A slap wasn't what Elias was expecting once the door opened especially not from Clara. He winced silently as he touched his swollen cheek. He was sure as hell that today wasn't his best day ever. First, it was Viktor and now, his fiancée.
"What is it I heard?" She leaned forward. "You slept on my fiancé's bed? How dare you?"
"What?" Elias answered as he was finally getting himself together. He groaned softly as he tried to adjust slowly to his surroundings. "What are you talking about?"
He asked again and Clara folded her hands, smirking. The men who were carrying the boxes into the house even gathered around, wondering what was going on.
"What did I say about staying away from Viktor?" She asked.
"I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about, Miss Clara. Nothing is going on between the Master and me..." He said.
Clara frowned and wanted to walk closer to him but Dario stepped in front of her.
"Don't take a single step towards our nanny," he said.
