Chapter 28 - Green Nightmare: Chrysanthemum Version

Hulk could no longer hold back, his expression completely twisted with rage. He roared, pounding his chest violently, venting his inner fury like an out-of-control Beast. The air was filled with his savage roar: "Ahhhh!!!" Then, he roared at Dominic once more, as if trying to intimidate this maddening opponent with his final cry.

But suddenly, Hulk's rage seemed to lose its outlet. His body began to shrink rapidly, his skin quickly fading from green back to its normal color. His strength gradually vanished, and he reverted to the originally thin Bruce Banner. Banner himself was clearly unprepared for this, collapsing onto the ground, his eyes empty, as if he had just experienced a terrible nightmare.

"Uh..." Banner muttered to himself, awkwardly scrambling up, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead, his voice somewhat weak. "What... what happened?"

Meanwhile, Abomination was already rolling on the ground with laughter, even lying prone and pounding the ground, looking like a villain who had finally gotten his way. His face was purple with laughter as he pointed at Banner, who had turned back into a human, and sarcastically gasped, "Hahaha, Hulk? I see you're just a little bean sprout now! Oh, that's satisfying! You roared so loudly just now, and in the end, you turned back into a pretty boy. Could you be any more ridiculous?"

Banner frowned, feeling a cold sweat break out on his back. He looked up and saw Abomination smiling lewdly, as if appraising him, his eyes revealing an indescribable intent. Some terrible images suddenly flashed in Banner's mind—especially the close-up of that big black guy's face, accompanied by a highly suggestive smile. His scalp instantly tingled, his back felt cold, and his backside seemed to sense some potential threat.

"Uh..." Banner stammered, muttering softly to himself, his legs inevitably feeling a bit weak. "This isn't the superhero life I imagined... Ah... my backside..."

Just as Abomination was laughing himself breathless, Dominic suddenly floated slowly in front of him, looking down at the big guy rolling on the ground. When Abomination saw Dominic smiling and appraising him, he instantly shivered, and his laughter stopped abruptly. His previous arrogance vanished without a trace, and his expression became tense, seemingly realizing that his behavior just now might have been a bit "excessive."

Abomination squeezed out an awkward smile and weakly asked, "Uh... Brother Dominic, look, can I... follow you?"

Dominic folded his arms across his chest, a playful smile on his lips. He slowly leaned down, with a mocking expression clearly imitating a certain well-known minor villain, and said softly, "Hmmph... Follow me? Then you'll have to prove how worthy you are. After all... I only take the 'best' subordinates."

Abomination quickly nodded and bowed, hastily saying, "Dominic, I'm not kidding! You know, with my strength, this physique, I'm absolutely loyal!"

Dominic nodded in satisfaction, his eyes filled with narcissism and pride. He straightened up and began bestowing a series of self-coronating titles upon himself: "So, since you now recognize me as Dominic, let me tell you who I am! I am the 'Universe's Greatest Conqueror,' the 'Infinitely Charming Superhero,' the 'Unyielding Harem King,' the 'Man who can make any female hero fall at his feet,' and, don't forget—the 'Superhero Villain who breaks the most hearts,' hahaha..."

Abomination nodded with a face full of awe, as if listening to a god's oracle, accepting this super narcissistic "Dominic" without question.

Banner stood aside, watching this utterly absurd conversation, and couldn't help but sigh in his heart, "My god, is the relationship between superheroes and supervillains like a farce? This world is truly ridiculous..."

Just then, Tony was still flying in the air, recording this ridiculous farce with his phone. He was laughing uncontrollably and suddenly said into his communicator, "Hey guys, do you think we can form a dance team for our superhero show? I've already thought of a name, 'Dominic and His Dance King Squad.' How about we all dance together?"

Hearing this, Abomination once again rolled on the ground with laughter, while Banner covered his face helplessly, feeling that he had never encountered a more absurd moment in his life than today.

The matter finally came to an end, but the entire process from start to finish was simply like a farce. Who could have imagined that a superhero showdown that should have been full of danger and tension would end up with Abomination rolling on the ground laughing, Hulk getting so angry he turned back into Banner, and Dominic standing nearby narcissistically bestowing various exaggerated titles upon himself.

Meanwhile, after finishing her mission, Natasha returned directly to S.H.I.E.L.D., thinking about reporting back on her work. Along the way, her mind was filled with her capable image and excellent performance. However, when she pushed open the door to Coulson's office, she was not greeted by a serious mission report, but by a video—a recording that almost made her jaw drop.

Coulson sat behind his desk, his expression as calm as ever, as if he had watched this video countless times. Natasha stared at the screen, her eyes wide, seeing Abomination rolling on the ground with laughter, Dominic narcissistically floating in the air, and Hulk lying on the ground like a deflated balloon. She couldn't help but blink, thinking she had seen wrong.

"What... what is this?" Natasha asked in disbelief, her tone full of confusion and surprise. "This is the 'global crisis' we have to face? It looks more like a comedy talk show."

Coulson looked calm, reached out and turned off the screen, a meaningful smile on his face. "You're right, Romanoff, this 'crisis' is indeed full of drama. Especially that Dominic, not only can he beat you, he can also make you die laughing."

Natasha frowned, clearly not having recovered from the video she just watched. "He... just keeps mocking everyone like that? I heard his combat power isn't low, but what the hell is this? Non-stop trash talk from beginning to end, even Hulk was played by him."

Coulson smiled helplessly and shrugged. "Exactly, Natasha. Not only can he beat you, but he'll also use words to make you wish you were dead. If you go against him, you not only have to be prepared for physical pain, but also constantly endure his endless trash talk. He's more annoying than any enemy."

Natasha was silent for a moment, then suddenly thought of something and frowned, asking, "So what if we have to face him someday? Are we supposed to use earplugs to block his trash talk?"

Coulson narrowed his eyes and said with a smile, "I don't think earplugs will be enough. He doesn't just use his mouth; he might even attack you in the most unexpected ways. Look, neither Abomination nor Hulk could withstand his mockery tactics."

Natasha smiled helplessly, her expression gradually relaxing. "It seems the only thing we can do is make sure we never become his enemy, or at least practice our psychological resilience before confronting him."

Coulson nodded and said humorously, "That's right, Natasha, when going against Dominic, you need to prepare not just your fists, but also your ability to withstand how much trash talk."

The two exchanged glances and suddenly couldn't help but laugh. Natasha shook her head, sighing helplessly, "I finally understand now. Being an enemy of Dominic isn't just about not being able to beat him; the most terrifying thing is having to endure that endless mockery. If he really throws those words out during a fight, you won't just lose the battle, you might actually die laughing."

Coulson gave a mischievous smile. "So, Natasha, remember this important tactical principle—never let Dominic become your opponent, unless you are prepared to handle his attacks both physically and mentally."

The two exchanged smiles. What seemed like a normal mission had turned into a hilarious story because of a narcissistic superhero named Dominic who was full of trash talk.

Natasha sighed inwardly, "It seems that if I encounter him next time, it's best to stay far away quickly, to avoid getting involved in this war of words."
