Chapter 2180 - Ch: 9-20

Chapter 9: Butcher's Wife Rescue Mission

Butcher crouched in the grass, holding binoculars, staring at the guards inside the villa—two Vought superheroes, Ironclad and The Deep. One possessed Super Defense, and the other possessed Super Speed; both were level-one ability users.

"See that? Two superpowered guards and a large number of security personnel," Butcher said in a low voice to his teammates beside him. "Mothers Milk, you're responsible for pinning down the security. Frenchie, use your equipment to interfere with their abilities. Kimiko, find an opportunity to ambush and take out The Deep. I'll deal with Ironclad."

"Understood!" everyone responded in a low voice.

Butcher gripped the special dagger in his hand. It was a weapon specifically designed to deal with superpowered individuals, coated with a drug that could suppress superpowers.

"Move out!"

At Butcher's command, the four of them rushed out like ghosts.

"Intruder!" The security personnel inside the villa immediately spotted them, shouting as they raised their guns to fire.

Bullets whistled through the air. Mothers Milk immediately raised his bulletproof shield to block them, the bullets making "bang bang" sounds as they hit the shield.

Frenchie pulled out a jammer and pressed the button. An invisible wave spread out, and the bodies of Ironclad and The Deep instantly stiffened as their abilities suffered a brief disruption.

"Now!"

Kimiko's figure flashed as she pounced on The Deep like a leopard, the dagger in her hand stabbing directly toward The Deep's heart.

The Deep reacted and tried to use Super Speed to dodge, but due to the jammer's influence, his speed was half a beat slow. He was slashed in the shoulder by Kimiko's blade, and blood instantly gushed out.

"Ah!" The Deep screamed in pain, a flash of ferocity in his eyes. His Super Speed erupted at full power as he attacked Kimiko.

Kimiko was fearless. Relying on her agile movements and ruthless techniques, she tangled with The Deep. The sounds of fists and feet colliding rang out continuously as the two fought to a stalemate.

On the other side, Butcher rushed toward Ironclad. Ironclad roared and activated Super Defense, his body becoming as hard as steel.

"Scum, you dare break into Vought's territory? You're looking for death!" Ironclad swung a punch at Butcher with immense force.

Butcher dodged to the side and stabbed his special dagger fiercely into Ironclad's armpit—that was a weak point of Super Defense.

*Puchi!*

The dagger pierced accurately, and the suppression drug was instantly injected into Ironclad's body. Ironclad's Super Defense failed immediately, and his face turned pale.

"You..." Ironclad's eyes widened in disbelief.

Butcher's gaze was cold. He abruptly pulled out the dagger and stabbed it into Ironclad's throat again, blood spurting out.

*Thud.*

Ironclad collapsed to the ground, completely stopped breathing.

Having dealt with Ironclad, Butcher immediately rushed over to Kimiko's side. By now, The Deep had been beaten black and blue by Kimiko, and with his abilities disrupted, he was no match for her.

Butcher rushed up and kicked The Deep down, pressing the dagger against his throat: "Where is Becca? Tell me!"

"I... I don't know..." The Deep trembled, terrified to the extreme.

"Not talking?" Butcher's eyes turned fierce, and he applied slight pressure with the dagger, cutting the skin.

"I'll talk, I'll talk!" The Deep quickly shouted. "In the innermost room on the second floor of the villa. It's locked the whole time, and only Vought executives have the key!"

Hearing this, Butcher didn't hesitate anymore. He finished off The Deep with one stroke and led the group toward the second floor of the villa.

Through the small window on the door, Butcher saw the figure he had been longing for day and night—Becca. She was sitting by the bed, her face pale. When she saw Butcher, her eyes instantly filled with tears.

"Billy..." Becca choked out his name.

Just as the family was about to be reunited, a piercing siren suddenly sounded outside the villa. Vought's backup units had arrived.

"Butcher, you can't run!" A member of the security department stood at the villa entrance, aiming a gun at Butcher and the others, his gaze cold. "Today, all of you will die here!"

*Bang!*

At this critical moment, a figure rushed over like lightning, blocking the way in front of Butcher.

Super Defense 2. was indeed powerful. An invisible defensive barrier enveloped the body. Special bullets struck the body with a dull thud but failed to break through the defense.

Everyone looked closely and saw that the newcomer was actually Rorschach!

Rorschach wore a set of black casual clothes. His tall and handsome figure stood before them, a cynical smile on his face, though his eyes looked coldly at the people opposite him.

He had originally been lingering with Maeve and Starlight at the hotel when the system suddenly detected ability fluctuations from high-level superpowered individuals nearby. He rushed over immediately and happened to stumble upon this bloody battle.

"Rorschach? Why are you here?" Butcher looked at Rorschach warily; he knew Rorschach was Vought's security director and an enemy.

"I didn't come here to save you, Butcher." Rorschach smiled without looking back. "I'm just interested in this Head-Popper's ability."

Victoria Neuman looked at Rorschach with a grave expression. "Rorschach, you're one of Vought's people, yet you dare help The Boys? Aren't you afraid CEO Edgar will kill you?"

"Vought?" Rorschach sneered, his tone disdainful. "I've never been Vought's dog; I'm just using them. Newman, your Head-Popping Ability is quite good, I like it very much. Be a good girl and let me kill you, and I can leave your body intact."

"Arrogant!" Newman shouted angrily, using her Head-Popping Ability again, aiming at Rorschach's head.

*Bang! Bang! Bang!*

Three consecutive head-popping forces all slammed into Rorschach's Super Defense barrier, but they only made Rorschach a bit dizzy. They couldn't break through the level 2. Super Defense to cause substantial damage.

"It's useless." Rorschach shook his head, his tone mocking. "Your ability is ineffective against me."

As he finished speaking, Rorschach used Super Speed 1.His figure instantly vanished from the spot, appearing before Newman like a ghost.

Newman's expression changed drastically. She wanted to dodge, but it was already too late.

Rorschach reached out and grabbed Newman's wrist. His fingertips cut her arm, making contact with her blood, and the system immediately started the ability extraction.

[Detected Victoria Neuman's blood. Extracting Head-Popping 1. Obtained 10 points.]

[Detected Energy Manipulation ability of the same nature. Fusing Head-Popping Ability into Energy Manipulation.]

[Host: Rorschach]

[Abilities: Super Speed 1., Invisibility 1., Super Defense 2.0, Underwater Breathing 1.0, Animal Communication 1.0, Super Strength 1.1, Energy Manipulation 1.3, Super Hearing 1.0, Shapeshifting 1.0, Super Endurance 1.0]

[Total Points: 6]

Newman, being held, shouted in panic, "What are you doing? Let me go!"

"Let you go?" Rorschach sneered, acting decisively. With a slight exertion of force, there was a "crack," and he directly snapped Newman's wrist.

Newman screamed in pain, her whole body trembling. Rorschach showed no mercy, raising a fist and slamming it into her chest. Super Strength 1.1 erupted at full power, directly sending Newman flying. She crashed heavily against the wall, spitting blood and falling to the ground, unable to get up.

After dealing with Newman, Rorschach turned around and looked at the members of The Boys, his gaze cold.

Butcher immediately shielded Becca behind him, pointing his dagger at Rorschach: "Rorschach, what do you want?"

"Don't be nervous, Butcher." Rorschach spread his hands and said with a smile, "I have no interest in you. I'm only interested in the abilities of superpowered individuals. You rescue your wife, I take the ability I want; we don't interfere with each other."

He paused, his gaze sweeping over Becca with a playful look. "However, a word of advice: Becca's child belongs to Homelander, right? Vought won't let this go, and Homelander certainly won't. Your troubles have only just begun."

Butcher's expression changed. He hadn't expected Rorschach to know about this.

Chapter 10: Cleaning Up the Fodder

The cold metallic scent mixed with the smell of disinfectant permeated the underground security room of the Vought Villa. Rorschach leaned against the mottled wall, the warm sensation from just merging with the Head-Popper's ability still lingering on his fingertips.

A flash of crimson crossed Rorschach's eyes. He felt he could control the electrical energy in a target's head. His Level 1.3 Energy Manipulation vibrated slightly, and an invisible pressure radiated from his body. The surrounding surveillance cameras emitted a sizzling electrical sound, and the glass surfaces were instantly covered in fine cracks.

He looked down at his hands. His palms, which could previously only manipulate basic energy, now condensed a faint purple energy beam. With just a thought, he could make a living creature's head explode instantly.

Smiling, he adjusted his collar in a pleasant mood and pushed the door open to leave the security room.

In the corridor, over a dozen Vought Elite Security guards armed with pulse rifles surrounded him with solemn expressions. The leading captain shouted sternly: "Rorschach! You have trespassed into a restricted area and made contact with a prohibited experimental subject. Drop your weapons and surrender immediately, or we will execute the elimination order!"

Rorschach sneered and said, "Eliminate me? You probably won't even know how you died."

Before his voice could fade, his figure suddenly vanished—under Super Speed, the guards instantly lost their target and fired wildly in panic. In the next second, shrill screams rang out one after another. Rorschach's figure flickered among the crowd. Every punch, augmented by Super Strength, sent a guard flying, the sound of shattering bones crisp and ear-piercing.

Even more terrifying was the energy fluctuation emanating from his brow. Three guards near him clutched their heads without warning and began to wail. In the next second, their three heads burst apart like overripe watermelons.

Decisive in killing, leaving no one alive.

In just one minute, the corridor was strewn with corpses; not a single soul remained alive. Rorschach shook the blood off his hands, revealing his handsome yet cold face.

He pulled out his communicator and dialed Butcher's number, his tone flippant: "Butcher, it's all cleaned up here. Bring your people over; don't delay the business."

A few minutes later, the members of The Boys rushed over. Butcher looked at the corpses covering the floor and whistled: "Rorschach, you're ruthless, kid. Crazier than us."

"There's no need to hold back against Vought's dogs." Rorschach raised an eyebrow and turned toward the surveillance room. "Clear the footage first. Don't leave any loose ends; Homelander's nose is sharper than a dog's."

Frenchie immediately stepped forward to operate the computer. Kimiko stood beside Rorschach, her clear eyes sizing him up curiously. This Vought security guard who had suddenly joined them and possessed such formidable strength carried an aura that made her feel at ease.

Rorschach noticed her gaze, turned to wink at her with a playboy-style smile. Kimiko's cheeks instantly flushed red, and she hurriedly looked away.

Hughie looked around nervously, fearing Vought reinforcements would arrive, while only Mothers Milkstood calmly at the door, alert to any movement in the surroundings.

Rorschach walked to the main console. A sliver of energy condensed at his fingertip, and with a light tap, all surveillance screens went black. The storage hard drives turned to ash under the energy impact.

"Done. Now no one will know what happened here." He clapped his hands. "Next, let's go find two 'friends'."

Butcher's eyes lit up: "You mean Ironclad and The Deep? Those two free-roaming supes who left Vought?"

"Exactly." Rorschach nodded, his devious schemes swirling in his mind. "Level 1 Super Defense and Level 1 Super Speed... better than nothing."

At that moment, on the second floor of the villa, Becca held young Ryan tightly, her eyes filled with fear and unease. She didn't know if following Butcher's group was good or bad for them; she only knew they were taking her and her son away from this cage that had imprisoned them for years.

What she didn't know was that a storm centered around her and Ryan had only just begun. Far away at Vought Headquarters, Homelander had already sensed that something was wrong.

Chapter 11: Leaving

After clearing the villa's security and surveillance, Rorschach led the members of The Boys around to a hidden garage at the back of the villa, where two SUVs without any Vought markings were parked.

Rorschach pulled open the driver's side door and waved to Kimiko. "Hey gorgeous, want to sit next to me?"

Kimiko hesitated for a moment before nodding and getting into the passenger seat. Frenchie and Hughie got into the other car, while Butcher and Mother's Milk were responsible for picking up Becca and Ryan.

A minute later, everyone arrived at an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts. The warehouse doors were wide open.

Rorschach got out of the car and walked forward to Ironclad's corpse. He crouched down and discreetly touched the blood with his fingertips.

[Ding! Detected host contact with Ironclad's blood. Successfully extracted Level 1 Super Defense. Gained 1 point.]

[Ability Fusion Detection: Level 1 Super Defense can be fused with the existing Level 2 Super Defense. Fusing a lower-level ability; Super Defense level remains unchanged at Level 2.]

A thick wave of defensive energy instantly covered Rorschach's entire body. He could feel his skin, muscles, and bones becoming incredibly hard; even if he were hit by a shell, he would remain unscathed.

Rorschach turned his head to look at The Deep's corpse. This speed-type Supe—Rorschach likewise touched the blood on his body, and the system notification sounded.

[Ding! Detected host contact with The Deep's blood. Successfully extracted Level 1 Super Speed. Gained 1 point.]

[Ability Fusion Detection: Level 1 Super Speed fused with existing Level 1 Super Speed. Level increased to Level 1.1.]

[Host: Rorschach]

[Abilities: Super Speed 1.1, Invisibility 1., Super Defense 2., Underwater Breathing 1.0, Animal Communication 1.0, Super Strength 1.1, Energy Manipulation 1.3, Super Hearing 1.0, Shapeshifting 1.0, Super Endurance 1.0]

[Total Points: 8]

Violent speed energy surged into his limbs and bones. Rorschach felt his body become incredibly light, and everything around him seemed to slow down. He could clearly see the trajectory of a flying insect's wings and capture every moment of the wind blowing through his hair.

Butcher walked over and patted Rorschach's shoulder. "Where the hell did this ability of yours come from? You can steal other people's powers just by touching them?"

"It's a secret." Rorschach raised an eyebrow. "I'll tell you when you're finally able to beat me in a fight."

Just then, Butcher's communicator rang, and Becca's trembling voice came through. "We're ready. We can go."

Everyone moved into action immediately. Butcher and Mother's Milk took Becca and Ryan into the first car, while Rorschach followed behind with Kimiko, Frenchie, and Hughie.

Becca held little Ryan tightly. The child's eyes were full of confusion; he didn't know that his father was the terrifying Homelander, nor did he know that he was about to escape Vought's control.

The cars sped away from the city towards the outskirts. Rorschach watched the receding Vought villa through the rearview mirror, the mysterious smile on his lips growing wider.

At that moment, a tense atmosphere permeated the headquarters of Vought International.

Homelander sat at the desk in his luxurious office, focused on enjoying his daily work—literally "working while lying down"—when he suddenly received an emergency call. Shocking news came from the other end: Becca and Ryan had been forcibly taken away!

Upon hearing the news, Homelander's face instantly turned extremely grim.

He gripped the phone tightly and said through gritted teeth, "Damn it! Who dares to touch my family?" His anger made it impossible to stay calm. He stood up abruptly, strode to the window, punched through the glass without hesitation, and flew out.

The sunlight outside fell on Homelander, but he had no time to worry about such details. He had only one thought in his mind—to find Becca and Ryan as quickly as possible and tear those who dared to touch them into ten thousand pieces!

Thus, he sped toward the distance like a burning meteor, his target being the very villa Rorschach and the others had just left.

Looking at the empty room, his pupils constricted instantly, and the temperature around him seemed to drop suddenly. A terrifying rage erupted from within him, instantly shattering the furniture in the room into pieces.

"Becca... Ryan..." Homelander gritted his teeth, his voice sounding like it came from a demon. "Who took my son? I want him dead!"

Chapter 12: Abandoned Farm, High-Speed Resupply

The off-road vehicle drove on the bumpy dirt road for nearly two hours before finally arriving at an abandoned farm located on the outskirts of the suburbs.

This farm had been abandoned for several years; the wooden farmhouse was covered in dust, the roof was somewhat damaged, and the yard was overgrown with weeds. Surrounded by endless fields and woods, its remote location made it difficult for even Vought's satellites to monitor, making it an excellent hiding spot.

"This is the place." Butcher stopped the car and was the first to step out. "I hid some supplies here before; it's safe for now."

Becca stepped out of the car holding Ryan, a flicker of relief crossing her eyes as she looked at the dilapidated farmhouse; at least they were far from Homelander's control.

Little Ryan looked around the fields curiously, let go of Becca's hand, and ran onto the grass to chase butterflies, a long-absent smile appearing on his face.

Rorschach walked over to Kimiko and helped her with her backpack, his tone gentle yet carrying a hint of rogue charm: "Beautiful, the environment here might be a bit poor, but it's quiet. Sorry for the trouble."

Kimiko shook her head, presumably meaning it was fine.

Everyone began cleaning the farmhouse. Frenchie and Hughie cleaned the rooms, Mothers Milk repaired the broken doors and windows, while Butcher went to check the surrounding terrain and set up warning traps. Rorschach frowned as he looked at the messy rooms and empty cupboards.

"You guys clean up first, I'm heading out for a bit."

After Rorschach spoke, a faint white light emanated from his body. Activating his Super Speed 1.1 to its full potential, he instantly turned into an afterimage and vanished before everyone's eyes.

Hughie's eyes widened. "Where... where did he go?"

"I don't know, but this guy's speed is simply inhuman." Frenchie shook his head and continued wiping the table.

Relying on his Super Speed, Rorschach reached a city supermarket dozens of kilometers away in just a few minutes.

Using his abilities to avoid surveillance, he went to the warehouse and swept through it frantically with a shopping cart. Food, water, daily necessities, clothing, medicine... he stuffed everything useful into the cart. When checking out, he simply dropped a stack of cash and turned to leave.

In just ten minutes, he made two trips. The first trip brought back a large amount of food and water, and the second brought back bedding, clothing, and various daily necessities. When he reappeared at the farm, two small mounds had already piled up in the yard.

Everyone was stunned as they looked at the supplies before them.

"Did you... did you go and rob a supermarket?" Butcherwalked over, looking at the mountain of food with an expression of disbelief.

"It's a small matter." Rorschach tossed his hair, his handsome face full of pride. "Having Super Speed is quite convenient; it saves you the trouble of running errands."

Looking at Rorschach's busy figure, a strange emotion welled up in Kimiko's heart. This man was powerful, handsome, and very attentive, unlike anyone she had ever met before.

Rorschach noticed her gaze, walked over, picked up a bottle of milk, and handed it to her: "Want some? For nutrition."

Kimiko took the milk and nodded her thanks, her cheeks flushing slightly.

The farmhouse was cleaned thoroughly, new bedding was laid out in several bedrooms, and the kitchen cupboards were filled with food. The once-dilapidated farm instantly began to feel a bit like a home.

At dusk, as the sun set, the golden afterglow spilled over the fields. The farm's scenery was exceptionally beautiful, and a breeze blew by, carrying the scent of green grass. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and Vought's oppression, everyone found a rare moment to relax.

Rorschach leaned against a large tree in the yard, watching Kimiko play with Ryan on the grass. The girl's smile was clean and pure, like an unpolluted flower.

He stood up, walked to Kimiko's side, bent down to pick up a fallen leaf, and gently placed it in her hair.

"Kimiko, you look so beautiful when you smile." Rorschach's voice was deep and magnetic, carrying the gentle offensive unique to a playboy. "Even more beautiful than the sunset on this farm."

Kimiko's cheeks instantly turned bright red. She lowered her head, not daring to look at him, while her heart raced uncontrollably. Having lived in a cruel environment since childhood, no one had ever spoken such gentle words to her, let alone treated her so tenderly.

Seeing her shy appearance, Rorschach felt a sense of knowing in his devious heart. He knew that this simple girl had already begun to lower her guard against him.

Meanwhile, in the conference room at Vought Headquarters, Edgar sat in the main seat, looking at the surveillance black screen report before him, his expression terrifyingly gloomy. The surrounding Vought executives were silent as cicadas in winter; none dared to speak.

"Homelander hid Becca and Ryan in the villa, and now they've disappeared, yet we know nothing." Edgar tapped the table, his tone icy.

"Furthermore, he's becoming increasingly willful, completely disregarding Vought. If this continues, he'll drag us down sooner or later."

One executive spoke cautiously: "Mr. Edgar, should we send someone to find Becca and her son?"

"Find them?" Edgar sneered. "Homelander is searching like a madman right now. If we intervene now, we'll only bring trouble upon ourselves. Let's wait and see for now. Meanwhile, collect evidence of Homelander losing control. One day, we will take back the control that belongs to Vought."

Chapter 13: Stirring Hearts, Budding Affection

The night at the abandoned farm was exceptionally quiet, with only the chirping of insects and the rustling of leaves in the wind.

After dinner, everyone returned to their rooms to rest. Butcher and Mothers Milk took turns on watch, ensuring the farm's safety.

Little Ryan fell asleep early, comforted by Becca. A peaceful smile graced the child's face; it was the first time in years he had slept so soundly.

Rorschach didn't return to his room. Instead, he walked over to the swing in the yard and saw Kimiko sitting there alone, staring blankly at the stars.

He quietly walked over and sat beside her. The faint masculine scent emanating from him enveloped Kimiko, causing her body to stiffen slightly.

"What are you thinking about?" Rorschach's voice was gentle, breaking the night's tranquility.

Kimiko turned to look at him, typing on her phone: "Thinking... about the past."

Her past was filled with pain and torment. She was imprisoned, exploited, and used as a killing tool. It wasn't until she met The Boys that she first felt warmth.

Rorschach reached out, gently brushing a strand of hair from her cheek. His fingertips felt soft and delicate. His tone was filled with tenderness, yet not without the flirtatious charm of a scoundrel: "It's all in the past. From now on, I'm here. No one will bully you again."

Kimiko's eyes became slightly moist. She looked at Rorschach's handsome face, his deep eyes seemingly holding stars, making her fall for him involuntarily.

Rorschach leaned closer, the distance between them shrinking. Their breaths mingled. "Kimiko, the first time I saw you, I felt you were very special."

Sweet words continuously poured from his mouth. As a scoundrel, he accurately grasped Kimiko's innocent heart, breaking through her defenses step by step.

He knew Kimiko longed for warmth, longed to be loved, and he happened to be able to give her everything she wanted, even if that love carried a hint of a scoundrel's casualness.

Kimiko's heart beat faster and faster. She didn't push Rorschach away; instead, she gently leaned her head on his shoulder.

Rorschach smiled triumphantly, wrapping an arm around her waist. Her touch was soft and slender, making her figure appear especially sexy in the moonlight. At this moment, Kimiko completely let down all her guard.

"Be with me, okay?" Rorschach lowered his head and whispered in her ear.

Kimiko didn't speak, just nodded gently, her cheeks burning hot.

The night was gentle, and the moonlight was like water. The two sat on the swing, chatting, from past to present, from strangers to familiar. Rorschach's teasing made Kimiko laugh frequently, the girl's laughter echoing through the farm, exceptionally pleasant.

Before they knew it, it was late. Rorschach picked up Kimiko and walked towards the already tidied bedroom. Kimiko nestled in his arms, her hands wrapped around his neck, her face full of shyness.

Pushing open the door, Rorschach placed Kimiko on the bed, leaned over, and kissed her lips.

A night of intimacy, with the moon just right.

[Ding! Detected host intimate contact with Kimiko, successfully extracted Level 1 Super Regeneration ability, gained 1 point.]

[Ability fusion detected: Underwater Breathing 1.0 and Stamina 1.0 integrated into Super Regeneration 1.0]

Rorschach thought about the integration of Underwater Breathing into Super Regeneration. There was some logic to it; after all, regeneration is a form of adaptation, and so is underwater breathing. However, Super Regenerationshould be inherently more advanced than simple Underwater Breathing, but since their magnitudes are the same, both are judged as Level 1.

[Host: Rorschach]

[Abilities: Super Speed 1.1, Invisibility 1., Super Defense 2., Animal Communication 1.0, Super Strength 1.1, Energy Manipulation 1.3, Super Hearing 1.0, Shapeshifting 1.0, Super Regeneration 1.2]

[Total Points: 9]

The morning sun streamed into the room through the window. Rorschach opened his eyes and looked at the sleeping Kimiko beside him. The girl's cheeks were flushed, her long eyelashes gently trembling, her appearance exceptionally moving. He reached out and gently stroked her long hair, his heart full of contentment.

Kimiko slowly woke up, saw Rorschach's face, instantly remembered everything from last night, her cheeks turned crimson, and she burrowed under the covers.

Rorschach chuckled, lifted the covers, and slipped in, hugging her from behind. His warm breath brushed her neck: "Shy? You weren't like this last night."

Kimiko covered her face, daring not to look.

"Alright, alright, I won't say anything." Rorschach patted her back soothingly. "Get up and have breakfast. Butcherand the others must be getting impatient."

The two got up, tidied themselves, and walked out of the bedroom. Everyone looked at Rorschach and Kimiko, holding hands, and knowing smiles appeared on their faces.

Frenchie whistled, Hughie scratched his head awkwardly, and Butcher rolled his eyes but said nothing.

Becca looked at the two, smiling gently. In such a dangerous place, such warmth was truly rare.

Rorschach held Kimiko's hand and sat at the dining table, eating breakfast, but his mind was already planning the next step.

He had accumulated 9 points, and his abilities were growing stronger, but he knew it was far from enough. Homelander's wrath would eventually come, and Vought's threat had never disappeared. He needed greater power.

His next target had already been decided in his mind – Flameheart of Star City, the supe with Level 1 Flame Manipulation and Level 1 Super Regeneration.

Chapter 14: Farewell, Star City

After breakfast, peace settled over the farm.

Rorschach pulled Kimiko to a tree in the yard, gently embraced her, and lowered his head to kiss her forehead.

Kimiko leaned into his arms, her face full of reluctance. She knew Rorschach wasn't a man content with an ordinary life and would leave here sooner or later.

"Kimiko, I'm leaving," Rorschach said softly, a hint of reluctance in his voice, yet he remained decisive, not letting personal affections delay his plans.

Kimiko looked up, her eyes welling with tears.

"I'm going to another city to handle some business," Rorschach wiped away her tears, his scoundrel's tenderness just right. "I'll be back soon. Wait for me. When I return, I'll never leave you again."

His promise was sweet-sounding but also somewhat perfunctory. He knew in his heart that his journey was across the multiverse, and he couldn't stay on this farm forever, but at this moment, he needed to comfort Kimiko.

Kimiko nodded, hugging him tightly.

After comforting Kimiko, Rorschach turned and walked towards Butcher and the others.

Butcher looked at Rorschach, frowning, "You're leaving? Becca and Ryan just settled in, and Homelander could come at any time. If you leave, our fighting strength will be significantly reduced."

"I know," Rorschach nodded. "But I have to go to Star Cityto find a supe and get his ability so I can better deal with Homelander and Vought."

Mothers Milk spoke up, "Star City is far from here, and Vought's influence is spread across all cities. You'll be too dangerous alone."

"Dangerous?" Rorschach scoffed, full of confidence. "With my current abilities, even if Homelander came himself, I could retreat safely. You all stay here and protect Beccaand Ryan. I'll be back soon."

Frenchie handed him a modified pistol. "Take this, just in case."

Rorschach took the pistol, tucked it into his waistband, and waved to everyone. "I'm off. Take good care of Kimiko."

He walked over to Kimiko, kissed her lips again, then turned, activated Super Speed, and vanished into a blur at the end of the fields.

Kimiko stood rooted to the spot, gazing in the direction he had left, not moving for a long time.

Rorschach sped along, his Super Speed quickly bringing him to Star City. This city was even more prosperous than the previous one, bustling with traffic and towering buildings, yet it also hid countless dark corners and evils.

Following the information provided by the system, he headed towards his target location—an underground bar in the center of Star City.

The information showed that Flameheart was originally a new-generation supe under Vought, possessing Level 1 Fire Manipulation and Level 1 Super Regeneration. His strength was considerable, but his temper was extremely volatile and his personality erratic. He had deliberately injured people multiple times in public. After being exposed by the media, Vought expelled him to protect its image.

Without Vought's protection, Flameheart completely degenerated, frequenting various underground venues, fighting and committing all sorts of evil. Now, he was a bouncer at this underground bar, dominating the underworld with his superpowers.

Rorschach entered the bar. The deafening music mixed with the smell of smoke, alcohol, and sweat. The lights were dim, and men and women on the dance floor swayed wildly.

Behind the bar, a man in a black vest with flame tattoos covering his arms was drinking beer. The man had a fierce face and exuded a volatile aura; it was Flameheart.

Flameheart also noticed Rorschach's gaze, abruptly turned his head, and glared fiercely at him. "Kid, what are you looking at? Looking for trouble?"

Rorschach leaned against the bar, playfully saying, "Just looking at how ugly you are, can't I?"

This instantly ignited Flameheart's fury. He abruptly stood up, fierce flames erupting around him as his Level 1 Fire Manipulation activated at full power, instantly raising the temperature in the bar.

"You're asking for death!" Flameheart roared, throwing a punch at Rorschach. The punch was wrapped in flames, incredibly powerful.

The surrounding customers scattered in fright, and the bar owner hid behind the counter, not daring to make a sound.

Rorschach's eyes were cold, his decisive nature fully revealed. He didn't dodge, activating Super Defense 2.1, and directly met Flameheart's flaming fist.

"Bang!"

Flames exploded, but didn't harm Rorschach in the slightest.

Flameheart's pupils contracted, his face full of shock. "You... how can you be unharmed?"

"Your flames are too weak," Rorschach sneered, reaching out to grab Flameheart's wrist, his fingers digging tightly into his skin, drawing blood.

[Ding! Detecting host's contact with Flameheart's blood, beginning ability extraction...]

Chapter 15: Crushing Flameheart, Homelander Arrives

Scorching flames exploded in Rorschach's palm, yet they didn't harm even a single strand of his hair.

Level 2.1 Super Defense was like an iron wall, completely sealing off Flameheart's flame attacks. Flameheart's face was filled with terror; he had never seen such formidable defensive capabilities. The flames he took pride in were like child's play before the other man.

"Who on earth are you?!" Flameheart roared, trying to pull back his wrist, but Rorschach gripped it tightly, making it impossible to break free.

A devious smile hung on Rorschach's face, his tone flippant and arrogant: "The man who's taking your life."

Before his voice even faded, Super Strength 1.1 erupted. Rorschach applied a slight force with his wrist, and with a "crack," Flameheart's wrist was snapped directly.

"Ah—!"

A shrill scream echoed through the entire bar. Flamehearttwitched in pain, his forehead covered in cold sweat. His Level 1 Super Regeneration immediately activated, and his broken wrist healed at a speed visible to the naked eye, but the intense pain still made him wish he were dead.

"Regeneration? Not bad, it's just what I need." Rorschachraised an eyebrow, with no intention of letting go. His fingertips remained pressed against Flameheart's blood, completely finishing the ability extraction.

Violent flame energy surged into Rorschach's Energy Manipulation core. Within the originally pale purple energy beam, a scorching orange-red light emerged. Energy Manipulation rose from Level 1.2 to Level 1.3, its power skyrocketing several times over.

At the same time, the regeneration energy in his body was also strengthened. Level 1.2 Super Regeneration made his wounds heal even faster; even if he sustained a fatal injury, he could recover quickly.

Rorschach flexed his wrist, and a wisp of orange-red flame ignited in his palm. As the flame flickered, it contained a terrifying temperature. "Your ability can only fulfill its true potential in my hands."

"I'll kill you!" Flameheart went completely mad. Ignoring the gap in strength, he roared and charged at Rorschach. Without his superpowers, he was just a bad-tempered ordinary man.

Rorschach sneered, not bothering to waste time with him. Activating Super Speed, his figure blurred and reappeared behind Flameheart, striking the back of his neck heavily with the edge of his hand.

Thud.

Flameheart instantly blacked out and collapsed onto the ground unconscious.

Rorschach didn't even glance at Flameheart on the ground. Decisive and ruthless, he wouldn't leave any loose ends. He pulled out the pistol from his waist, aimed it at Flameheart's head, and pulled the trigger.

Bang!

The gunshot rang out, and Flameheart was killed on the spot.

The patrons in the bar trembled with fear, no one daring to make a sound. The bar owner even shrank behind the counter, not even daring to breathe loudly.

Rorschach put away his pistol, brushed the dust off his clothes, and turned to walk out of the bar, calm and composed throughout, as if he had only killed an ant.

Walking out of the bar, sunlight spilled over him. Feeling the Level 1.3 Energy Manipulation and Level 1.2 Super Regeneration within his body, a satisfied smile appeared on Rorschach's face.

This trip to Star City had been quite fruitful. The upgrade to Energy Manipulation made his offensive methods more diverse; the fusion of fire and energy yielded power far exceeding before, and the upgrade to Super Regenerationgreatly enhanced his survivability.

He found a hotel to stay in, lay on the bed, and opened the system panel to check his latest status.

His points had accumulated to 1,100, which was more than enough for the 1,000 points required to upgrade to a Level 2 ability. However, Rorschach didn't plan to upgrade yet; he wanted to save more points for use when traveling between worlds.

Meanwhile, far away at the abandoned farm, the members of The Boys faced a massive crisis.

Relying on his super perception, Homelander tracked the scents of Becca and Ryan all the way, finally finding the abandoned farm in the suburbs.

He hovered above the farm, his golden pupils staring coldly at the ground. The atmospheric pressure around him was terrifyingly low, and his rage threatened to consume the entire farm.

"Becca... Ryan... I've found you." Homelander's voice was bone-chillingly cold, like a declaration from the God of Death.

Hearing the voice, Butcher and the others immediately rushed out of the farmhouse. Seeing Homelander in the sky, their faces instantly turned pale.

"Dammit! It's Homelander!" Butcher gritted his teeth and tightened his grip on the weapon in his hand.

Kimiko's face was pale, her heart filled with worry. She instinctively looked in the direction Rorschach had left, praying that he would return quickly.

Chapter 16: Homelander's Wrath, Crisis

Above the abandoned farm, Homelander hovered beneath the clouds, his red cape snapping in the wind. His handsome yet sinister face was filled with monstrous rage.

His gaze was locked onto Becca and little Ryan at the farmhouse door. Killing intent surged in his eyes, and the terrifying pressure radiating from him caused the grass and trees of the entire farm to bend.

"Becca, you dare to run away with my son?" Homelanderdescended slowly, his feet stepping onto the grass, each step causing the ground to tremble slightly. "Do you know what the consequence of betraying me is?"

Becca held Ryan tightly, shielding the child behind her, and looked at Homelander with a determined gaze. "I won't let you hurt Ryan again. He is not your tool; he is my son!"

"Your son?" Homelander sneered, his tone crazed. "Ryan is the child of Homelander. He was born to be a superhero, to be the king of Vought, not to hide in a filthy place like this with ants like you!"

Butcher stood in front of Becca, raising the Anti-Supe weapon in his hand and aiming it at Homelander. "Homelander, if you have a problem, come at me. Don't touch the woman and child!"

"An ant dares to shout at me?" Homelander's eyes were cold. With a casual wave of his hand, a powerful energy shockwave blasted out, directly sending Butcher flying back. He slammed into the farmhouse wall, spitting out blood.

"Butcher!" Hughie shouted, wanting to step forward to help, but was held back by Mothers Milk.

Mothers Milk's expression was grave as he whispered, "Don't be impulsive. We are no match for him!"

Kimiko stood at the very front, a faint green light shimmering around her body as her Super Regenerationability was ready to activate at any moment. Although she was afraid, she had to fight to protect Becca and Ryan, and to wait for Rorschach's return.

"Oh? Another Supe?" Homelander looked at Kimiko, his gaze contemptuous. "A Vought test subject? You dare to stop me?"

Before he had finished speaking, Homelander instantly appeared in front of Kimiko, grabbed her by the neck, and lifted her high into the air.

Kimiko struggled to breathe, her face turning bright red. Her hands flailed desperately, but she couldn't break free from Homelander's grip at all.

"Kimiko!" Becca cried out in alarm.

Just then, little Ryan rushed out from behind Becca. His small body stood in front of Kimiko, eyes glaring at Homelander, as a faint energy fluctuation rippled around him.

"Let her go! Don't bully my friend!" Ryan's voice was childish but firm.

When Homelander saw Ryan, his hand gripping Kimiko's neck paused slightly. The rage in his eyes dissipated a bit, replaced by a hint of joy.

This was his son, the only child who had inherited his powers, and his only relative in this world.

"Ryan, come here. Come to Daddy." Homelander softened his tone, a standard, formulaic smile plastered on his face as he tried to entice Ryan. "Daddy will take you back to the villa and give you the best life. These people are all bad; they'll hurt you."

"You're the bad guy!" Ryan shouted. The energy fluctuation grew stronger, and a small energy beam shot from his eyes, hitting Homelander.

Although the power was weak and couldn't harm Homelander, it thoroughly infuriated him.

Homelander's face instantly darkened, and his grip on Kimiko's neck tightened. "It seems you've learned bad things from these villains. In that case, I'll kill them first, then teach you properly!"

A terrifying killing intent erupted from within Homelander. He prepared to crush Kimiko to death as a warning to the others.

At this critical moment, a blur of motion suddenly rushed in. A powerful energy beam, carrying scorching flames, blasted toward Homelander's back.

"Bang!"

The energy explosion kicked up a massive shockwave. Homelander was forced to release Kimiko and turn to defend himself.

Kimiko fell to the ground, gasping for air. Looking up, a look of pleasant surprise instantly appeared on her face.

Rorschach stood in front of everyone, staring coldly at Homelander.

"Homelander, did you ask me before bullying my woman?"

Chapter 17: Return, Confrontation

Blazing energy flames exploded in front of Homelander, the aftermath sweeping across the surroundings, setting the grass ablaze.

Homelander steadied himself, turned to look at Rorschach, his golden pupils filled with murderous intent: "Vought's security? You dare to betray me too?"

He recognized Rorschach, never expecting this mere security guard to possess such formidable superpowers and dare to attack him.

Rorschach walked slowly to Kimiko, bent down to help her up, gently patted the dust off her, and said softly: "Are you okay?"

Kimiko shook her head, hugging his arm tightly. With Rorschach there, she instantly felt safe.

Rorschach turned to look at Homelander, the gentleness on his face instantly vanishing, replaced by a sinister sneer and decisive ruthlessness: "Betrayal? I've never pledged allegiance to you, so how can there be betrayal? On the other hand, you kidnapping your own wife and child, what kind of superhero is that? You're just an out-of-control lunatic."

"Fuck you!" Homelander roared, the air pressure around him plummeting. "I am Homelander! I am the symbol of America! I am the supreme god! How dare you disrespect me so!"

"God?" Rorschach scoffed, his words dripping with provocation, "You? In my eyes, you're just trash about to be trampled underfoot."

These words completely ignited Homelander's fury. He stopped talking nonsense, his figure flashed, and he charged towards Rorschach with astonishing speed, his fist carrying terrifying power, aiming for Rorschach's head.

"Watch out!" Kimiko shouted.

Rorschach's eyes were serious, but he showed no panic. Super Defense 2.1 was instantly activated, and at the same time, Energy Manipulation 1.3 condensed into a shield, blocking in front of him.

"Boom!"

Homelander's fist slammed into the shield, the explosion echoing through the sky, flames splattering everywhere. The shield trembled slightly but did not shatter.

Rorschach stood firm, unmoving.

Homelander's pupils constricted, his face filled with shock: "Impossible! How can your defense be so strong?!"

His strength was enough to shatter steel, yet he couldn't break Rorschach's defense, which he found unacceptable.

"Nothing is impossible." Rorschach sneered, activating Super Speed 1.1. His figure instantly vanished, reappearing at Homelander's side, and he punched him in the waist and abdomen.

Super Strength 1.1 combined with an energy Impact, the power was astonishing. Homelander was sent flying by the punch, crashing into a distant tree, its thick trunk instantly snapping.

Everyone watching this scene was stunned.

Hughie's eyes widened: "Rorschach... he can actually injure Homelander?"

"Just how strong are this kid's abilities...?" Butcher wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, his face full of disbelief.

Homelander crawled up from the ground, a sharp pain radiating from his waist and abdomen. He looked at Rorschach, his eyes filled with disbelief and savage murderous intent.

"Who exactly are you?! What abilities do you have?!"

"Who am I?" Rorschach raised an eyebrow, slowly walking towards Homelander, "I am the one who will take your life."

He didn't want to fight Homelander to the death here; after all, he was not yet a match for the fully powered Homelander. His goal was merely to protect Becca, Ryan, and Kimiko, buy time, and look for an opportunity to leave.

"You think you can beat me?" Homelander laughed maniacally, "I am invincible! Today, I will kill you all!"

Just as Homelander was about to unleash his full power, the roar of helicopters echoed from a distance. Several Vought armed helicopters flew towards the farm, their bodies emblazoned with the Vought logo.

Homelander frowned, turning to look at the helicopters, a flicker of displeasure in his eyes.

Rorschach's lips curved into a sinister smile; he knew that Edgar had sent people.

Chapter 18: The Schemes of Vought's High-Level Executives

Vought's armed helicopter slowly descended. Edgar, escorted by several bodyguards, stepped off the helicopter. Dressed in a black suit with a grim expression, he looked at Homelander with cold eyes.

Surrounding Vought agents held heavy weapons, forming a circle to enclose the farm, their muzzles aimed at Homelander. Although they knew they were no match for Homelander, they still carried out Edgar's orders.

Seeing Edgar, Homelander's face instantly darkened. "Edgar, who told you to come? This is none of your business. Get lost!"

Nowadays, Homelander no longer held Edgar and Vought's top brass in high regard. In his view, Vought was merely his tool, and he was the true controller of Vought.

Edgar walked up to Homelander, his tone calm yet carrying an unquestionable authority. "Homelander, you hid Becca and Ryan without authorization, leading to their disappearance. You've been venting your anger recklessly in the city and destroying public facilities, which has severely impacted Vought's image and interests."

"Impacted interests?" Homelander sneered. "Everything Vought has was given by me! Without me, Vought is nothing!"

"Don't be too sure of yourself." Edgar pushed up his glasses, his eyes cold. "You are becoming increasingly out of control and headstrong. The Board of Directors is already extremely dissatisfied with you. If you continue like this, Vought will abandon you and cultivate new superheroes."

"Abandon me?" Homelander acted as if he had heard the world's biggest joke. "Do you dare? Without me, Vought's Supe Program will completely collapse, your stock price will plummet, and you can't afford to lose!"

"We indeed can't afford to lose, but we have means to keep you in check." Edgar's tone was flat but filled with confidence. "Do you think we don't know the secrets inside your body? Do you think we don't have weapons targeted at you? Homelander, recognize your position. You are just a product created by Vought, not a god who dominates everything."

Homelander's expression changed completely. He looked at Edgar, his eyes full of killing intent, yet he didn't dare to act easily. He knew Edgar was telling the truth; Vought had been researching ways to restrain him all these years, and he didn't dare to gamble.

Rorschach stood to the side, watching this scene with great interest, his inner schemer delighted. When the snipe and the clam grapple, the fisherman wins—he would take advantage of the confrontation between Vought and Homelander to lead everyone away.

He quietly gave Butcher a look. Butcher immediately understood and led Becca, Ryan, Kimiko, and the others to quietly circle around the back of the farmhouse, preparing to leave the farm.

Homelander noticed Rorschach's movements and wanted to step forward to stop them, but was blocked by Edgar.

"Homelander, let's deal with our business first," Edgarsaid.

"Get lost!" Homelander roared, shoving Edgar aside and chasing after Rorschach and the others.

Rorschach was prepared. He turned and condensed Level 1.3 Energy Flames, blasting them toward Homelanderwhile simultaneously activating Super Speed to lead everyone away quickly.

"Bang!"

The energy explosion blocked Homelander's path. By the time he broke through the smoke, Rorschach and the others had already disappeared into the woods.

"Damn it!" Homelander roared, slamming a fist into the ground, instantly creating a huge crack.

Edgar walked to his side, his tone cold. "See? Because of your lack of control, Becca and Ryan have escaped again, and an unknown supe has humiliated you. Homelander, if you still can't control your emotions, Vought will immediately activate the backup plan."

After speaking, Edgar turned and boarded the helicopter, not sparing Homelander another glance.

Homelander stood in place, his surrounding rage almost consuming him. He looked in the direction Rorschach and the others had left, gritting his teeth. "Rorschach... I will definitely kill you!"

Meanwhile, Rorschach had already led everyone away from the farm to a hidden cave.

Butcher breathed a sigh of relief. "Luckily you came back in time, otherwise we'd all have died at Homelander's hands."

Rorschach smiled and put his arm around Kimiko's waist. "How could I let my woman come to harm?"

Becca held Ryan, her face full of gratitude. "Rorschach, thank you for saving us."

"It's nothing." Rorschach waved it off, his expression solemn. "But it's not safe here either. Homelander will find this place sooner or later. We must move as soon as possible. Besides, Vought and Homelander have completely fallen out. The situation will only get more chaotic from here."

Chapter 19: A New Plan

Chapter 10: A New Plan, A Journey Through the Heavens

Inside the cave, the bonfire crackled, its warm light illuminating everyone's faces.

After Homelander's surprise attack and Vought's intervention, everyone was still shaken, but Rorschach's return brought them a sense of security.

Kimiko nestled in Rorschach's arms, feeling his warm embrace and powerful aura, her heart filled with peace. Rorschach lowered his head and kissed her forehead. His scoundrel's gentleness was just right, completely captivating Kimiko.

Hughie looked at Rorschach, his face full of admiration: "Rorschach, you're amazing! You actually managed to injure Homelander!"

"I only temporarily repelled him," Rorschach said humbly, though he knew very well that he was not yet a match for Homelander. Homelander's strength was far from fully displayed, and he would need even stronger abilities to truly defeat him.

Butcher sat by the bonfire, frowning as he said, "Now that Vought and Homelander have fallen out, it's both an opportunity and a danger for us."

"Homelander won't find Becca and Ryan, so he'll definitely retaliate furiously. Vought won't let us go either. We must find a safer place and at the same time figure out how to completely deal with Homelander."

Rorschach nodded, a new plan already forming in his cunning mind: "I have a way."

His Multiverse Plunder System was his biggest trump card. As long as he kept encountering Supes, extracting abilities, and merging and upgrading them, his strength would skyrocket indefinitely, even surpassing all Supes in this world.

Moreover, he had accumulated 11 points, enough to initiate a small-world Time travel, to travel to other multiverses to plunder stronger abilities. Upon his return, dealing with Homelander and Vought would be effortless.

"Next, I will leave for a while to find stronger Supes," Rorschach said, looking at everyone. "You all stay hidden here for now. When I return, I will bring back power strong enough to crush Homelander."

Kimiko looked up, her eyes showing reluctance: "Are you leaving again?"

"Soon," Rorschach reassured her. "When I come back this time, I'll stay with you forever."

He knew Kimiko's feelings; once a pure girl fell in love, she gave her all. Although he was a scoundrel, he wouldn't intentionally hurt her. At least in this world, he would protect her.

He looked at Butcher: "While I'm gone, be careful. Don't show yourselves easily. Vought is preoccupied right now and won't focus too much on you."

Butcher nodded: "Don't worry, we'll take care of them and wait for you to return."

Rorschach stood up and walked to the cave entrance, looking out at the dark night sky, his eyes filled with ambition and anticipation.

In this dark and dangerous world of The Boys, everything seemed so crazy and unpredictable, but for Rorschach, this was just the beginning!

Homelander, Soldier Boy, Vought, Edgar...all his enemies, he would step on them one by one.

And his journey was the endless multiverse, plundering powerful abilities from all heavens, and becoming the supreme powerhouse above all!

He looked down at Kimiko in his arms, then thought of Queen Maeve and Starlight, a scoundrel's smirk playing on his lips.

On the path of conquering all heavens, he wanted both beauty and power!

As night deepened, Rorschach's new journey had just begun. His legend of multiverse plunder had only just started...

Chapter 20: Farewell and Seeking a New Goal

In the abandoned warehouse where Butcher's group was hiding, the pungent smell of machine oil mixed with tobacco filled the air.

Frenchie was squatting on the ground, tinkering with a pile of disassembled firearm parts; Kimiko leaned against a corner, her eyes vigilantly fixed on the door, while Mothers Milk sat on a worn-out sofa, wiping his weapon.

Rorschach leaned against a cold metal shelf, his fingertips unconsciously tapping against his trouser seam as the yellowed documents from the archive room echoed repeatedly in his mind.

"Rorschach, what are you dazing off for, kid?" Butcher, with a cigarette in his mouth, broke the warehouse's silence with his gravelly voice, tossing a piece of the latest intelligence in front of Rorschach. "Vought's been up to some small tricks again. Starlight sent word from The Seven that Homelander's been very unstable lately; we need to hurry and devise our next plan."

Rorschach glanced down at the intelligence, a playful smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. He looked up at Butcher, his tone relaxed yet carrying an unquestionable determination: "Billy, I need to leave for a while."

As soon as those words were spoken, the movement in the warehouse stopped instantly. Butcher frowned deeply, stubbed out his cigarette, and stepped forward, his tall frame exuding a sense of pressure: "Leave? Do you know what time it is? Homelander is acting crazy, and Vought is closing in. You're leaving now? Are you trying to quit?"

"Don't be so tense, Billy." Rorschach raised a hand and patted Butcher's shoulder; being tall himself, he stood half a head taller than Butcher. "I'm not quitting. I'm going to handle something important—something that will give us more leverage against Vought and the Supes."

Frenchie stopped his work and poked his head out curiously: "Rorschach, what are you going to do? We can go together."

"It's more convenient if I go alone for this." Rorschachshook his head, a hint of calculation flashing in his dark, scheming eyes. "I found a Supe who slipped through the cracks in the Vought archives—a telepath. She has no criminal record and hasn't done any evil for Vought; she's just an ordinary person. I'm going to try and invite her to join us to fill the gap in our mental capabilities."

"Telepathy?" Surprise flashed in Mothers Milk's eyes. "That kind of ability is extremely rare. Are you sure you can handle it? The target isn't some ordinary Supe; they can easily see through people's minds. I'm afraid your usual tricks won't work."

Rorschach smiled slightly: "So what if she can see through minds? When it comes to dealing with women—especially gentle ones—I have plenty of ways. Don't worry. It won't be long before I return with a new Supe or a new ability. By then, whether it's Homelander's thoughts or Vought's conspiracies, nothing will escape my perception."

Kimiko walked over to Rorschach and gently tugged at his sleeve, her eyes filled with worry. Rorschach leaned down and gently rubbed her head, his tone softening a bit: "Don't worry, I'll be fine. When I get back, I'll bring you something delicious."

Butcher stared at Rorschach for a long time, knowing that once he made a decision, it wouldn't be easily changed, and the Telepathy Ability was indeed crucial. Finally, he gave a cold snort: "I'm giving you ten days to get back. If you're late, I'll consider you've lost."

"Ten days? That's plenty." Rorschach snapped his fingers and turned toward the door without any hesitation. He understood the operating style of Butcher's group and knew his goals didn't completely align with theirs. Separating for a while was the wisest choice.

Stepping out of the warehouse, the cold evening wind hit his face. Rorschach wrapped his Vought security jackettighter, took out his phone, and pulled up the information he had photographed in the archives.

Target: Erin White, 23 years old, Suburban Middle Schoolcounselor. Her Telepathy awakened in her childhood; she has deliberately hidden it, never joined Vought, nor abused her power, living a mundane life.

The photo in the files was just an ordinary ID picture, not revealing much, but Rorschach didn't care.

What he needed was the Telepathy Ability. This was the mental-type ability he lacked most at the moment. No matter what kind of person the target was, he was confident he could get it.

Taking a taxi to the suburbs, Rorschach looked at the quiet residential area before him, a scumbag's signature smirk playing on his lips. His mind raced. Since the target was a gentle school counselor with no history of malice, forceful plunder was clearly inappropriate. Not only would it easily cause trouble, but it might also result in an incomplete ability extraction.

In that case, he would use the most effective method first—emotion.

Rorschach might not be good at other things, but dealing with fair-skinned, beautiful, and gentle women was second nature to him. With his tall, handsome appearance, robust physique, and a mouth full of sweet talk, few women could resist.

Rorschach found a hotel near the school to stay in. For the next period, he only needed to wait patiently and engineer one "perfect accidental encounter" after another.

He believed that in less than a week, this telepathic female teacher would obediently fall into his arms, and he would successfully obtain the ability he dreamed of.

As the night deepened, Rorschach stood by the hotel window, looking toward the school, his eyes flashing with a light of absolute determination. Butcher, Homelander, Vought International—all those troubles would be settled one by one after he supplemented his abilities.
