"It seems that you, the so-called god, cannot withstand the power of the Infinity Stones. You are just a mortal body…" Xu Fu's gaze swept over Matt Jisi, who gritted his teeth, drained of strength, and no longer able to fight back. Xu Fu's tone was teasing.
At that moment, Matt's body could no longer bear the weight of the particles. The supreme power consumed him, and his body began to shatter.
"So, let's finish this for now!" Xu Fu said lightly.
Before Matt could react, Xu Fu's figure flashed—and then came a single, precise punch.
"Blue Star people! Our people's wish will finally come true!" Matt Jisi gasped, realizing too late the hopelessness of facing an enemy so far above him.
A fist mark pierced through his heart, and with his last words, Matt's shattered body crumbled into dust. Just as Xu Fu had said, Matt had wanted to fight, but he was utterly unqualified.
Even the Infinity Stones, notoriously powerful, were difficult to manipulate—but Xu Fu had accomplished it. The demonstration reaffirmed just how extraordinary these artifacts were.
For Xu Fu, the Infinity Stones had now become one of the energy sources he coveted, now fully integrated into his cosmic energy connection.
He looked at the swirling causal particles before him. A verdant light condensed in his palm, clutching the particles. Slowly, under the covering glow of his hand, the particles shrank until the green gem, alive with flowing causal energy, rested in Xu Fu's palm.
With the cause particles secured, Xu Fu turned his attention to Thor and Jennifer. "Thor, Jenny, it's been a while since I last saw you."
Ten minutes earlier, Thor had been severely injured by Matt Jisi wielding the Reality Gem. He had barely regained some strength when he sensed an unfamiliar and overwhelmingly powerful aura approaching. Hastily, he took Jennifer Sler and rushed toward the battlefield.
As they approached, Thor noticed the torrent of Tide Particles had disappeared. Relief washed over him; it meant the mysterious force supporting Matt was gone.
"Finally, the sky is clear," Thor muttered. Jennifer observed the scene carefully.
"Yes, Jenny. Let's go take a look," Xu Fu said, guiding them forward.
At the battlefield, Matt Jisi had just unleashed the full power of the Cause Particles—a surge even more terrifying than the Tide Particles that had previously overwhelmed Thor.
"Brother Xu…" Thor's voice carried both awe and concern.
Xu Fu moved with fluid precision, effortlessly dismantling the torrent of causal energy. Jennifer Sler froze in astonishment, unable to comprehend how ineffective such a formidable attack had been against him.
Even a dark elf of Matt Jisi's caliber, once feared by many, was powerless before Xu Fu. It became clear: Xu Fu's power had transcended all previous boundaries.
Thor, initially wary, now relaxed. He realized that Xu Fu's mastery of Nabu Divine Power, combined with the high-level cosmic energy source, made him nearly invincible. The dark elf's defeat had only confirmed this.
Matt Jisi, reduced to residue, vanished completely. Xu Fu turned, addressing Thor and Jennifer.
"Thor, Jenny, it's been a while," he said calmly.
"Brother Xu, it's been a long time," Thor replied, awe evident in his voice.
"Brother Xu, you've grown even stronger," Jennifer added. Her respect for him had deepened; his power was undeniable.
Xu Fu smiled faintly. "I'm a little late."
"Brother Xu, this time you've saved Blue Star," Thor said, gratitude and relief mixing in his tone.
"And you did so without excessive effort," Jennifer added.
Xu Fu's calm expression betrayed nothing of the immense power he wielded, yet the respect and awe of those around him were palpable.
