world she was watching. Thinking about it, she wanted to try it out on her own, bringing a person from another world to another one.
As the playful Miranda tried out this, she didn't realize how many she had done in a couple of years. Before she regains her control over her mind, she has already sent 10,000+ Otherworlders to another universe.
Understanding her action she decided to stop. After this last one. Going into one of the abandoned universes, she witnessed a truck run over three students.
Looking at their sudden deaths, she made her decision, these three were gonna be the last Otherworlders she would send to another world.

As one of the three students opened his eyes he found himself within a white space. Waking up the other two beside him, he asked them if they knew where they were.
Before the other could say a word. A giant figure appeared out of nowhere. Golden hair, with green like plants accessories attached to it, looking up, he found the woman before her beautiful.
With a large front and back, wearing a long white robe that outlines her body. Opening his mouth he asked her.
"Who are you?"
Miranda waited for a bit for the third student to wake up before saying a word. As the student woke up, she smiled, seeing that her time to talk could now begin.
*All you might already know but the three of you have died in your world.*
As soon as they heard her words, they remembered the cold metallic front of the truck that had run them over.
"So this is the afterlife..." The three said in unison.
Miranda nods to their words and lets them have time to adjust on their own. After a while, the three looked at her with hopeful expressions, seeing their faces, Miranda didn't hesitate to give them their powers.
*I shall give each one of you a power of your own that will help you in this new world I'm about to send you in.*
Her voice echoing in their head, they understood her words and comprehended another word.
Without thinking about anything else. They called out their status window and saw the power they had gained from her.

As their status window appeared before them, they spotted three main parts, their Unique Skill, Titles, given Skills, AP and SP points, and a unique system function limited to themselves only.
Each presses their Unique skill to see and understand what its use is and how it can be used.
(--- [Copy] - allow the owner of the unique skill to copy one skill from anyone, be it humans, elves, dwarves, or lizardmen, and even monsters themselves. ---)
(--- [Recreate] - allow the owner of the unique skill to recreate one skill from their opponent and keep it for their own. The owner of the skills can only recreate a skill when the level gap between them is only 10-15 in range. ---)
(--- [Plunder] - allow the owner of the unique skill to take one skill from a dead creature. ---)
All skills had different names yet they all act the same. The ability to gain a skill from another and make it their own.
*Well then are the three of you ready to go?*
Miranda slowly asked the three, preparing their journey to another world she's overseeing. The three were satisfied with what they received from her and nodded to her words.
Without wasting any seconds, Miranda wrapped their body into an orb and gave them her Divine power, making sure they're journey to this world will be safe and their souls won't be infected by any means.
With a gentle touch on their soul, it accelerated beyond what the human naked eye could see. As the portal opened before three souls, another one passed by Miranda's side, joining the other three souls.

Confused about what happened, Miranda did not hesitate to give the soul that was catching up to the other three her blessing.
*That soul! It's damaged* Miranda screams, fixing its Soul before her and making sure it won't die in the new world.
With the three souls combining into one, their speed rose up creating a shockwave that pushed her away. By the sudden increase in their speed, Miranda's powers were cut off from that Soul.
Miranda successfully gave the random soul her power, but only enough for it to receive one skill and nothing else.
Thinking about where that soul came from, Miranda spread out her existence to the other timelines within this universe. Within a matter of time, she found where the Soul originally came from.
*A Soul that traveled billions of timelines to hit a ride to another world...* Miranda wondered what kind of situation the Soul would have in this world.
*I didn't get to put his Soul properly in the system...* She worried that she was unable to fully place the system of that world in that soul. If one Soul is not fully bound to the system, this Soul will not be able to gain full access to the system.
*.... But I have a temple in that world already, the moment he got to one of them and tried to pray for me. I'll make sure to answer him properly and give him full access to the system.*
*So till then, he won't receive most of the blessings of that world system fully.*
